I've eaten here for lunch twice with my friend and found their food tasty yet healthy(ish), so after a spinning session with my bf we came here for a bite to eat.The food quality is very consistent and tasty every time, so I would recommend those who want to be more healthy you should come here. 十一月 有食友會覺得羶羊才是羊，在個人而言，其實更著重肉質，是日在這裡吃了一頓不錯的燒羊柳。 跟朋友喝東西，想起來了這裡。仍然是坐著跟上次一樣，在餐廳最埋邊的四人檯，喜歡這邊可以透個大窗，看到出面的舊樓及樹木。來點喝的，朋友要了杯紅酒，我當然還是生啤，喜士伯夠凍爽口，很不錯。 來一點下酒的，要了halibut，即大比目魚是也。煮法灑了糖在魚肉面，再略略煎過的。吃起來口感嫩滑，帶點甜味，亦有魚鮮甜，用來下酒，也不錯。 朋友選了羊柳，不想吃得太多，還好侍應說份量不很大的。羊柳切了丁方，要了medium rare的，外面全熟，切開內裡嫩紅，火侯剛好。吃起來沒有什麼羶味，口感軟滑鬆化，美味。旁邊有幾塊餅，看來份量不多，吃完也有點飽飽的，是美味的羊柳。 上次沒吃甜品，這次又試試野莓crepe。Crepe有點凍凍的，幸好奶油醬及野莓一酸一甜，配合起來也算好吃。 埋單三百六，每人一百八，吃得開心隨意，喝得盡興，也不錯的。

在中環已有六個年頭了，但總是好像"吃不完"附近的食店似的，我想KC兄對此也有同感吧。有時候刻意的去找新食店，總會不經意地忽略了一些比較隱蔽的餐廳。而這家小店，就是其中一員常被忽略的。一步進小店之內，年輕的老闆已趨前為我們安排位置，坐下後，他已拿著菜牌過來，亦作了簡短的介紹。如此貼心的服務，值得一讚。看到菜牌上的午餐有兩種選擇，那就跟女友各自要一款，又可以交叉試食物了，這就是常拉女友一起用膳的好處。以健康為主的這家餐廳，每度菜的卡路里一目了然，方便要每天計算卡路里的客人。先來的一湯一沙律，<<南瓜沙律>>而純天然的材料，菠菜、南瓜、雞豆和一點點乾蕃茄絲，混合一點橄欖油和醋便成。全部都是"原汁原味"，那點點橄欖油和醋只是提味之用，如習慣了濃油香味的客人到來，必定淡出鳥來。我的<<紅菜頭湯>>，味道清甜，湯底有點點菜頭粒的質感，如要提味只需略加一點鹽即可。在旁以麥片為材料的烤面，在沒有添加其他材料之下，可食到麥片的那陣微薄的"甜"味，薄短鬆軟帶點麥香，不錯呢。接下來的<<香草醬帶子長通粉>>，陣陣
