餐廳:Be Leaf (觀塘)地址:觀塘敬業街55號皇廷廣場地下2號舖Be Leaf原來唔經唔覺已經喺觀塘皇廷廣場開咗三年,每次行經呢間Cafe都會比佢充滿峇里島風情嘅精緻佈置而吸引🤩,加上Pet friendly可以帶埋毛孩過嚟Chill🐶,絕對喺一個悠閑relax可以消磨時間嘅好地方,當然唔少得佢哋出色嘅Fusion菜式同特色甜品啦😋入到餐廳每個角落都比到人寫意嘅感覺,我諗更重要嘅喺因為佢哋有唔少植物裝飾🌴。lunch time有十幾款主食比你揀,價錢同份量都算合理,最平嘅蒜香麻辣滕椒雞配日本珍珠飯只喺$82,而最貴就喺$168嘅香煎紐西蘭特級肉眼扒🥩,加$18可以升級埋做套餐,有是日餐湯、餐包,同伯爵茶/洛神花茶/冰紅茶一杯,亦可以加錢叫其他飲品☕️,例如有睇頭帶有焦糖香嘅自家制焦糖餅咖啡(+$28),同養身排毒降血壓血脂嘅陳皮洛神花茶(+$15),拎住佢哋喺餐廳任何一個角落都喺咁適合打卡📸✝️香辣白酒牛油炒手拆蟹肉珍珠柱貝意大利麵 $118呢個足料嘅海鮮意大利麵🍝,除咗有份量唔少嘅手拆蟹肉同珍珠柱貝之外,仲有毛豆做配塔,雖然個人唔喺覺得好夾,但又真喺添加咗啲色水同埋食落違和感唔大,最重要意大利麵用咗香辣白酒同牛油炒香🍶,整體味道微辣惹味幾開胃🌶️✝️甜酸醬烤焗16小時慢煮美國豬肋骨配炸薯條 $158用咗16個鐘頭去慢煮烤焗🔥,先做到豬肋骨嘅肉質超級軟嫩,6條肋骨依附咗唔少豬肉,甜酸醬嘅香味令豬肉嘅滋味提升,同時做到唔會太濃味,底下仲有炸薯條,不過可能放咗喺豬肋骨底下蘸咗少少醬汁🤏,食落就唔算太脆口✝️經典提拉米蘇梳乎厘班戟 $128(半價$64)甜品控要留意👀,只要提前book位,叫一份午餐仲可以用半價優惠叫餐廳所有甜品🍰,仲要無上限㗎😍。今次叫咗佢哋嘅招牌Tiramisu梳乎厘班戟🥞,因為喺由甜品師即叫即整嘅關係,叫完都真喺需要啲時間同埋賣晒就無。濃郁嘅Tiramisu醬加上勁多嘅朱古力片同可可粉鋪喺兩層厚厚嘅pancake上面,好似瀑布湧泉咁澎湃😆,pancake充滿蛋香,airy得嚟又不失軟綿口感🤤埋完單唔好丟張單住‼️因為單據同時亦喺優惠券🎊,14日內再幫襯就可以憑單免費換泰式斑斕巴斯克烤微焦芝士蛋糕🍰,或者焙茶軟心巴斯克烤微焦芝士蛋糕是但一款😚

Yesterday, I met up with a friend at this beautifully decorated restaurant in Kwun Tong. I came here mainly for the Soufflé Pancake - it looks very attractive when I looked it up online, and it tasted like heaven on earth. All desserts are half-price during lunchtime. Be Leaf餐廳位於觀塘工廠區敬業街55號皇廷廣場地下,餐廳裝修簡約設計帶有東南亞風情,餐廳內有綠色元素擺設,設有戶外座位,供有寵物人士選擇,餐廳主打多個菜嘅咖啡店,服務員招呼有禮。雜錦海鮮沙律海鮮沙律有墨魚,蝦,帶子, 沙律菜落車厘茄,海鮮爽口彈牙,沙律菜食落清新清爽。香茅蒜香泰式炸雞翼炸雞翼有三大隻,炸到金黃色,食落嫩滑香口,每口雞肉都帶有香茅和蒜香味,越食越味。16小時慢煮醬烤法國鴨腿配牛油意大利飯廚師烹調法國鴨腿用咗16小時慢煮,鴨腿煮到入口即溶又夠入味,微鹹,意大利飯食落軟糯。配有餐湯(南瓜忌廉湯)及自家製香草麵包和餐飲Ocean Paradise Soda。凍特濃朱古力朱古力杯面有白色忌廉,忌廉上有黑色朱古力碎,微甜,每一啖都有香濃嘅朱古力味感覺冰涼舒暢。
