櫃桶腸粉係大陸好嚐見,每一次返大陸都必定會食。 難得香港有呢種腸粉可以試食,專登前來一試。我覺得一碟腸粉好唔好食主要受個汁影響,汁係腸粉嘅精髓。其次係腸粉嘅滑度,煙韌度,即口感。令我十分之失望嘅係,呢度腸粉嘅汁酸中帶苦,好奇怪,食到我皺晒眉頭。話明係冬菇瘦肉,但其實啲冬菇根本唔係冬菇而係菜乾。至於腸粉嘅口感,都幾ok,滑而不會太厚,加上雞蛋同蔥花挽救了不少分數。但仍然,d汁同菜乾味嘅冬菇實在是太大的敗筆,我食左幾啖已經想放棄

Went here again because I love the rice rolls with mushrooms and there is a U Select opposite!The rice rolls were consistently good with fragrant mushrooms it in.Adding the chili spices it up but next time I will put the chili on a separate dish because it was so spicy that I couldn't eat the area where I put the sauce.For drinks, they had job tears and aged peel which was really soothing and healthy.Glad there are now some tables so people can sit down and eat.

一人午餐用了$32 十分飽陳片煲米水很有家的感覺, 主要有紅米和生熟薏米, 小甜, 有冷或熱選擇。 跟餐購飲品,只需加$6,十分高質!自已帶了水樽,就環保一下,走杯,其實米水顏色是微黃的, 只是我水樽本身是紅色。蒸冬菇腸粉很香,即蒸熱辣辣,喜歡這腸粉的口感特別。$16加了2串麻辣燙, 海帶和蓮藕,正!$5/串環保一點, 麻辣燙和腸粉直接送一盒, 也可以分開放的。還可以自由加醬油加辣,辣椒也有3種,還有蒜和菜莆,十分好

今日去左試呢間腸粉,比起其他布拉腸粉更好食。😋味道👍🏽👍🏽腸粉夠薄夠滑。如果增加多幾種配料腸粉就好!店員服務都好好!值得推介!好可惜有D遠!希望店主會繼續開分店!

不過食落去腸粉都幾滑, 可惜嘅係冬菇同肉碎都唔算多😢

In London, there are Boxparks, where a bunch of shipping containers are made into shops and eateries.Recently Kai Yip Estate market had a makeover where it was given an Industrial theme with a shipping container outlook so I decided to check it out.As well as checking it out, I was clearly there for food.There were various stalls from dimsum, fried stuff, noodles etc but 食好啲 clearly was unique because they had these strange looking ricerolls, silver pin noodles which were filled and these items

Recently Kai Yip Estate market had a makeover where it was given an Industrial theme with a shipping container outlook so I decided to check it out.
As well as checking it out, I was clearly there for food.
There were various stalls from dimsum, fried stuff, noodles etc but 食好啲 clearly was unique because they had these strange looking ricerolls, silver pin noodles which were filled and these items on the menu which I have not seen anywhere else.
It turns out to be Kaiping cuisine after asking the guy there.
I ordered the rolls and a rice, it was difficult deciding between the salted fish rice or dried dace fish but he recommended the salted fish because they salt and sun dry it themselves.
On the counter, there some mouth watering condiments like red and green chili sauce made by them as well.
The rolls were slightly sweet with a strong soybean taste filled with bits of minced meat in the middle but not too much and the chili sauce complimented it nicely.
The not so photogenic salted fish and pork belly rice was amazing because the salted dried fish texture was like fresh fish but slightly firmer like bacalhau, and there were no bones.
It was steamed with pork belly and ginger which releases some oils and goes perfectly with the rice.
