2011年1月28日 大埔 ( 太興燒味餐廳 - 1)大埔、蓮澳、林村行山，散隊之後，中午時份，來到新達廣場的太興燒味餐廳。要了一個常餐，NO.H34---台南肉燥煎蛋飯，餐飲要了老火湯。台南肉燥煎蛋飯，肉燥味道不錯，不過...有點油膩，煎蛋唔係好靚，但味道正常，飯粒就有點硬。老火湯，湯料有粉葛及豬肉等，飲落都幾夠火候，味道濃郁...。新太興，環境幾好，坐得幾舒服，今餐感覺都..o...k..架...

頂級午餐肉滑蛋公仔麵What I like most about this is the luncheon meat and egg. The former has lots of real meat pieces which give it good texture. The scrambled egg has a strong taste of egg and is cooked well, such that there is some runny egg in the centre (great for those who prefer eggs half raw, like me).
