餐廳:Amitie Kitchen (尖沙咀)地址:尖沙咀厚福街8號H8 9樓為左慶祝完成左大學第4年semester 2最後一個考試👏,考完試即刻要去豪食返餐好嘅😻,呢個時勢當然唔少得要去超大力懲罰黃店啦🎗,所以一早訂位去左尖沙咀厚福街H8 9樓嘅Amitie Kitchen打開餐牌見到五大訴求缺一不可套餐真係超級興奮🤩,$60就有一個餐仲送野飲,超抵👍🏼!不過我就選擇食好啲,叫左午餐西西里汁豬柳、本菇扁意大利麵($78)同烤燒紐西蘭西冷(6安士)配薯菜($138),另外仲叫左個炒煙肉椰菜仔($48)同甜品朱古力心太軟伴雲呢拿雪糕(跟餐+$50)先講下呢個豬柳意大利麵🍝,餐廳用上西西里汁🥫,除左有番茄之外🍅,一般仲會加上唔同香料令味道更香更有層次,仲好開胃,意大利麵用左扁麵,食起上黎夠煙韌😋,豬柳細嫩份量仲唔少西冷係超強烈推薦🤤,先唔好講賣相吸引,仲足六安士有餘,而7成熟嘅西冷係超腍唔痴牙,紐西蘭品種較少脂肪,但食起上黎多汁又重牛肉香🤙,呢個價錢食到呢個質素嘅扒真係超值跟餐除左有湯或者沙律揀之外仲有甜品送,今日嘅甜品係特濃朱古力蛋糕🍫,it’s my favorite❤️!話明好好食一餐又點少得加多個甜品呢🍨?呢個朱古力心太軟伴雲呢拿雪糕比左我好大嘅surprise😍,係超靚超有心思,五大訴求一直係真香港人想要嘅野,其實解決根本問題好簡單😔,政府同警隊就不停製造更多問題同解決提出建議嘅人,咁樣真係好咩?希望有一日香港人真係可以搵返自己擁有嘅野每日經文:看哪,我站在門外叩門,若有聽見我聲音就開門的,我要進到他那裏去,我與他,他與我一同坐席。——‭‭啟示錄‬ ‭3:20‬ 繼續閱讀

It was our second visit to Amitie Kitchen. Our last dining experience here was pretty good that we decided to come back again. Last time it was still not so full during the pandemic and it was quite busy this time during lunch hours on a weekday!There were a few lunch sets to choose from, including a daily soup or a specific salad, dessert and brewed coffee or gourmet tea. You could top up for bread, other drinks or other desserts. Prices seemed quite reasonable. We ordered a lunch set from their lunch set menu and a burger from their a la carte menu to share.香煎元貝仔、羅馬生菜伴豆腐紅莓沙律汁 Baby Scallops Salad with Tofu Raspberry Dressing (included in set)There were 7 baby scallops which were well reasoned and not too chewy. 羅馬生菜 together with a few cherry tomatoes (even orange cherry tomatoes) were all well dressed. The veggies were fresh. 餐包 at $10+10%The bread plate was such a good deal as there were three types at a cost of just $10+10%. There were a mini croissant, a thin charcoal cracker and half a raisin bun. They had all been warmed before serving. The mini croissant was so soft and buttery. I could eat it without adding any butter. The cracker was fresh and crispy although it was a bit thick. The raisin bun had two pieces of raisin and was reasonably soft which went great with the butter served on the side. A small pack of jam was also served together with the bread.西西里汁豬柳、本菇扁意大利麵 Pork Tenderloin and Marmoreal Mushroom Linguine with Sicilian Sauce at $78+10%The linguine was served very very hot! There was sufficient sauce with loads of fresh veggies like small mushrooms, sweet peppers and onions. There were also quite a number of pork tenderloin slices. It was quite a healthy dish.炒煙肉椰菜仔 Sauteed Brussel Sprouts with Bacon at $48+10%We also added a side at $48+10%. Portion was big as Brussel Sprouts were so pricey in HK. The Brussel Sprouts were cut into halves with loads of bacon slices added. It was like home-made as it was not overly salty at all with appropriate amount of oil added. The bacon slices were not those of crispy type and enhanced flavour of the Brussel Sprouts. It was highly recommended. 雪糕椰汁紅豆冰 Ice Red Beans with Ice Cream at $20+10%A drink was included in the set and we topped it up by $20+10% to get a special drink like this. It was very rich in coconut milk with red beans at the bottom and a big scoop of vanilla ice-cream. It was really evil! 香煎意大利煙肉、大啡菇芝士日本飛驒和牛漢堡配炸薯條 Portobello Mushroom and Pancetta Burger with Cheese, French Fries at $188+10%The a la carte burger we ordered was this! We topped it up by $30+10% to get the 日本飛驒和牛! The burger was so big that we had to eat it slices by slices. The bacon was really of high quality as it was suitably fatty and was so crispy and smelt so rich of oil! The minced 日本飛驒和牛 was fully cooked and covered by evil cheese. The portobello mushroom was very juicy and meaty. The burger was bottomed by some fresh greens and cherry tomato slices (even orange cherry tomato) to make it slightly less evil. Even the buns were well toasted so that they had a slightly crispy crust with soft interior. Both buns were buttered too. Both my lunch partner and I agreed that this burger was better than a lot of other burgers else where. The accompanying French Fries were of great portion and freshly deep fried. They were of those thin types and obviously sprinkled with some spices on top. They went great with ketchup. As both of us craved some heavy desserts, we decided to upgrade our set to encore the chocolate fondant we had last time. 朱古力心太軟伴士多啤梨雪糕 Chocolate Fondant with Strawberry Ice Cream at $50+10%The Chocolate Fondant with Strawberry Ice Cream was presented so differently compared with last time! The chocolate fondant was done very well with chocolate lava flowing out within the slightly thick crust of the chocolate cake. There were quite a few pieces of real strawberry fruits in the ice cream scoop. You could choose to have vanilla ice-cream rather than strawberry. I really loved the combo of cold ice cream together with warm flowing out chocolate lava + chocolate cake. Very evil dessert. In short, the quality of the food was generally quite nice and up to standard. Prices of the lunch sets were really quit economical.  繼續閱讀

