焦糖芝士蛋糕 $60混合法式焦糖燉蛋及焗芝士蛋糕兩者之特色而成的焦糖芝士蛋糕Finally tried this. The surface wasn't very much 焦糖 actually, definitely not crispy, although I left it overnight and consume on the next day. But right at the very inside of the cheesecake it was really like the custard in creme brulee. So texture-wise I could taste thick cheese cake outside with a bit smooth custard inside. Quite special and at this price it was really cheap!
