今日喺公司想食健康啲就見到呢一個Deliveroo Menu上面有smoothie，叫咗Elephant Ground 既呢個Acai Smoothie Bowl！本身想試埋佢個CBD Cookie，因為香港唔係有好多CBD product，可惜賣晒。。個acai smootie bowl略嫌佢個Smoothie得太少，不過除咗份量，整體個bowl都出色因為佢所有嘅配料都落得好多！真係應有盡有又有nuts又有水果🤪如果要話佢唔會應該就係佢嘅價錢真係偏貴，百幾蚊一個煲但係佢啲smoothie真係得好少好少😞

As a frequent customer of admiralty EG we went to experience their new elevated concept at Sheung Wan with in house coffee bean roaster and bakery. The coffee was below their usual standard with the milk not velvety and dine in coffee has too much milk. 自從位於上環荷李活道的荷李活商業中心裝修，那間中西合壁的 Pacific coffee 結業後，我也懶得行上這一帶嘞！在6月中經過這裡，見到圍板，將會開咖啡店 Elephant Grounds！直至最近的星期六，食飽 lunch 四圍行，見到已經開業！一於找天中午來幫襯吧！ 這裡舖位好大，又有開放式餐桌設計，方便帶狗食客幫襯呢！不論店內抑或天花板，也是加入綠色植物元素的綠化環境，令人心曠神怡！  這就是上環荷李活道的新綠洲！由於，現時仍然實施限聚令，每枱只限兩位食客，或者以透明隔板分隔，保持社交距離！貼心的服務為了萬一有食客確診新冠肺炎，以便店方追蹤曾幫襯食客！店方要求堂食食客，安排入座前，先以手機掃 QR code 填電子健康申報表，要報上全名或英文名及手機號碼，接受特此聲明，其實我個人不太願意嘞！ 這分店供應的食物跟其他分店多數不同，只有少部份食物及飲品大致上相同！Avo Toast & Swiss Mocha設加一服務費Avo Toast $105新鮮牛油果切片及新鮮牛油果蓉，翠綠色而軟滑！沙律配上酸甜的油醋及奶味濃重帶酸的乳酪，色彩繽紛而新鮮爽脆的沙律菜，增添雙重口味層次！輕輕

未開之前每日經過見倒都好期待佢開張因為佢同其他elephant grounds唔同佢有成7000呎 連室外位同廚房 焗爐有埋我最愛既pastries 仲見住佢當場整架星期六brunch當然要去chill下啦不過太熱唔想坐出面 遲d涼d一定要坐出面😎好多款pastries 最後揀左pistachio brioche酥皮都好脆 入面既pistachio cream唔會太甜同唔會太漏 下次要試埋其他🤤Fish fillet sando今次塊fish fillet比之前食既薄左好多🙈薯條都唔夠熱同脆🙈Acai yogurt bowl賣相勁靚 份量都好大yogurt上面鋪左士多啤梨 香蕉 granola 蜜糖健康又好味😋嘢飲就叫左一杯iced cappucinno同blueberry smoothie咖啡同smoothie都可以再encore😋呢間仲有好多雪糕款ice cream cone, 最出名既ice cream sandwich連sundae都有！下次黎要食雪糕阿😋

I saw on Instagram that Elephant Grounds opened their latest concept, Elephant Grounds Roastery in Sheung Wan so I couldn't wait to pay a visit! The store is HUGE, so seat turnaround would be faster than usual. Needless to say, on a Saturday afternoon, it was PACKED with people but luckily we didn't have to wait for a seat. This new store features outdoor seating (dog friendly!) and a big pastry counter. This brand new elephant grounds is not only open and spacious, but also incredibly welcoming to be. The staff was attentive and pleasant which makes the overall ambience of the restaurant one of the better cafes/restaurants. We went during the afternoon period so we were given the brunch menu. This place is a perfect coffee place given how bright and spacious the space is. A cafe that welcomes you to spend your weekend afternoons to read a book or work on your project.The food.
