i recently visited the Pizza Shop in search of a quick bite. However, my experience left much to be annoyed. When I arrived, I was surprised to find a queue stretched out the door with at least 20 people waiting. After a 15 minute wait, I finally made it to the front. The slices they served were cold and not freshly prepared. 香港市面上最常見的薄餅大多是圓形的拿坡里式，今次就在灣仔發掘到一間新開張、來自意大利羅馬的人氣長方形手切薄餅專家Alice Pizza。香港店作為首間亞洲區分店，室內設計貫徹意大利店的特色，以標誌性的綠色、白色及紅色霓虹燈裝飾交織出充滿活力朝氣的意式風情。一入門口就見到櫥窗裡琳瑯滿目，各種款式一目了然，開放式的廚房傳來薄餅新鮮出爐的烘焙香氣。店內設置從意大利遠道訂製由巧手工匠為品牌打造的專屬焗爐，以多層式設計，放置於大型長方形烤盤中，讓薄餅工匠可為每層焗爐單獨設置溫度及時間，在280度至300度的標準溫度下精準烤焗約九分鐘，讓薄餅受熱更均勻。香港店遵循意大利羅馬長方形薄餅的傳統，可按食客的口味及食量需求切割，並以重量計算價格，店內標準一件薄餅的重量約為100克至160克不等，重量取決於餅底上的配料份量。餐牌提供超過二十款薄餅口味選擇，包羅經典滋味、素食之選及創意風味，可以隨個人喜好拼湊多款口味，一次過試齊多款口味。飲品亦有來自意大利的Santa Vittoria礦泉水$20及梳打系列$30。店內設有少量座位，堂食之餘亦可外賣帶走，拿回家後翻熱可以平底鑊慢火煎3至4分鐘、又或者用焗爐或氣
