This snack shop is located in the heart of Sai Kung Town. It is a very small shop actually for takeaway but they do have 2-3 small tables there you can buy & eat there. It‘s pet friendly and you can eat there together with your pets if other customers don’t mind. I usually buy takeaway the steamed vermicelli roll (rice noodle roll 腸粉) which is their signature. But sometimes, I will eat there if the table is available. It‘s a plain noodle mixed with different kind of sauces like sweet sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame etc… They open very early from 6:30am, 7 days a week. There are some other variety of items to order like the soy sauce fried noodles 豉油王炒麵, fish balls 魚蛋, shaomai (fish meat dumpling 燒賣), soy bean milk 豆漿etc etc… They are all not expensive at all usually served as a snack, breakfast or small meal. The ambience is not too good so takeaway is preferred. It is easy to access there by bus, minibus or taxi. If you drive, there are many meter parkings around. Since they are located on street level, wheelchair has no problem at all. I think they have 3 branches altogether in Sai Kung, Hung Hom & Shek Kip Mei but I never tried the other two. Every time I go to Sai Kung, I will buy this kind of rice noodle roll. The texture of the roll is very good. Not too soft and not too hard. There is a selection of quantity to order. 4 rolls, 5, 6 or 8 rolls ranges from $13 to $26. They will cut it into small pieces and put in the sauces you pick. Sesame seeds are optional too. Then they will put 1-2 wooden sticks in as the tool to eat. There is no restroom and have to use the public restroom outside nearby. Hmm, this is very good for breakfast or as a small meal to me! Oh, they accept cash only fyi…
