#紅島冰廳 好耐冇食茶餐廳嘅早餐,難得weekend早起去食🥹·招牌沙嗲牛肉麵 配炒蛋,丹麥酥 ($41)炒蛋好滑,但有啲偏鹹雖然丹麥酥個樣好似普通多士,但係真係丹麥酥🤣好香牛油味,食落有種酥脆感主角沙嗲牛肉麵都係太鹹了,而且沙嗲味唔係好出.食完會覺得有點膩,不過丹麥酥係幾特別🙂↕️

第二次光顧,下午茶時段想點芝士牛肉漢堡,可惜沽清。改點招牌焗豬扒飯,買相及味道不錯,是次豬扒骨頭比較多了叮點。還有發現有個12選4的套餐,晚餐時段再來必定 會點。

今日去咗尖沙咀嘅紅島冰廳,餐廳外觀唔算好搶眼,但入面就充滿住香港冰室嘅地道氛圍。先睇黑板上嘅午餐Menu,有好多選擇,由板燒英式雞扒到傳統嘅炒飯都有,價錢介乎$58-$68左右,仲包埋羅宋湯或者中湯忌廉湯,性價比唔錯。但係好多都去到七十幾以上。我今次叫咗個午餐D,即係傳統福建炒飯。上枱個陣,份量都幾足,炒飯上面鋪滿咗嘅配料,有蝦仁、雞肉、青瓜等等,淋上濃稠嘅醬汁。食落去,炒飯粒粒分明,口感唔錯,碗仔翅嘅配料都好新鮮,蝦仁爽口彈牙,雞肉嫩滑。同我之前喺某間主打中菜嘅酒樓食嘅相比,呢度嘅炒飯中規中矩不過,都有少少小缺點,醬汁有啲偏鹹,食多兩啖就會覺得有啲口渴。講到香港冰室嘅食物,真係好有親切感。以前細個成日跟住屋企人去冰室食嘢,一份常餐,一杯奶茶,就可以開心成日。而家好多冰室都慢慢消失或者轉型,但紅島冰廳呢度仲保留住一啲傳統嘅味道,再加上一啲創新嘅菜式,好似喺傳統同創新之間搵到一個平衡,雖然唔係完美無瑕,但都可以畀我地呢啲港人搵番少少先時嘅回憶,都算唔錯喇 。

I didn’t even get to eat here because after waiting for 20 minutes, my friend and I still haven’t gotten what we ordered. When we asked the waitress, we found out that the waitress who took our order previously forgot to put our order in the system—she could see no order for our table in the system at that point even if someone came to take our order 20 mins ago already. She offered to re-enter the order immediately but said there was no guarantee that the food would be served soon. We complained to the second waitress who informed us of the status of the order and also the person at the reception on our way out. Everyone brushed us off with no sincerity or professionalism whatsoever. No one formally addressed our disappointment. We didn’t want to waste our time arguing or waste our money at a place that didn’t feel welcoming to us. So we left. If you are thinking about eating here. Think twice. You are unlikely going to get the kind of service you would expect from a normal experience of eating at a local Hong Kong bistro (and this is already a low enough bar). And based on the reviews from the other customers, you are unlikely going to get the kind of food you would expect, either. I’m sure there are plenty of much better choices around.
