第二次食自家烏冬呢次食好似冇上次食咁好食.. (上次都唔係特別好味)要讚既真係D烏冬既.. 好QQ..但係D配料都好一般吧都冇咩好評我食既豬軟骨不夠入味不過呢個吉列豬扒都幾好味, 如果再鬆脆D就更正了.. 而家係普通既脆重點都係.. 冷氣機係咁滴水......我同朋友調左位.. 都係咁滴..STAFF都冇咩表示..上一次黎其實已經有滴.. 不過冇咁多囉...!!!! 完全冇心改善問題... 繼續閱讀

依個舖住係十多年間都轉左好多手老闆喇 ﹗由最初好好味既手打烏冬、轉做日本壽司、放題,到依家又轉返手打烏冬,但由始至終都係第一間最好食 ﹗依家可以講得上係難食,再黎既機會不大了。首次幫襯,發現跟以前餐廳既裝修好大分別。現在做左吧枱位置食野,比起以前寬倘又開揚好多倍,極具日本味道。因為全餐廳都用上黃色燈,照相都搞到黃甘甘添。但最重要係食物質數,如果出品差,您整到黃宮咁靚又點啫。甜心蛋,一攞上手勁冰凍,真係估佢唔到,嚇親添 ﹗唔多覺 menu 上面有強調係凍架喎。甜心蛋,滿以為係熱架添,類似溫泉蛋或燻蛋嗰啲,失望 ﹗睇個 menu 真係意會唔到係冷盤黎喎 ﹗又唔寫清楚。冰凍半生熟蛋,我都可以既,第一次。我最終意食太陽蛋同半生熟蛋喇,蛋黃味都夠濃,滿意,好味,夏天食更好。黑豚肉露筍卷,露筍苗有渣又有草青味,差。不夠爽甜,削晒層皮會好一點。免免強強啦,一試無妨。吉烈魚柳配千島醬,即叫即炸真係非常新鮮熱辣。魚肉嫩滑有肉汁,外層勁脆,咬落烚烚聲。但係口感過硬喇,唔鬆化,有點刮口,食得唔舒服,扣分。辛辣湯底海鮮手打烏冬,辣就唔係好辣,覺得偏咸囉,食完好頸喝啊 ﹗手打烏冬?﹗好實硬喎,好明顯水跟粉既份量比例完全錯晒,又或煮雪過囉。依家唔係叫嚥靭,絕對只能話係硬 ﹗係乾 ﹗又唔滑溜,好差 ﹗跟多年前第一、第二家做手打烏冬既真係天堂與地獄 ﹗到底識唔識做架?好懷念當年滑嘟嘟、飽滿、充滿水份、嚥嚥靭靭、米香非常既手打烏冬呀 ﹗您黎來啦 ﹗豬骨湯豬軟骨手打烏冬,烏冬剛才提過,唔洗再講,一個字差 ﹗女朋友仔跟我都好失望。試試個豬軟骨先,咩黎架?同上海糖醋排骨機乎一樣,而且好乾鞋噃,口感又散,都係差 ﹗ 繼續閱讀

4個人睇完戲年初一,得返2個人食,no problem,初一周圍行睇下有咩好食,行晒大半個tst,依間未食過又想食烏冬.我叫左咖哩肥牛烏冬,朋友叫左豬頸肉烏冬,小食叫左加州卷,仲有個麵醬既吉列豬扒.咖哩肥牛烏冬普通,唔似日本咖哩,一半一半.肥牛ok,肉質都幼細,但不過不失.朋友既豬頸肉烏冬,湯底好重蝦味.加州卷,超普通,d飯好爛,好淋,有少少一pat野.仲有個麵醬既吉列豬扒,唔錯既idea.32蚊,ok.麵醬既味出但又冇cover過豬扒. 繼續閱讀

Meal after meal for birthday celebration, time to have something simple with family, Japanese is a good choice. Supposed we have booked another Japanese restaurant for proper dinner, however, I was drinking with friends at Sheraton and running late, walking in rain and when I got there, they said we could only had 1 hour dining time....forget it, it's my birthday and didn't want to rush and being timed, time-up! Eat faster! No kidding, rather went to this one nearly by, only bar table available but after 10 minutes, a table available for us. Nice.First time trying this chain, mainly selling udon and some snacks and sushi rolls.We ordered the new item of shrimp soup based udon, which they did tv commercial. Didn't have msg allergy reaction after that, so it should be "real", some chains claimed they serve soup-based of this and that but at the end, it's just "power-mix", Cold udon and spicy soup in pot with rice; deep-fried tofu and BBQ fish, these were all we have. Honestly, it's nothing special but not bad, at least, the presentations were very similar to the pictures shown in menu. The tofu was quite niceIt's around 7:30, fully occupied but no one waiting, food was serving in fast-food pace, ready within 5 minutes except the pot-soup that took a bit longer. 繼續閱讀

約左班EX 同學一齊睇. <世紀戰疫> 首影, 因預錯時間, 故未食野就睇戲..首影通常都有阻濟. 結果遲左半個鐘先開始. 題外話. 套野. 有少少悶. 有點似SARS睇完都成十點半.. HELP!!!. 餓食我了. 唯一要求.  快..佢地提議呢間. 我又未食過, 見幾靚咁, 就去啦.明明間店冇咩人.. 但我地 6個人.. 竟無位=O=點解唔可以泊埋隔離張枱邊6人枱呢.(4+2)餓到快暈了. 唔想等了. 結果. BAR 枱,, 6個平排..2分鐘內落好Order.. 但….竟等了半個鐘d 野食先到.help… 見佢d 人. (無論廚房定樓面). 明明都好得閒家.為何都要咁耐.. 唔通碗面. 要煮得有技巧?烏東.. 無咩特別.豬頸肉.. 唔入味.. 仲要.. 超級薄片.. (好刀功!!)湯底,… 忘了是否蝦湯底.. 都幾腥下..感覺.. 四十幾蚊都只係得咁既貨色,..物價真係貴得很.. 最大問題.. 等...~_~ 繼續閱讀
