上星期六同朋友酊causeway bay shopping, 來到這裡食tea叫了瑞士汁炒河, 好吃, 瑞士汁好甜. 份量對女孩子來講剛好, 如果係男仔, 有可能唔夠...朋友order白汁焗意粉, 略鹹原本waiter帶我地坐入面間房仔(係士多房果類), 冇乜裝修, 感覺冇出面咁乾淨. 所以, 我們堅持坐出面. 如果可以裝修一下會好d......

我試了瑞士汁雞翼(6 雞翼+ 一杯lemon 茶+ dessert: jelly),加一杯OT ,dinner set $109 in a set,,但我覺得雞翼一般,不入味,招牌生炒牛肉飯($58) 一般貨色...2 個人食左$198( 連埋加一),實在好唔扺!這裡的環境僅中下...很失望

今天下午一個人到處逛逛..悶悶的就到天樂tea 一tea...叫了下午茶之一的瑞士汁炒牛河...正...實在好吃..熱棘棘的炒河上有好味的瑞士汁....yeah~~~這裡的食物大部份也好吃的..最好的是即做的,會欣賞這份誠意~

也不知是對瑞士這個名字還是對瑞士汁與雞翼的親密關係有情意結在太平館(2006-02-23食評)吃過平平凡凡的瑞士雞翼後仍然躍躍欲試其他坊間的瑞士汁總覺得應該有更好的週五晚上閒逛至此先來一客牛尾湯湯不算濃配料卻甚多每啖也有牛尾和豆豆很不錯瑞士牛河瑞士汁比太平館濃少許但可能兜鑊仍是不夠始終覺得不夠入味牛肉好一點但不少河粉就黏在一起又沾不上汁莫非這才是"正宗"製法?縱使加上做得不俗的花奶jelly和凍飲兩大瑞士汁名店的招牌也是如此恐怕也毋須再試了吧?

There were a lot of restaurant on this street, finally we picked this one.The first impress about this restaurant was quite good, they were trying to offer varieties besides the typical dishes that would offer by others, e.g. 焗田螺,同梳乎里were on the menu. I ordered a mixed grill, then other ordered 豬髀飯, stew chicken on rice, and pork chop on rice. Something typical, then we ordered the Baked Alaska, and escargots. Saw quiet a lot of people ordered 瑞士汁炒牛河.First, about my mixed grill, pork chop, steak, sausage (typical hotdog sauage), ham.....The steak were over cooked. So the quality was so so, just like any dishes from fast food store.I asked the others for their dishes, like what the others mentioned here, the texture is rough....then the stewed chicken was nothing speical too.If there is anything that has impressed us, it would be the baked Alaska, it's well made. The portion of ice cream within the mountain, the look etc.So, in short, I hope this restaurant would pay more attention to the main dishes, it would be much better if they can cook the meat like a decent restaurant, rather than fast food place. Hope they would notice.