這天原本打算吃來吃壽司的,但人太多了,且又十分肚餓,便來了同一幢大廈的這間餐廳嚐嚐。中午時段來到,設有午餐餐牌,最後點了松葉蟹味噌蟹膏鵪鶉蛋意大利麵伴白酒忌廉汁、烤燒大啡菇配黑醋汁及午市套餐—大蝦香橙蜜桃沙律伴檸檬橘子汁一份。因朋友不太好肉,所以點了很多都是蔬菜類為主的菜式,上碟後卻有意想不到的驚喜。每碟菜式的擺盤都好色彩繽紛,令人食慾大增!松葉蟹味噌蟹膏鵪鶉蛋意大利麵伴白酒忌廉汁大推這碟意粉!松葉蟹膏配白酒忌廉汁很夾,咸度適中但又不會太膩,醬汁很掛汁,意粉亦煮得剛好,再加上大量的蘆筍青紅椒及菇類作配搭,口感十分豐富,整個配搭很不錯!而且份量也很多,兩個女生分着吃也很夠飽呢。烤燒大啡菇配黑醋汁黑醋汁與大啡菇亦出奇地夾,酸酸甜甜的,很開胃,大啡菇亦很Juicy。大蝦香橙蜜桃沙律伴檸檬橘子汁這碟沙律的色彩配搭很好,顏色鮮艷,增加食慾,個人很喜歡沙律裡有水果,因為酸酸甜甜的會更開胃,而檸檬橘子汁的沙律汁亦有別於一般餐廳選用的沙律醬或黑醋汁,跟蔬菜更搭。飲品方面則點了水果茶及抹茶拿鐵,飲品的水準亦很不錯。餐廳的環境挺寧靜的,與三五知己在這裏吃個飯聊聊天消磨一個下午很不錯。 繼續閱讀

今日黎到尖沙咀食飯 揀左呢間amitie kitchen! 其實係見到朋友食過話呢間唔錯 所以先決定黎🙈 其實裡面坐就幾迫下 枱同枱之間空位唔多 而且staff 好少 所以第一印象就係一間普通樓上cafe 嘅格局💛💛但意外嘅係野食好好食💛😍朋友介紹左個海膽意大利面 所以我就嗌左呢個 同埋另外單叫左個油封鴨脾配蒜味薯蓉伴藍梅汁❤️因為唔係嗌set dinner, 所以飲品係單叫 飲品方面就不過不失 唔算太特別加拿大海膽松露蟹膏蟹肉忌廉汁意大利面非常之juicy! 而且塊海膽有質素 一啲都唔腥 幾厚肉下 同蟹膏蟹肉配合得幾好😍唔會搶左個味🤤 而且個汁嘅濃郁度岩岩好 足以掛上個意粉到 成件事好好味而個油封鴨脾都好有驚喜!個鴨一切落去已經知係外脆內嫩😍成道菜無論係薯蓉定個鴨都好好食🙈配合埋個藍梅汁 酸酸甜甜咁 完全唔會有一啲膩嘅感覺,好快就清左🤣🤣個人都好鐘意overall 呢間野嘅食物質素真係唔錯 不過係service 有待改善 如果有多幾個staff 會好好多😍但呢一餐野食上好滿意!💛 繼續閱讀

好食當然要一食再食啦,Amitie Kitchen 就係其中一間值得推介既餐廳,但記得預早book定位呀!餐廳環境闊絡,可容納約50人,但好野多人爭,唔訂位點會食到好野呀?這裡燈光偏暗,情侶拍拖、朋友聊天、家人聚會,都是一個不錯的地點。餐廳誠意推出了新菜式還放在當眼處:牛腹膜柳、牛無骨牛小排、海膽系列等等...當然要試下啦。先來的當然是餐前麵包,質感軟彈鬆化,為我的美味晚餐揭開序幕。加拿大海膽吞拿魚他他法式多士 - $128吞拿魚他他配上多士真係無得輸,味道清甜鮮味,還有海膽提升其味道層次,吃下去更添一種鮮甜口感。西京燒比目魚柳 - $198比目魚柳份量相當大份,香甜的氣味都散發出來。魚柳肉質軟稔,輕輕的已能把他分開,吃起來味道鮮甜,魚味濃郁嫩滑。美國牛腹膜柳 - $198牛腹膜柳軟腍細緻,鬆軟彈牙,肉味香濃,且肉汁豐富澎湃,口感一流,呢個真係令我食到停唔到口。 繼續閱讀
