Bought the FunShare coupon for $30 to include one large drink + 3 milk cake. For that price so the four of us gave it a try.We arrived about 6pm, the coupon allow us to have any large drink, two of us wanted to try if their Mocha Frappa (worth $39), where the other two ordered an ice chocolate.Drinks ready after about 5mins and the Mocha Frappa, the taste is ok, with coffee and chocolate (worth $35) taste in a balance but the ice wasn't smooth enough, where I can only drink the melted liquid le

Bought the FunShare coupon for $30 to include one large drink + 3 milk cake. For that price so the four of us gave it a try.

We arrived about 6pm, the coupon allow us to have any large drink, two of us wanted to try if their Mocha Frappa (worth $39), where the other two ordered an ice chocolate.

Drinks ready after about 5mins and the Mocha Frappa, the taste is ok, with coffee and chocolate (worth $35) taste in a balance but the ice wasn't smooth enough, where I can only drink the melted liquid leaving the ice behind, so at the end I got half cup of ice with no taste
--> for 439 I don't think I'll try that again.....


The set came with the "3 milk cake" where the taste I had never taste anything like that before....rich milk taste and the texture is a bit funny....don't know how to describe but the cake overall was ok, just a bit too sweet, reducing half of the sugar would make this cake a wonderful dessert with coffee. Whoever love sweet stuff I do recommend this cake.

Then came to the ice chocolate....they couldn't taste any chocolate taste and it was definitely too sweet!! We raised that to the waitress and she made that again for us but taste was the same....so we were just like "forget it", for the chocolate I definitely give a "cry", for $35 is like a joke XD.

I think the level of sweetness definitely need to adjust otherwise they are very difficult to survive...especially we were there for 1.5 hours and no other customer came....

But really I don't think I'll visit again since the coffee wasn't that good for the price....

識飛天的咖啡?

16-4-2010早幾日喺附近買龜苓膏時路經呢間新開的咖啡店, 幾有興趣, 是日 lunch 後過嚟飲杯嘢. 又例牌叫了 caffe latte (medium size $27)... 同飲開的意大利咖啡唔同, 呢度的面頭無幼滑挺身的奶泡, 無拉花, 賣相仲有點 "amateur" , 不過飲落好滑, 奶味極香, 咖啡味唔算濃郁, 但夠晒香, 唔苦澀, 完全唔使落糖飲, 飲完個口亦唔酸, 味道屬「溫和」. 雖然整體感覺似 latte macchiato 多 d, 但飲完喉嚨十分舒服, 幾喜歡 比起又梳化椅又「扮冰室」的「星記」, 呢度環境明顯簡樸得多, 不過都幾好坐; 店員們亦友善禮貌, 整體印象十錯.放低 $27, 唔算超級好飲, 但唔想飲咁 strong 咖啡的話, 都值得試試的.

比起又梳化椅又「扮冰室」的「星記」, 呢度環境明顯簡樸得多, 不過都幾好坐; 店員們亦友善禮貌, 整體印象十錯.

放低 $27, 唔算超級好飲, 但唔想飲咁 strong 咖啡的話, 都值得試試的.

    這個星期,經過擺花街又發現一家新的咖啡店型格非常.Cafe punta del cielo,是西班牙文？不知是否.但可知的是這裡賣墨西哥豆.這裡的BLEND主分為四種由M1~M4,咖啡師說遲少少會再引入一些別的.分兩天試了三種豆. M1-說是墨西哥人喜歡的拼配,果味濃郁也說酸了些但可以接受的.M2-苦與酸平衡多,是一般意大利咖啡的味道飲後有些可可味在舌上.以上兩杯都是SHORT ESSPRESSO. 像DOPPIO. 這是用M3調作的CORTADO,像是MACCHIATO.M3不像M1及M2;因為除了ARABICA當中還加上了ROBUSTA苦味會強了但十分不討好,苦得來味道有些假.而且奶泡也不分的不濟沒奶香及甜膠膠的感覺.反映了給咖哩師希望日後可改良.
