先唔講食物質素佢能夠將每樣餸菜都寫低晒calories,fat, carb , dietary fiber ，真心細心。對啱啱嘗試生酮同減肥嘅人係好有幫助！食物方面，同其他人評論一樣係唔熱嘅，不過未至於冰凍，係室溫。對我嚟講還可以。我會再買

Order was placed via Deliveroo, the restaurant accepted the order at 11:35，the time when I placed the order it said the estimated arrival time was 45 mins, at the end I had to wait until 12:55 for the food to arrive. Contacted Deliveroo once and they asked me to call the restaurant directly because the delivery is handled by this restaurant not them, called the restaurant to check for the status twice and they kept saying 5 more minutes.... the food arrived freezing cold and dry, the temperature

開始咗生酮飲食一排，最近見到deliveroo裡面有呢間店舖售賣生酮餐點，所以就試下一次過買午餐同晚餐，食完覺得幾唔錯，但係又冇乜食評，所以就試下寫一篇介紹俾其他酮學仔。Low carb muffins with cheese, bacon and egg左邊係一大盤西蘭花同花椰菜，有少少調味。右面喺三舊定四舊蛋做既muffin。上面有一大pat沙律醬。可能我食慣自己煮既冇乜調味生酮餐，我覺得哩個set幾好味，簡單又飽肚（我係偏細食嘅女仔）。Golden creamy cheesy ball一盒兩粒，仲有一揸紫椰菜。lunch 食完上面個muffin之後食咗一粒cheesy ball，好似食甜品既感覺，cream cheese 同椰絲mix埋，不過幾漏，一次食一粒就夠。Mexican Morning Protein and Green Veggie Roll夜晚食左哩個，我懷疑佢俾錯餐我，因為佢張相喺一個蔬菜卷，但係我哩個係一兜肉醬。不過哩個肉醬好濃味好好食，我攞嚟撈埋d蔬菜同雞蛋平衡返，面頭仲有一pat 沙律醬。最鍾意佢喺個盒有埋營養標簽！抵讚！！我總共買左$175(唔計運費，同折扣

有晚肚餓.按下附近有咩外賣食.發現間生酮小店.試下佢叫左四樣野總共172元.因為滿100蚊有九折.價錢只供參考.因為外賣價.每份外賣都有營養標籤.加分燉牛肉椰菜花飯48-好大份.好飽肚.重有芝士粹係面.再焗一焗應該更好味必食推薦黃金芝士球33Cream cheese波加左椰子絲粹.超好味.當甜品食.比足99.9分芝士球配肉碎38味道一般.可能凍左.焗熱芝士應該更正不過不失呢個真心唔知係咩餐..可能送錯.味道係雞蛋整鬆餅.加西蘭花.超飽肚.Cap左少少外賣list.大約就呢幾個選擇.都好足夠.雞牛羊都有.P.S. 大家都話送餐唔準.係真的訂外賣時間寫20分鐘.確實大約30-4-0分鐘.大家要有少少耐性

諗住過開呢邊，上openrice揾下有冇生酮嘢食，見到真係有就去睇睇！去到望極都唔見間舖，剩係見到間印度餐廳？唔通執咗定搬咗？但喺印度餐廳隔離又有張生酮印度風味嘅廣告喎！唔通間舖喺印度餐廳入面？？？白行一趟！><

I ordered their food on a delivery app, and the food arrived on time but my avocado salad did not come with avocado. Great! Then i called the restaurant which then they proceeded to ask for images via whatsapp. Sent them the image for proof, later on they replied saying they are sorry and will issue a refund. It has been 5 days that I did not hear back so I asked about the refund, now they are telling me to ask the delivery app not them. All this time, thought they were sincere to work this out

今次係我第一次喺OpenRice打食評。最近一心想食健康啲，係外送APP叫咗呢間餐廳嘅外賣。預計時間係45分鐘，首先過咗5分鐘間餐廳打電話俾我確認地址，諗住應該都好快會有。點知過咗一個半鐘都仲未到，我就打電話去問佢哋就話on the way。之後繼續等，我就諗咁耐都未黎就搵客服。客服話15分鐘，但係其實我都就嚟要出門。最後兩個鐘頭15分鐘先外賣到。真係一肚氣。。我叫咗牛油果雞蛋沙律，藍莓奶昔，生酮印式羊肉蔬菜卷，忌廉菠菜。牛油雞蛋沙律既牛油果未熟，雞蛋冇味，食左一啖就沒食。藍妹奶昔唔凍加出晒水，羊肉蔬菜卷個羊肉硬的。忌廉菠菜個盒得2舊菠菜，我開都沒開就扔咗。價錢唔平又唔好食都算，杯奶昔完全係唔凍仲奶同水分離，係app投訴左幾次，佢哋都冇諗過會退返錢。真心覺得比錢捱餓買難受。希望大家叫之前諗一諗，唔會好似我咁。
