When compared to all the top noodles places I’ve tried in Taiwan, this one falls within top 5. I particularly like their broth.Unlike most places, the broth was exceptionally clear. Must have gone thru filtering or sieve multiple times. The soup was tasty and not salty. And it didn’t feel heavy. I had the brisket, tendon and tripe combo. I thought the tripe was exceptional. They use honeycomb tripes! Brisket was good but not the best amongst the places I’ve tried. Tendon was tender but still go

I had the brisket, tendon and tripe combo. I thought the tripe was exceptional. They use honeycomb tripes! Brisket was good but not the best amongst the places I’ve tried. Tendon was tender but still got good texture.
The salt and pepper chicken and the veggies were average.
The barley drink was not up to par. Only a few barley grains at the bottom. It should at least fill 1/4 of the glass.
