The ambience was super dark and dull and crowded but I was in rush so just wanted to grab a bowl of noodles quickly. I went in to sit in one of the only two empty tables. The server said where I was sitting was not good as they need to use their drawer. But not sure why they put a table there then?Well we moved to the only other table that’s available. I had to sit beside my 5 year old at 2 of the 3 seats available to help him. He expected me to sit separately with my 5 year old beside their wall, rather than sitting beside him. He said “you sit here again” angrily. But it was them who put the seat there - and I’m not allowed to sit there again? So I left without ordering. Felt super unwelcome and super rude server. Deserve a horrible rating. Don’t even want to eat their food even when I’m super hungry.

💬以前很喜歡銅鑼灣「新記」，不知道大家有冇同樣嘅習慣，間唔中就會去食返碗車仔麵，咖喱魚蛋🍡同橙色八爪魚🐙小食，同樣係必食🍜.💬點解講到咁遠，因為堅尼地城呢間又係叫「新記車仔麵」，張揀餸紙嘅設計又真係幾一樣，有食過應該會知道。麵食方面，同樣有好多種選擇，特別係炆煮嘅食物都做得比較入味，路過可以考慮一下🍜———————————————————————————🥢蠔油冬菇🍄🟫、咖喱魚蛋🍡、秘汁鳳爪配油麵🍜💬呢三樣都係經常點選嘅食物，魚蛋係兒時偏好，陪伴成長嘅指定動作；有時揀雞翼會改為食鳳爪，都係鍾意吮骨，好味入味又腍身嘅鳳爪比起雞翼更掛汁；冬菇亦係好考烹調時間同耐性，要炆煮一段時間先至俾到客人品嘗，所以要試下功力記得唔好叫晒全部都係現成食材🍜

老闆員工親切有禮，西環新記的車仔麵已成為日日必食之選今日嚟西環新記食車仔麵，叫咗辣豬紅，腐皮卷，咖喱魚蛋，墨魚丸，唐生菜，米粉，係紙仔到圈埋辣汁，配搭超正好好味😋車仔麵有好多餸可以選擇，日日食每日都可以選擇唔同餸，因為樣樣都好味，點多幾款餸每日唔同配搭好有新鮮感，胃口大開，叫埋汽水一齊飲好爽。車仔麵超好食，另外有叫好多人都大讚的瑞士汁雞翼尖，肉嫩超入味，果然好正。咖喱魚蛋，墨魚丸新鮮彈牙，辣豬紅好入味，湯底加了辣汁好惹味。

路过，看到门口贴着梁家辉和老板合影，看起来还行，就进去点了两碗面。店里空间很小，点菜时候问老板甜酸斋是什么，他回答我是甜酸斋，当时就应该有服务差的预感了。面吃到最后，赫然发展飘着一只虫子，于是问老板，老板看都没看就说是菜虫，但明显是果蝇或者苍蝇之类的。然后老板就不理人了。在内地吃饭很难有这种体验，香港餐饮服务果然见识到了。难以置信地又问了老板，不退钱么？老板斩钉截铁地说不可能退的，最后僵持了一会，我们起身走了。

一個車仔麵 4餸成70 冇野飲 有時貪方便叫左幾次外賣都漏俾送 同佢講就話唔好意思 但又唔會話補反比你 俾人感覺好現實 分湯加錢 個碗咁細 跟本冇得唔分湯 焗你俾 收得成60 70一個面但又慳果少少外賣盒錢
