星期日中午,經過民益,好耐冇食過港式粉麵,於是入去試下。有冷氣房同室溫嘅座位,我揀咗室溫嘅座位,叫咗碗雲吞魷魚河粉加腩汁。服務員叔叔好好人,提示我可以加辣椒醬,魚露等醬料。魷魚彈牙,粉麵都入味,份量啱晒女仔,$35/雙拼嘅價錢邊度搵,好耐未試過咁平。到後期,我啲河粉開始發脹,另一個叔叔主動留意到同埋問我使唔使加啲湯,係煮嘢食咁熱嘅天氣,重可以咁細心關心每個食客嘅需要,好有愛嘅一餐🥰多謝你哋為香港飲食業豎立正面嘅服務態度👍

赤柱好古老及有特色舊式茶檔,平時唔多起眼,係D排檔裡面,香港愈來愈少有既文化體驗💰 超級抵食 係最大賣點!不過要過兩關:1️⃣ 地方環境唔係特別好 2️⃣ 熱💦紙巾必備!🍛 咖喱魷魚咖喱汁香濃惹味 🌶️!但魷魚🦑完全冇吸收汁味,咬落淡茂茂,失望!🐮 牛腩麵牛腩炆到好淋!筋膜位膠質滿滿,湯底濃而不鹹,麵吸盡精華 👏 🍜 車仔麵三寶雲吞都算大粒,冬菇爆汁💥 滷汁甜香入芯,份量偏少

行下赤柱,眾所周知附近大把好嘢食,大家亦都知~貴嘢。咁仲記得呢度有牌檔食,一於睇吓收咗檔未先。好彩仲未收工,因為都已經三/四點,叫咗羊腩米,牛腩油麵,淨牛丸,炸魚皮 ,前二樣係咪有啲「騎呢」?!因為本身我想問什麼叫 『八寶』,入面有啲乜~阿姐即刻話~八寶唔啱你㗎,羊啦,羊啱你!咁我見佢咁熱情~好啦試吓,咁點解係油麵,因為佢哋賣晒河粉。羊腩米,羊腩唔算淋,過得去,籮白入晒味,食呢啲牌檔,梗係最重要係湯底,唔夠膽估係乜嘢湯底,只能夠講似我哋兒時果隻牌檔味~有牛味,最緊要唔鹹,我成碗又差唔多飲晒。牛腩我無偷食所以比唔到評語,但牛丸就爽口彈牙,收貨。魚皮係偷食完至影,所以小啲,唔知係咪佢哋自己整,俾一般嘅無咁鹹~算好食果隻。二口子,加埋二杯嘢飲,全部清晒。簡簡單單一餐,埋單$180回頭度~6/10Btw 埋單時又有一對男女座低,聽到個男嘅叫凍奶茶,阿姐又即刻講~唔好,凍鴦,凍鴛鴦好飲😂😂個男嘅當然同我一樣「投降」😂😂,阿姐你係得嘅👍

去赤柱行街打卡。那天都比較熱,遊人都比較少,海傍果邊的餐廳有一間都關門大吉了,其他店都無人或得1-2枱客行吓行吓去咗大排檔果邊,見到個易拉架寫民益大牌檔,見到杯奶茶突然好想飲,加上寫著有冷氣開放就入去吧!冷氣房坐滿了,唔怕熱坐外邊感受下大排檔風味,見到有兩枱都坐外面叫咗牛腩麵,魚蛋河,一定要點的2杯凍奶茶(因為好熱😅)。牛腩好腍,好味,奶茶都唔錯。雖然汗流夾背,也另有一番滋味地方沒有濕濕粒粒,不似以前的了。

This restaurant was always close whenever I pass by and finally opened! I immediately went in. Remember if you see the crowds outside, just keep walking in, there's quite a lot of seats at the end if eating noodle. We ordered Wan Ton with thick noodle and pork skin, squid and veggies thick rice noodle. There were 4 big wan tons. Each wan ton contained 2 shrimps surprisingly. Wrapping was thin. It was pretty nice. Thick noodle was cooked al dante. Really a surprise. Pork skin was alright while squid was cooked just right. Not rubbery at all but very flavourful. Absorbed the soup. And they did marinate. Overall, not bad.
