We kicked things off with fresh Coffin Bay oysters, topped with zesty lemon and salmon roe. Each bite was a delight! ($58 each / $298 for six)
The lamb rack was absolutely divine, served with roasted vegetables and French gratin potatoes. I couldn’t get enough! ($388)
🍾 June’s featured South Australian wines were the perfect complement:
We enjoyed Hently Farm Barossa Valley sparkling wine, which was refreshing and crisp. ($108 per glass / $498 per bottle)
The Ox Hardy Adelaide Hills Chardonnay paired perfectly with our meal. ($128 per glass / $648 per bottle)
And the John Duval Plexus SGM red wine was simply outstanding! ($128 per glass / $598 per bottle)
