Nice comfortable atmosphere. Tables are resonably spaced. Food was on expensive side. We ordered stir-fried octopus, glass noodles, steak tartar and a bbq beef dish. The steak tartar had slices of pears but was underseasoned. The bbq beef was good quality and portion was decent, with good marbeling. The steak tartar had slices of pears but was underseasoned. The bbq beef was good quality and portion was decent, with good marbeling. Glass noodles had seafood (shrimp & mussels) in it which makes it different from the usual served at many Korean restaurants. The stir-fired octopus had the right amount of spice and the octopus itself was not chewy. The 4 dishes in total was almost HK$1,000. 

We also had OB beer which was HK$38 per small bottle. 

There is a big problem with the service in that the staff get upset if we don't order the expensive bbq dishes. They kept asking us if wanted to order more of such dishes and seemed very dissapointed when we said no. There are plenty of other good Korean restaurants in HK where the staff are much more friendly/accomodating so no need to go back to this place.

Booked a table with 5 friends in Wan Chai for Korean food.We were so lucky to get a room without additional charges.We were served by real Korean. This was the first time we had BBQ dinner in this restaurant. The environment is very nice and not as noisy and smoky as some BBQ restaurants. We ordered the 6-person set dinner menu. Before the food came, we were served with 2 sets of 6 small plates of traditional Korean appetizers each set. Before the food came, we were served with 2 sets of 6 small plates of traditional Korean appetizers each set. These appetizers made from shredded daikon, potatoes, sprouts and kimchi of sweet, sour and spicy tastes were all good in arousing one's appetite. On the set menu, my favorites were the beef short ribs and sliced pork belly. The short ribs were marinated with a sweet sauce and when cooked were very tender and tasty. However, for the pork belly, we had a different feel. It's a bit chewy and had strong and sweet meaty flavour. It's more sense gratifying if you ate these meats by wrapping them in green lettuce served on the side. The Bulgogi beef sliders were also very good. These mini burgers filled with scallions and spicy cucumbers topped with sweet sauces were very tasty and quite filling too. The crispy batter of the Korean fried chicken went down well with the tender chicken meat. The vegetable wraps with a slight flavour of ginseng was also good, but the scallion and seafood pancake was just so so. It's too soft and had no seafood tastes. Eventually, in addition to the set menu, we ordered one more portion of marinated beef short rib as well as the marinated squids and stone-pot rice. The stone-pot rice with beef, vegetables and a raw egg on top was very spicy and hot. To me, it's very good but for those who can't take hot & spicy food had to be on the alert! Finally, we ordered the red bean shaved ice as dessert. The red beans were big and sweet, and its taste went perfectly well with the shaved ice.

On a Wed early evening the restaurant was very quiet, with only a few tables occupied. We were seated at the back near the wine fridges. Interestingly(?) there were many jars with marinated fruit as decoration on the wall but because of the lighting it was kind of eerie, feeling like the jars were holding organs in hospital or laboratory. Apart from that, the table, seating and overall environment is fairly typical for a Korean restaurant.

We had ordered two dishes for the BBQ, with samgyupsal (thick pork belly) and saewoo (prawns). The two pieces of pork belly were nice and tender, without marination, to retain and highlight the original pork flavors. The saewoo was also good and of decent size, with four prawns in total.

In addition, we had the Andong cchimdak, or braised chicken in dark soy sauce Andong style. This dish was one of my favorites when our family toured Seoul last year, and with that fond memory we probably had too much expectation for this dish. It was not bad for a braised chicken, but compared with what we had in Seoul, there was no spiciness and more just sweet soy sauce. Even the chili they put in the pot had no hotness. Maybe they tried to accommodate to the local taste too much?

To fill up our stomach we had a dolsot bibimbap, the famous mixed rice in stone pot, to wrap up. This in our opinion was the best dish of the night, with a good mix of vegetable and meat seasoned with the chili sauce. I personally like a bit more spiciness but still this one was tasty and would be a nice dish for lunch by itself.

The service was nothing exceptional, and given that there was only a few tables on the night, I would expect the waitress to grill the pork belly for us. It was apparent that they were observing how we were cooking the meat, as they came to reduce the heat a few times. If only they could offer to help, it would provide a much higher level of service to customers.
Finally on the price. With the meal for three, the total bill is $684 and considering what we ordered, it was slightly high, but still within an acceptable range. To improve the price/value ratio, maybe offering some free dessert or fruit on top of the hot yuzi drink at the end would help a lot.
My overall rating for the restaurant is 60/100.

