It is dedicated to producing distinctive wines with elegance and longevity in limited quantities.This range of Marli Russell is inspired by the adventurous character of Marli Middleton (nee Russell), co-founder of Mount Mary. In 2008, it began to plant 7 kinds of traditionally grown grapes in the Rhone Valley of France including four red grapes: Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Cinsault in Yarra Valley. And this RP2 Grenache Blends is a blend of the above. It has been aged in large oak barrels, preserving the fruit characters while adding complexity and texture to the wine. 享用盛宴🍽️,點唔少得有美酒助興?🍷我最鐘意飲意大利酒,用嚟襯斧頭扒🥩、羊架🍖、芝士🧀等冬日美食都唔錯㗎!😝睇下我以下推介,把握時間入貨,為party做準備喇!🍾🍷Ceretto Barolo 2018 HK$668🎈Robert Parker 93 pointsCeretto Barolo 2018嘅葡萄精選自多塊葡萄田,風格一如既往:強勁、味道復雜,帶有士多啤梨、酸櫻桃、紫羅蘭、皮革和煙草香氣。葡萄酒先喺大木桶陳年18個月,再喺瓶中陳年22個月,幫助葡萄酒熟成,亦令葡萄酒嘅單寧變得柔和細膩、酒體更加圓潤飽滿。食物配搭:牛扒、羊架🍷Sottimano Barbaresco DOCG Cotta 2017 HK$668🎈Robert Parker 94 points以天然酵母、不過濾、不淨化等極少人為干預方式釀酒。自2004年,佢哋更減少使用新木桶,令葡萄酒嘅風土魅力更為出眾!出自Barbaresco嘅Nebbiolo風格相對優雅,呢支Sottimano Barbaresco DOCG Cotta 2017就以玫瑰香氣為主導,伴隨著一絲絲焦油和煙薰味道,入口有著濃郁持久嘅香味,單寧適中。葡萄酒喺瓶中陳年約一年,令單寧更圓滑、香氣更豐富。食物配搭:熟成芝士、牛扒、羊架🍷Warre’s Bottle Matured LBV 2009 HK$298但Warre’s嘅LBV一般會先於橡木桶中陳年4年,不經過濾裝瓶,再於瓶中陳年額外4年才推出市面。呢個Warre’s獨有嘅熟成方式,令砵酒層次更複雜,呈現出可與Vintage Port媲美嘅風味:花香濃郁、優雅細膩。砵酒味道香甜,大家經常會配搭甜品享用。除此之外,砵酒與葡萄牙火腿或硬芝士亦十分相襯,因為砵酒味道濃郁,酒體醇厚,能襯托食物濃郁、鹹香味道,可謂完美配對。 繼續閱讀
