本身想搵吓銅鑼灣有咩食,就上網search,見到某媒體介紹呢一間餐廳,話佢係亞洲x西班牙菜,加上啲圖(照騙)幾吸引咁就嚟試吓。結果勁失望,食得好唔開心⋯我哋叫嘅每一碟嘢食都係冇乜味嘅,真係想問下廚師有冇落鹽或者任何調味料🙄 如果唔自己落佢枱面上面嘅調味鹽,我都唔知要點樣食完呢一餐飯⋯主菜我哋嗌咗一個肉眼扒同埋一個漢堡扒蛋包飯。個肉眼扒勁多筋,而且勁乾,墊喺塊扒下面嘅白飯好似未煲熟咁樣,一樣係好乾好硬。咩事㗎?開餐廳連米都唔識煲?😓然後,個漢堡餐叫「烤和牛漢堡·蕃茄蘑菇炒蛋·青菜汁」,成碟嘢一粒蘑菇都見唔到😂😅至於個漢堡扒,如圖所見,煎到黑鼆鼆燶晒咁款,食落口梗係又乾又柴🫠 真係未食過咁難食嘅漢堡扒⋯ 另外就係,個漢堡扒蛋包飯係配青菜汁嘅,喺餐牌上可以見到啲汁係包圍住個蛋包飯,suppose都算多汁/有足夠嘅汁,結果實物上菜之後發現啲汁只係得一湯匙嘅份量,成碟嘢得個角落頭有汁。老實講,呢間餐廳真係好照騙好呃得😓 真係唔值得呢個價,呢餐咁嘅劣蝕兩個人埋單要$497😓😓😓

Well it’s in the basement but slightly off you can’t really see the rest but the seating is very open space and nice a very japan European feel not a big place but well used space Waiter are very happy to help and respond very quickly and very niceThe food. well. we order drinks but they forget about it somehow and it came much later after we remind them. but they are very helpful. given the seating environment we are not too stressed about it.as to the order. My friend order the steark. it was expertly grilled but the meat quality is not steak house grade more like C C tang level. disappointed.as to my order the pork is fine and very nicely done the tiger prawn with egg friend rice and other seafood. every thing is fine except the tiger prawn - it is unfresh or just freshly defrost and it give me a very yukky taste. Very badly done on the tiger prawm. I would avoid any tiger prawn dish.the rest of the seafood is fine so I hope that is one off expired tiger shrimp or just being cooked wronly?

餐廳位於地鐵站行出去希慎廣場嗰層,行去電梯嗰邊一個好唔顯眼嘅角落。裝飾以木& 和風為為主,尚算舒適。招牌醬油烤走地雞 雞扒幾滑,味道唔複雜,就係醬油味。最突出嘅係有好香嘅炭燒味道,有鑊氣又夠香。外皮唔係好脆嗰種,但整體係好味的。另外附上嘅燕麥白飯,d 米粒煮得煙煙韌韌好有彈性,值得一讚。不知不覺就會食咗好多飯。另外佢仲有蔬菜伴碟,份量okay。非常之均衡營養。👌🏼胡椒檸檬走地雞肉 雞扒味道胡椒味較重。但係食唔到檸檬味。同樣都有炭燒嘅香味同質感。味道唔錯。皮唔係煎得好香脆嗰種,而係軟軟哋,又有啲一粒粒嘅汁嘅感覺。👌🏼手工鮮切薯片 $28炸得好香脆。比較厚身,同埋有少少煙靭嘅口感。味道係可以,但係又唔係好驚喜。 蕃茄多士另外午餐加$10會送杯茶同蕃茄多士。蕃茄多士非常香脆;蕃茄切得好細粒,酸酸甜甜好開胃。係好味嘅。午餐送d 咁特別嘅小食,好有誠意!總結係好味,同埋可以再返來食嘅餐廳。

野火坐落在希慎廣場地鐵層最盡頭的位置,比較清靜。我和朋友點了醬油烤雞、蒜香欖油烤魷魚和烤西冷牛扒,每一款份量都很大。我最喜歡烤雞,它入味多汁,伴碟的烤蔬菜也很好吃。烤魷魚腍滑鮮味,用蒜香欖油來塗多士麵包,也是一絕。烤牛扒就中規中矩,伴碟的番茄炊飯口感有點怪怪的,不太喜歡。總體來說,野火的食物貿素挺高的,份量充足,價格合理,服務也不錯,我會下次再去。

咁啱工作經過見未食過𠵱間餐廳,加上我係奄列蛋fans,所以出於好奇試下。叫咗個午餐係烤走地雞肉炒蛋奄列配嘢飲,走地雞不過不失,無乜味,但係口感唔錯,奄列蛋係屬於蛋味重,如果再流心少少就更加好。最令人費解嘅係個汁,真係食唔出咩味,我覺得換咗個汁成個飯可以再升華一個層次。最吸引人嘅係食物嘅顏色配搭,係擺盤方面真係加咗分,再加上環境乾淨,私人空間都足夠,工作日lunch time嚟食都可以短暫放鬆一下,唔會又嘈又多人。