一向很喜歡韓嘉嵐, 以前team lunch經常來的餐廳, 食物質素高, 價錢合理。韓嘉嵐搬到來灣仔後第一次來, 廿七樓的景緻, 很不錯。lunch人不多, 環境寧靜, 很好。先來6小碟, 我最喜歡的是薯仔, 少少甜, 很開胃。我們點了豬和牛肋骨share, 清清的湯都是我喜歡的, 牛肋骨煮得老了一點, 豬味道則不錯。滿足的一餐午飯。

Each dumpling was full of flavour and I enjoyed every bite so much I almost ordered seconds. The marinated beef short ribs were also great and I enjoyed cooking the meat to how I pleased as well, as it made the experience delicious and fun at the same time. 

I definitely recommend people come and try. Really great Korean cuisine.

Today I went to try out the lunch menu to see if it was as good as the dinner. I tried the Bulgogi beef sliders, as they were recommended, as well as the kimchi pancakes with the usual starters and some rice. To finish off the order, I decided to drink the korean beer on the menu, Hite, just to complete the meal. The bulgogi sliders arrived quickly and were very tasty. I was enthralled by the modern twist of a traditional korean dish and I was almost tempted to order another after I finished, with so many different tastes and textures. The kimchi pancakes were also great, each bite full of flavour.
Time after time this restaurant continues to impress me.

The usual Korean appetisers were served and I thought they were all tasty and they came very quickly. The marinated beef short ribs were simple and delicious, a staple dish in korean cuisine. I also tried the yellow croaker, which was the first time I had tried it. The skin was crispy and the meat was juicy and delicious with lots of flavour.

I will definitely come again to try other dishes.

As we booked our table by phone, we were seated rather quickly, and served with a selection of different appetisers, which were thoroughly enjoyed by the table due to the variety of different flavours. For our main dishes we ordered the combination beef platter, or Sogogi modum Gu e, and the marinated slice duck, ori joomulluk, to share between the table. The quality of the dishes was fantastic and bursting with flavour, both of them perfect dishes to share with friends or family on special occasions. Also the service was great as the staff were very friendly and always happy to help when available, even when the restaurant was busy. 
As it was a special occasion, we all decided to try the infused soju, which tasted delicious as well.  

Overall I thought my meal at Han Ga Ram was great and a highly recommend going there for any special occaision you may have!

It is a perfect dish for lunch if you're on a tight schedule and I believe it is on their lunch set menus. This time I decided to try their infused soju as well, definitely something you should try if you're having a special celebration. 

As always, the place looks great especially in comparison to the last one, the service remains humble, I'm starting to be a familiar face which could be a bonus. This is definitely a place I would recommend to bring friends and family.

The jazz music also adds the extra bit of atmosphere.

見openrice宣傳正宗韓國菜, 滿有寄望的到達, 一去到見到全個場9成都係東南亞藉員工, 差D以為自己去錯餐廳, 已經心感不妙...食物: 我哋叫咗個4人餐 ($1148+10%),  質素同味道真的很一般. 先上前菜, 第一次聽到韓國餐廳那小小碟的前菜竟然冇得refill, 跟住食燒肉所附送的一籃生菜, 竟然同旁邊食2人餐的份糧一樣, waiter 又係話冇免費添加. 我見識少, 但係我哋不論在香港定韓國都真係冇試過有韓式餐廳逐碟前菜逐塊生菜葉計住囉. 你控制成本我明白, 但係你係咪都應該俾番足4人份糧的配菜我哋呢?講番食物, 燒肉同蝦都正常冇特別, 炸雞個皮好粉, 石頭飯飯身太濕同好少服務: 呀侍應姐姐唔知係緊張定點, 剪牛肋骨剪到d肉跌晒落張枱. 兩張枱之間的椅背對椅背只留得很窄的通道, 但係呀侍應姐姐無論如何都要推架收碗車過去執枱, 佢自己同事都話其實可以用托盤執拾, 勁唔好意思的即刻幫我哋幾枱坐路邊位顧客加番外衣套. 最特別係有枱韓國藉食客想點菜, 面對全場東南亞員工, 仲要講英文, 成個呆晒, 最後要個高級阿朱媽職員幫手先掂清潔: 唔知係咪D油煙, 地面幾滑結論: 連飲

結論: 連飲品埋單$1500, 以呢個價錢食韓國菜我試過有好多更好的選擇

Food is so so. Some common practice in most Korean restaurants (e.g. refilling the side dishes) are not offered. Service needs to be improved terribly. Floor is slippery so we suspected many oil stains on the ground.

Recommendation: For the price almost $400 per head, there are many better Korean restaurants out there.

味道,环境,服务都很好。价格小贵。点了豆腐海鲜汤,味道棒棒的,咸度辣度刚好,海鲜略少。海鲜饼,脆脆的,味道非常好。缺点依然是海鲜略少。小菜还不错,想多吃点青菜就多要了一份,很大方的就送了一小份青菜。服务态度非常非常好,有礼貌,很真诚和善,服务员英文都不错。还会再来,下次人多试试烤肉。
