I was there with friend and we order appetiser. Be careful because they put all the price separated but finally for the normal appetiser plate you are going to pay double than normal appetiser plate ( i am talking about HK average ). Quality: Buffalo mozzarella was dry and frozen almost inedible; the lower quality you can find in hong kong. You can see from the pic is totally dry not juice as must be. Speechless. 今天同朋友來個girls gathering 、一如以往都係喺中環因為星期五朋友都係中環返工、所以試吓呢間餐廳囉⋯⋯呢個不錯不過到到都係咁差唔多因為一啲都唔難整，佢焗啲嘢係好食嘅因為好似係用炭爐⋯⋯包類嘅嘢都好食所以Pizza都好食！係Good嘅、只不過個人口味鍾意超級薄嗰隻Pizza⋯⋯我都係鍾意食isola ,好鹹X、其實口感係唔錯不過唔知個廚師係咪有問題點解落咁多鹽個沙律嘅蝦都好鹹、佢落咗幾多鹽？唔得囉這個不錯、👌🏻正常成晚最好食都係個松露意粉㗎啦、起碼唔會好鹹、唔知點解食唔到松露嘅味道、唔知係咪放得太奈？存放有問題呢！？呢間餐廳只能用OK⋯⋯如果你鍾意食pizza嘅就好食囉⋯⋯如果唔係我唔會特登過嚟囉⋯⋯講完　仲要係好X無敵嘈、都傾唔到計、要大叫咁樣傾、唔需要再嚟囉⋯⋯

3 ladies of us visited last Fri (Apr 20) lunch time. We ordered 2 set lunches to share because we don't eat much. The manager came up & asked us to order one more dish because he said 2 dishes to share aren't enough. We explained more than 2 lunches are too much for us & we don't want to waste food; he then claims he'd make EXCEPTION this time!!! Really can't accept the restaurant force the customers to over-order. And the food quality is just so-so. I don't think I will revisit ever again.

This place opened up in 2016 I believe and is the only place in Hong Kong with a DOC for Neapolitan pizza, a story customers need to give an otherwise simple pizza joint/trattoria some special attention. Love everything about this restaurant. The food was really good and everyone enjoyed the food. I want to commend on the pizza. It is 1 of the best pizza I have eaten so far. And I love the fact that the restaurant actually allows us to add topping to the pizza. I will definitely come back with my family again.

好耐無去蘭桂坊，見到這餐廳位置很好、很開揚、真是又方便、服務好、調酒好飲，魷魚圈皮薄，醬是用新鮮蕃茄做、見到每座都叫薄餅，我們又叫，果然好吃，送餐真是很快很快，推薦大家來 HAPPY 啊！

It's Thursday lunchtime, restaurant was not full but the waiters were rushing to get all the orders served at once! You ordered set lunch with salad, main and coffee and tea! 小時候在歐洲讀書，意大利Pizza永遠是留學的最佳伴侶。因為價錢以歐洲物價來說，是比較便宜，而且又飽肚。但回港後，餐廳往往是主打美式Pizza為主，意大利風情pizza很難才遇上。Ciao Chow位於蘭桂坊，外面吧枱的位置比較多人聚集cocktail time，反而內裏的用餐區比較少人。喜愛吃Pizza的人一定會明白的真理: 餡料越簡單越好吃！margarita是意大利的代表，presentation上面擁有由芝士，番茄醬和羅勒組成的意大利國旗，味道簡單，卻是最好！Ciao chow擁有一個大火爐 ， Pizza 90秒就能出爐，新鮮而且令人滿足！拿波里pizza餅底亦做得脆中帶點韌度，底部黑色斑點平均，十分出色！炸魷魚圈不是普通美式的急凍貨，外層脆漿十分薄，配上的蕃茄醬汁亦十分天然，可是魷魚味道太薄弱。黑松露意大利雲吞很出色，就連隔離枱的外籍人士，也主動詢問這是哪一款菜式。黑松露味很強，雲吞內裏的餡料味道濃郁，而且雲吞外皮不會太厚，水準接近意大利本土。

知道Ciao Chow而家有推出早餐，供應時間係平日8am-11am同星期6、日，公眾假期12pm-5pm。作為一至六都要番工嘅打工仔，再加上唔係中環番工，唯有星期日同妹妹去蘭桂坊chill一chill去食個brunch。天氣好凍，好彩餐廳有提供暖氣，入到去即時暖晒bar corner加上水晶燈，裝修方面好chill啊服務員態度好友善，入座後馬上遞上餐牌。以中環的價格以言，價錢真的很實惠呢~選擇大槪有3大類，由於預先係網上做定功課，一早己選好餐點。點了2個餐，2杯飲品。Eggs Royale ($68)(Poached eggs, Toasted bread, Smoked salmon, Hollandaise, Mixed greens)素來草根姐姐都好中意食Egg Benedict🥚特別係有煙生文魚果款🐟水波蛋非常流心❤️配埋一塊柔軟又除唔油膩嘅煙生文魚味道好唔錯💋多士雖然細細塊🍞不過焗到脆卜卜，草根影咗好耐相都仲脆👍🏻真係好厲害！🙌🏻每朝都應該享用一個咁高質素嘅早餐獎勵下自己🤫（絕對係發緊對夢啦）Ciao Chow Breakfast ($78)(Eggs any style,

Got 30% off booking from an App for an early dinner on a Sunday. Ordered 3 antipasti, 1 pizza and a bone in ribeye to share among 4 of us. The antipasti were ok, portion is a bit small. The pizza is quite good because of the pizza base. The ribeye looks impressive but unfortunately the quality of the meat is so so. I ordered a bottle of wine and asked for opinion, but seems no one knows about wine at this place. The place looks decent but the toilet is a mess. Our table is close to the entrance

我大力推薦呢度既Eggs Benedict😋👍, 我試咗佢既Eggs Royale, 好好食～多士上放上煙三文魚同水波蛋。煙三文魚比平時食開既厚身, 帶點油脂香, 三文魚肉質真係好肥好嫩😍。水波蛋一切開, 啲蛋黃醬即刻湧出來, 佢既流心度超強!底下塊多士都好好食, 唔同平時其他餐廳用既法包甘。烘過既多士咬落好香脆, 麵包密度高, 食落好實在。Eggs Royale上面既荷蘭醬好creamy。 Recently one of my favorite places for Eggs Benedict!My Eggs Royale includes a toast, it's topped with smoked salmon, soft poached eggs, and creamy hollandaise sauce. It's also served with green salad.

We came in for a light dinner, drinks and dessert. The service was prompt, friendly and attentive. The beef carpaccio was great but could have done without the mustard sauce which detracted from the taste of the other elements; olive oil would have been fine. Burrata also nice but should have come seasoned and with fresher, warm bread from the pizza oven which was 10 meters away. Beer menu truly impressive and international. The new Rogue draught beers are tasty and satisfying.
