今次係上網book左位先去，預留左bar枱，想睇住個open kitchen 煮野食。book左12:15，到時候無人，但到左12:30就full house了。Hummus 🦅 $68呢次係我第一食鷹嘴豆泥，其實我本身都對豆好抗拒嫁，但黎到就點都要試下。個hummus好滑身，調味亦都好夠味，一試愛上左，聽講呢個hummus重有落芫荽，但真係完全食唔出😋，真係好好味，完全顛覆咗我對豆嗰種味道🤣。本身配一塊flatbread，其實係唔夠，所以再叫多一塊。Sourdough flatbread 🫓$30熱辣辣脹卜卜嘅flatbread一上枱睇住已經流晒口水，食落質地超鬆軟，用嚟送hummus一流。Lamb Shawarma🐑 $210啲羊肉一啲都唔騷，啲羊肉係已經切晒出嚟好容易食，配左cream cheese 同埋綠色嘅zhoug。zhoug係一個比較辣嘅醬汁，但加埋一齊食出奇地夾，不過如果淨係點cream cheese其實已經好好味。呢個冇配到flatbread，所以另外叫左一塊。Chicken Kebab 🐥$185雞肉放咗大量香料去煮同埋都唔鞋口，配左甜甜地嘅cumin yoghur

You should definitely go for a try if you wanna get impressed by 𝕞𝕚𝕕𝕕𝕝𝕖-𝔼𝕒𝕤𝕥 𝕔𝕦𝕚𝕤𝕚𝕟𝕖!.Starting with their 🌟ℍ𝕠𝕞𝕖𝕞𝕒𝕕𝕖 𝔽𝕝𝕒𝕥𝕓𝕣𝕖𝕒𝕕🫓 (the secret is on the sourdough that makes it so soft!) puddled with ℍ𝕦𝕞𝕞𝕦𝕤. I’ve never thought that the hummus spread could be that flavorful🌈🌟𝔹𝕒𝕜𝕝𝕒𝕧𝕒 - a crispy & not-too-sweet dessert, filled with mouthfuls of pistachio & walnut 😋.Just one thing of note, the menu is kept rather simple, so some might find the variance a bit limited🙊

Acme is opened by restaurants group behind the frequently featured sister brand Baked 🍔🍳, which has a rather casual setting, here you’d fine a more structured set-up playing with many earthy tones, wooden elements 🪑🤎 and its wall mount shelf full of Middle Eastern spices and herbs 🌿🌶. 星期五晚同朋友慶祝生日，佢揀左呢間餐廳。我地四個叫左好多野食，全部都好好食，擺盤又精緻，不過定價進取，份量細，但都推薦黎chill下。Sourdough Flatbread x2個包好好食，好鬆軟，攞黎蘸hummus食，但齋食都已經好出色。Broccolini Hummus係鷹嘴豆泥，伴碟有羊芝士、牛油果蓉、羽衣甘藍、西蘭花苗，唔錯。Deep Fried Halloumi即係炸芝士，好香口，一啲都唔膩。Watermelon Salad幾清新。Mussel Toast好細份，但好正，多士外脆內軟，配青口好好味，仲有薯片同yogurt。Culurgiones係雲吞，皮整得好好食，個餡都唔錯。Octopus必叫，超級好食，彈牙得黎又好好咬，個醬都好好味。Baklava係細細舊既甜品，鍾意nuts既人一定會鍾意。補充下餐廳切餅費收$250，連擺雪櫃都要收$50，所以我地都係去朋友屋企食蛋糕慶祝。

Another spectacular restaurant owned by the owner of the famous cafe in Soho -BAKED 💯Acme is a middle eastern cuisine that puts a modern twist on traditional flavours. We started off with the sourdough flatbread, the dish that everyone orders when they visit. Served hot👌🏼 The bread was extremely fluffy, pillowy and soft. The place looks great, bright and light. Acoustics are not great, which is not a major for most. It was busy, booking required. Service was ok.Now the food, we ordered 9 dishes, 6 were vege based. Love the little twist in the dishes they offer. Been here a couple times and the food hasn’t disappointed at all! The oxtail hummus is simply mouthwatering! Perfect service, but does seem very rushed. Not a place you can sit and relax over food and wine- blame their popularity I guess! Worth more than a few visits to try their various dishes. Highly recommended!!

Another visit to Acme after being invited to their opening some time ago. As the name Acme suggests, a concept like this can truly be the best of its kind. 香港比較靚嘅中東菜餐廳選擇唔多所以Acme一開已經想食奈何佢個位真係比較上山 一直都未排到去試愈耐期望就愈高 所以有少許失望服務同裝潢都係唔錯嘅 但間舖size比較細今次安排係吧台位置望住開放式廚房但even隔左膠版都覺得同隔離位好近 有d逼台面比較窄 叫多幾樣野已經滿左食物方面Sourdough Flatbread + Hummus(中東菜真係必點 )個flatbread睇落細但2個人share剛好軟熟亦保持濕潤可惜嘅係佢嘅Hummus非常淡味 老實我未去過中東唔知authentic應該係點但比起我食過10+款hummus黎講 佢真係最淡個人認為佢可能唔夠Tahini (芝麻醬) 同Garlic所以成件事好 “原味” 鷹咀豆feelFalafel 係鷹咀豆Ballball其實同Hummus有d似但呢個好食好多配埋個近似guacamole但更酸辣嘅dip焗香左熱辣辣非常唔錯Steak & Egg因為想食肉嘅關係點左呢個唔太中東嘅菜式佢個牛煮得Medium Rare剛好 肉味夠但就冇咩特色主菜會建議叫 Chicken Kebab 朋友之前食過唔錯 又可以配埋Flatbread唔需要再單點

Started off our meal with a fluffy airy sourdough flatbread and hummus - their hummus was sooo good that we mopped the bowl clean. We liked how it was dense, smooth, not too oily and the chickpeas added texture. Harissa chicken kebab was perfectly grilled and tender.
