I love Dough Bros so much! I had it for two days in a row and I am still thinking about it! The dough is the star!!! It is chewy and crispy at the same time. It’s not dry at all and it’s flavorful. I strongly recommend reheating it with oven to get that crunchy base and stretchy cheese. I had the Hawaiian pizza and they put on a generous amount of cheese. Tastes good.

朋友介紹我要試吓呢一間薄餅冬甩店，啱啱出開銅鑼灣就入埋去跑馬地試吓啦！呢間係外賣店冇得堂食..買咗兩款Pizza返屋企試Meat ball ($118)同埋pepperoni($118)😄同埋是一個Jam冬甩($38)😋即order即做，新鮮滾熱辣，見到佢哋用手差搓薄餅皮，已經好期待想食個pizza！手搓餅底唔係好厚生，跟住一層番茄醬同埋芝士，令到佢個Pizza好豐富，上面再加返唔同嘅材料，meat Pizza有少少辣，非常好食pepperoni更加好食，個Pizza就算係晏晝買夜晚焗返熱先來食都一樣咁好反而jam 冬甩有啲過甜，下次試第試第二款😬我嗰日咁岩係兩點幾三點先至去到，所以就唔使排隊，我諗平時應該都好多人等，可以先打電話落去order然之後再去攞😁

Takeaway pizza shop tucked in an alley in Happy Valley - their homemade sourdough pizza was just the right size for sharing amongst two. This is pizza!! Humble and cozy place. Just take way. This is one of best pizza. 同事上網見到呢間嘅doughnut同pizza賣相唔錯，就搵日lunch試吓。外賣咗兩個pizza，一個meatball同三個doughnut。pizza$98-138一個，可以share食，價錢合理。The sophisticated pizza - 有蕃茄、goat cheese、洋蔥等，好惹味。個paste食到最尾有啲dry，加咗啲sour cream，估唔到味道唔錯。The parma pizza - 主要有蘑菇同parma ham，都好食。parma ham切得夠薄，唔錯。Meatball啲肉幾fresh，不過好易散，唔夠實，加埋sour cream又係好夾。叫咗三個doughnut，餡料有nutella、士多啤梨jam同custard。$98三個doughnut其實好貴，不過叫得dough bros，覺得會有啲水準。點知一咬，個dough一啲都唔chewy，又厚又實，filling又少，真係馬莎$10一個嘅doughnut都好食過佢多多聲。間野ig啲相入面嘅doughnut全部都流心，但事實並非如此，賣三十幾蚊一個真係太誇張，完全overpriced，一啲都唔值。Pizza

好耐之前已經想食 ， 可惜係跑馬地 比較難搭車。今日老豆終於肯車我地去食店鋪細細地 ，專做外賣🥡，不過都有幾張凳同檯選擇Parma 嘅同埋 六號有caramelised 🧅 onion, pickled peppers and seeet pepperD goat cheese 🧀 好好味道Another one 就係 Parma ham 嘅特別鍾意❤️依到嘅麵團比較厚但又會脆 而酸種成分又令到味道好好2 個比較起黎鍾意嗰個sophisticated多D味道複雜Ｄ 哈哈

10 out of 10. the sour herb mayonnaise sauce/dip is absolutely delicious. Garlic, thyme, perfect seasonings. Personal preference, its just the crust a bit tough and chewy. If only the crust was softer, then it's sheer heaven. Tomato sauce, not too sour, not too salty, not too sweet, full of fresh tomatoe taste that it hits all the sweet spots. Mozzarella, pepperoni, fresh and tasty. If u get tired of Pizza Hut and Pizza Box, just go. It's all worth it.

好新鮮，好味道，雖然等候時間較長，但因為係新鮮現場焗，所以值得等既！任何配料都好新鮮，價錢成正比，外賣都仲好好食，一D都唔求其！次次經過都好想食，因為現場焗有香味散出，一個細細個有四塊，自己一個人食都剛剛好！抵讚的一間用心整既pizza,你估唔到佢咁細間舖頭都可以整出有水準既pizza, 可能個面團真係特別處理所以難怪改個舖頭名都無錯！會再光顧的一間小店！價錢唔貴，因為食物係新鮮既！重點係你點佢就現場整！

Valentine's Day, we decided to just eat in and avoid the over priced Valentine's Day dinner sets. After some deliberation, we decided to try a new pizza place that had opened near my home called Dough Bros. Their selling point is that they use sourdough as their pizza crust.It's a small take away only place but they do have  few tables placed outside. This is as good as the first visit, pizza was sizzling hot and fresh off the oven, dough was soft and chewy, taste was 'perfecto', one thing that I do wish is the portion could be bigger or maybe I should have ordered an additional one.  Wanted to order the doughnut after the pizza but unfortunately there was a dude smoking at the café next door so I had to take the pizza to the park nearby then was too lazy to walk back for the doughnut, I’m so gonna return for that!

Ordered meatball and pepperoni pizza. Love their pizza dough, chewy and crispy. Limited menu (sides such as meatball, pizza and doughnuts.).Busy tiny kitchen and messed up a bit with the order sequence.  Room for improvement for the meatballs, it could be a bit more tender and juicy.  Everything fresh from the oven.  A small and little pizza shop in happy valley with good vibes. Best for takeaway as only few outdoor seats provided. Would love to try their doughnuts.
