美心皇宮 (信德中心)

路過信德中心看見新開了美心皇宮便決心一試，於是大年初一便帶上老爸老媽去吃飯。可能因爲過年的關係，沒有等位，大堂大概有一半左右的上座率。尤其值得一讚的是地毯很軟，茶具亦精巧但是菜單只得幾頁，可選擇的菜式實在是甚少，服務生説是過年期間只準備了精選的菜式，但爲什麽覺得都是貴价菜呢……？照點菜，填飽肚子要緊。想吃乳豬，於是叫了乳豬+燒鵝，乳豬果然十分香脆，可惜量少，燒鵝略顯油膩，不是上選。此外，炒蚌也讓人印象深刻，味濃量足，火候也恰到好處。或許新店開張，人手不夠，無論是大堂服務或者洗手間都需要加強哦~…查看更多

上個月見到新開, 同啲同事去食晏啦..攞咗飛,足足等咗45分鐘先有位!! 不過以為我哋無訂位,所以先要等咁耐啦, 原來訂咗位都要等最少半個鐘先有位, 嘢就唔錯, 但入到去一睇, 每張枱的距離都好窄, 用咗好地方嚟間房, 大堂少咗好多位...以前富臨大堂多好多位...但食物水準不錯, 或者因為始終係美心集團啩! 佢有個商務午餐, 6人的..都係幾百蚊! 好似平過以前富臨..啲菜仲好大碟...ok啦! 裝修好好! …查看更多

Read about this new venue and new branch of Maxim's Palace; went there during the tea time.The venue was nice, having a huge hall that may accomodate over 90 tables.However, the day I visited probably not the best day as the venue has been booked for a wedding banquet. The seats for tea time were fairly limited per the reception. Anyway I waited for about 40 minutes and there were other unhappy customers that were not happy with the arrangement - as you could see, there were plenty seats that the reception or staff there just did not arrange for the customers immediately.Anyway, we all waited for a while. During this period, several customers talked to the short-hair receptionist and expressed their concern about the SLOW seat arrangement, the 'lack of flexibility'.After approx 40 minutes, I was given a table/seating and ordered dim sum right away as I was SO HUNGRY. The dim sum were generally good. The only down-side, the staff there was under staff, they were pretty NEW. They had the 'compliant' look on their faces while some of them were not familiar with the arrangement or they could vent their unhappiness in front of customers. …查看更多
