同事有一罐什錦的aunt Stella's, 請我食左塊，覺得幾ok, 又想試埋其他款喎,今日行過海港城就順便買來試下喇！見到有十幾廿款選擇，就pick左啲自己喜歡的。如有nuts丫，乾果丫，水果味等。。。啲曲奇太脆，唔多鍾意。不過有nuts嗰啲還是可以的！應該不再encore,因不是我杯茶！

有時行開citysuper，這個超市很多東西買，有扒有沙津有面包有餅，很多種類，其中其下間餅店，我很喜歡的就是 "Aunt Stella's" 。內裡有不同的餅干及旦糕。餅乾是我最愛的：有玉米片餅乾，朱古力餅乾，黑芝麻餅乾，檸檬餅乾，朱古力燕麥餅乾......等等。約20多種。它的餅乾又薄又香脆，有能不蓋其本身的味道，牛油味有不重，樣樣味道都可口，但我卻最愛是黑芝麻餅乾（黑芝麻的香味），朱古力餅乾（朱古力的可口），檸檬餅乾（有著檸檬的清香），每次我最愛是買碎了的雜餅，話就話碎了，其實都很完整的，可能只斷了一邊，或沒有圓形的那麼完美，但價錢卻平了些，每次我公司後，必定叫杯熱檸檬茶，邊吃邊渴，這樣，真是多麼的享受啊。

因為久唔久就有唔同嘅食友送啲曲奇俾小弟，所以，就開始咗依個好友狂賞曲、小弟就狂嚐曲嘅系列。估唔到都真喺有食友會留意依個欄目，因為有次試食活動之後，被食友問起幾時再出「好友狂嚐曲」系列 ，我話要儲吓貨先有得寫喎，無人送就無得寫 。不過，多得朋友 /食友寵愛，又真喺久唔久請我食曲奇，令到依個系列得以延續 ，今次，先介紹Aunt Stella's嘅曲奇。Aunt Stella's除咗有一件件散賣，亦有唔少送禮盒裝，記得大概年半前第一次接觸依個品牌，就噝當時姨仔所轉贈嘅一盒詩特莉阿姨「天使心手工曲奇彌月禮盒」俾小弟，一盒內有成20塊曲奇，仲要塊塊唔同味，估佢哋邊塊喺邊隻味真喺好似玩配對遊戲咁 （http://www.openrice.com/restaurant/commentdetail.htm?commentid=2255301&tc=sr2&con=rvw）。不過，今次收到老婆同事所贈嘅詩特莉阿姨嘅「小熊禮盒」（當然盒餅喺送俾佢，而唔喺送俾啦），只有8塊，考驗細好多，哈哈 ！ 小熊禮盒 $65外觀別緻得意，最適合送俾小朋友，不過當時晌屋企第一眼見到，同老婆講隻粉紅兔仔喺乜嘢嚟，認真失禮晒 ！每盒有8塊曲奇，一般喺由店員預先隨手揀嚟8件入盒，不過亦可按心水自選，定價$65絕對比起散買$38 / 100g（即6-8塊）貴一大截 。 前排左至右： 朱古力燕麥曲奇：唔止單純嘅朱古力濃味，多份燕麥嘅咬口； 檸檬曲奇：一口咬落幾清新，檸檬味慢慢滲出嚟； 粟米片提子曲奇：最具質感，粟米片有點脆卜卜嘅口感，加埋烘乾提子嘅煙煙韌韌； 牛油曲奇：曲奇嘅基本，鬆脆富牛油香，咁就已經好夠。 後排左至右： 牛奶砂糖曲奇：較甜，但混有牛奶香味，唔錯； 朱古力曲奇：跟上面嘅朱古力燕麥曲奇好唔同，曲奇加入朱古力粒，所以，嗒落咬落先有朱古力甜味； 合桃曲奇：混晌曲奇中嘅合桃粒，雖然唔多，頗為香脆； 咖啡曲奇：咖啡味嘅曲奇一向都不俗，除非你本人唔鍾意咖啡嘅啫。其實依家嘅曲奇專門店所出嘅款式越嚟越多，又層出不窮，極盡心思，加上曲奇餅既香且脆，真喺點會有厭倦嘅一日呢 ！再次多謝老婆嘅同事，讓小弟重溫詩特莉阿姨嘅味道 ！

Was originally going to Harbor City to try Cha-no-wa, but when I saw the tiny size of the servings, I thought it was too pricey, so I decided to buy a few different snacks from the other dessert/snacks shops in the same City Super area instead.Next to Cha-no-wa is a cookie shop called “Aunt Stella’s”. You can tell the staff which cookies you want, and they have a number of different variations. It costs 35HKD for 100 grams. There is no minimum order, so you can buy as many or few cookies as you like. I bought 4 cookies, and the price was 20HKD, so it costs approximately 5 dollars for each cookie. Proably one of the most affordable snack options in this area. These cookies are completely the opposite of Mrs. Fields soft doughy cookies, as they are quite crispy. Personally I am not a big fan of Mrs. Fields cookies, as I think they are sometimes too doughy (like wet undercooked dough) and the artificial sweetness of those sometimes overpowers whatever flavor they have.I went with 2 Blueberries and 2 Chocolate Chip cookies.The blueberries had a strong distinct flavor which matched well with the cookie, and although they were dried blueberries, they still had a somewhat “juicy” feel to themThe chocolate chip cookies had lots and lots of small pieces of chocolate in them, and the chocolate was similar to the one (in my experience) found in homemade chocolate chip cookies, so I loved the homemade feel about them.I rarely buy cookies in Hong Kong, as they are often too expensive or not really tasty, but now that might change, I'll definetively be back here to try more of the cookies at Aunt Stella's!

逛city super,又見到aunt stella's, 便順道買那些碎曲奇止癮,價錢便宜多1/4 ($25-125g), 平常逐款選的要 $25- 100g。曲奇餅, 我愛吃jenny's bakery、太子的超群、太子的貴族蛋糕, 還有的便是 stella's！
