Someone from the office bought this Pistachio 100% Cake and shared it with me for afternoon tea!.Topped with a cute white chocolate resembling pistachio, the tart featured rich pistachios from Iran and Turkey as the main ingredient. It included layers of smooth pistachio mousse, sponge cake, pistachio crunch and pistachio crème brûlée. The intense nutty flavour spread throughout. The white chocolate was slightly too sweet though.

呢間我試過嘅蛋糕店真係一啲唔使諗咁多嘢，起初見到chestnut cake賣相普通，但食落竟然意想不到嘅靚！嗰啲栗子甘香得嚟，又唔會太過甜膩，爽口得嚟，令人一啖接一啖😋。同桌嘅細佬豪邁切咗兩大塊，臉上滿是幸福嘅微笑。就算係容易對甜品拒絕遠離嘅grandpa都不知不覺中食埋兩件！不過話說返黎，我覺得枱上嘅grandma就嫌佢甜咗啲，下次試下買個清新啲嘅口味應該會更加啱佢口胃。再講返次撞正Conrad旁邊嗰間餅店食嘅Blueberry Tart啦，事關啲藍苺夠曬晒量，每一啖都彈牙鮮甜，撻底呢，唔會過分牛油，脆口得嚟好夾custard醬，簡直係小巧精緻嘅下午茶寶物，平民價格享受高級滋味🍰！ 話分多一句，嗰個原個黑森林蛋糕嘅震撼程度，唔係蓋嘅，外層櫻桃酸甜開胃，每層夾心似乎巧妙運用咗不同層次嘅甜，而且嗰啲朱古力嘅香濃，實在係引人入勝。大家一致全軍出擊，順利克服咗呢場甜蜜嘅戰役🏆！
