Excellent experiencefamily 加入成為會員後, 第一次到來, 感覺環境很舒服 (feel like you are not in HK, really exotic), service 服務也很好, 有點驚訝服務員殷勤, 有禮,主動 。而且 菜單menu的價錢也比出面便宜, 這樣的優美環境與服務(當然前提是已經成為會員), 我覺得 value for money. 味道方面, 我家人認為前菜普通,而因為我自己選擇的是綠色的沙律,感覺salad與出面的餐廳差不多。 main course主菜方面就大家一致讚好。desert甜點方面, 我自己的那個蘋果批就一般,但因為價錢相對相宜, so I think it's okay, 其他的甜品聽聞家人說都ok。overall, 開心滿意。

這邊環境清幽,裝修優雅,非常高級。下午光線十足,透過玻璃屋頂照入店內,配上植物拍照十分漂亮。🔸鵝肝意粉🍝鵝肝切至小塊,味十分濃郁,油脂偏多,好香。意粉軟硬度適中,份量雖然不多,但女生食都足夠。

如果時間可以停頓 ,你會選擇希望它停在那個點呢?這個從戰爭時期的防空洞改裝而成的 酒窖兼餐廳 ,內裏的陳設 ,就好像把時間凝固在某一個點 一樣 。餐廳要會員才可以訂座 ,我有幸獲邀來此晚膳, 感到十分榮幸 。 前菜有多種選擇,我選了有帶子的沙律 。因為 前菜是跟其他人share的關係 , 忘記了拍照。主菜方面,我則點選了維也納式小牛扒。忘了問侍應菜餚的做法,來到時才知道是用吉列的方式酥炸的。 賣相看來不錯, 豬扒炸得金黃, 拿出來時香氣撲鼻, 看起來相當惹味, 只是感覺有點熱氣。沒有叫飲品, 因為不好意思花主人家太多錢 。但是 侍應也給了我們 每人一杯溫水, 也沒有強迫我們一定要 開一瓶蒸餾水, 值得一讚。由於是晚有同學的媽媽在的關係,沒有開酒喝, 倒是感覺有點奇怪 。來到酒窖不喝酒, 有點像 去到糖果店不吃糖一樣。 哈! 哈! 就當替 平淡的生活,增添一種特別的回憶吧!不過我們倒是自得其樂, 在談笑風生 裏度過了愉快的一個晚上。 我還收到了一份禮物, 是一隻來自美國 國會的 。。。福福郎 特別版 毛公仔, 如果有十個人以上like我的文章 ,下次我就找個機會 拍照給大家看看。 finger-cross忽然想起一首歌 ,一首奧運的 主題歌 。是講述 參賽的運動員 ,每個人都希望 用盡自己的力氣,全力以赴 ,做到最好,去勝出比賽。其實人生就好像賽跑一樣。 你可以選擇過自己喜歡的生活, 可以爭勝 、可以庸懶, 但最重要就是 接受自己,活得自在。 不吃酒窖餐廳, 吃茶餐廳 也一樣 可以 自得其樂。 千萬不要自怨自艾, 鑽牛角尖。。。最後,跟大家分享這段我很喜歡的歌詞:I want one moment in timeWhen I'm more than I thought I could beWhen all of my dreams are a heartbeat awayAnd the answers are all up to meGive me one moment in timeWhen I'm racing with destinyThen in that one moment of timeI will feel, I will feel eternity希望 大家每一天也可以過得很愉快, 樂。

I was always curious about this so-called private members club, especially after the headline news a few weeks ago concerning DXXXXX Tsang. Finally got a chance to have dinner. It's true that you don't have to be a member, just pay more you can dine in the "private" member club - so much for being a member.Environment is unique, a glass house at the entrance, but location was difficult to find, but food...... horrible and grossly overpirced.The bread basket consisted of just rolls, not a variety of bread. I had foie gras to start, a big mistake especially it costs $388. It was burned on the outside but still runny. Perhaps it was cooked from frozen. My friends had soup or salad which was a little safer.My main was beef tenderloin which was over-cooked as I asked for medium rare. I don't know whether it was the mistake of the wait staff or the chinese cook, but a $598 was a rip-off. You can have a much better steak at other real steak house such as Ruth Chris. My friend had a ravioli which seemed to be a frozen one from package - definitely not homemade cost $488! other mains were also expensive ..fish $388, 2 little pc of lamb chops $398....We did not have any dessert as none of us felt it would be worth it.In general, when anyone wants a dinner, should not choose location or ambience. This is a typical example. Paying expensive food plus 15% service charge and unprofessional service, you can have much better food at any hotel restaurants in Hong Kong. At least in other fine dining restaurants you never have to pay for bread which cost $152 + 15 % service charge ! We were not allowed by the waiter to take pictures of our food or the room as told because of the headline news especially we are non-member. Will not suggest anyone (non-member) to come here just to see the location.
