間中會經過呢間餐廳主打越式法包每次經過都唔太多人堂食今天放假經過見到佢有下午茶餐所以問下有的咩款點知原來所有法包套餐價都係$40只係份量比午餐細的午餐是100g,下午茶係70g仲有飲品/湯選左蕃茄燜牛腩和越色凍咖啡飲品可選咖啡或蓮花茶佢係即叫即整法包keep住係暖櫃所以仲keep到脆皮咬開見到滿滿既饀料比預算中多牛腩牛腩有少少咬口有淡淡既蕃茄味整體黎講唔錯飲品方便,咖啡味香濃偏向多糖多奶個人口味偏甜所以覺得剛剛好

法式麪包外脆內軟, 加入酸蘿蔔及青瓜, 青爽又輕盈。香茅嫩雞腿肉味道偏淡, 但卻滲透淡淡香氣, 為整個越式三文治畫龍點睛,是個飽肚又健康的選擇。偏食的伙伴可以跟我一樣走葱及芫荽, 美味又沒有負擔。

Having some very good bahn mi options in wan chai I was still excited to have another option Bahn Mi Kitchen open as I had heard good things about it’s Central branch. The choice of fillings are the main attraction of this joint as other place only have one or two options. I decided to go for the char siu bahn mi and also got a Vietnamese coffee. The coffee was absolutely positively delicious! I could say it’s one of the best Vietnamese style coffees I’ve had in HK. Now for the bahn mi, the char siu filling was quite nice. The bread was my main gripe being stale and having the plastic airy taste I associate with cheap bread. The other ones two bahn mi places I like in wan chai do their breads so well that this was a let down and I wouldn’t be tempted to come here based on the bread alone, which is unfortunate - makes me think it’s a one off that I got old stale bread. The char siu was still good quality and flavor and the other toppings were just standard.

早前和同事已駐足多次Banh Mi門外,看過有關店的介紹,不過我們對此採取觀望態度。不過看見店內人潮與日俱增,尤其以外籍人士甚多,應該都是很有水準的一家店。店內是開放式廚房,以外賣店為主並提供少量座位。食品選擇不多,只供應6款包($47-$80)及1款沙律($45)。惠顧食品可加$12有咖啡,加$5 有蓮花茶,加$12有湯。我只點了蕃茄燜牛腩越式法包($60)。就算是堂食,都一概跟外賣般用紙包裹著再貼上貼紙。法包包身有加熱過。蕃茄汁香濃,酸菜微酸很開胃。牛腩口感比較鬆散,汁也稍鹹了一點。不過整體都不錯,吃得出店方的用心。
