I like that~- The peeled Shrimps🦐were Springly but tasted bland- White Fish🐟Balls were Springly. Tasted bit sweet with mild fish flavour - Deep Fried Bean Puff releashed mild soybean flavour. Successfully absorbed the broth's flavour. In a pleasant Chewy texture and Not Oily at all- The pig🐷skin was puffy and bit chewy, successfully absorbed the broth's flavour. Tender and Juicy😋- Personally, don't like hard-boiled egg as the eggyolk is too dry for me. No comment~- the Yellow Noodles contain some unpleasant alkaline taste. That should be understood as the alkaline water is the key to produce springly Yellow Noodles.
