Read other :-( comments and hesitated before going. However, my friend got the Regal Select club card that entitle one-person free so I decided to go there for the low price ($202/2-people) despite the food is no good.
A few minutes I left there, I started vomiting, got diaherra four times within the next 1.5 hour. visited emergency room at hospital.
Food is no good. Those at food court or "upscale" cha-chan-tan taste much better.
Actually quite a few variety of food I spitted them out as they didn't taste good. (Side comment: Though this Regal is still FAR BETTER than Bau Gau ("Hak" / Black) Dim at Johnston Square at the junction of Austin Road and Nathan Road, with branches in Causeway Bay and tsuen Wan. I tried once. Though I didn't visit emergency room, I suspect because I basically spit out all the food I tried there without digesting any. A waste of $20 bucks at Bau Gau Hak Dim (after I dispute the hidden $5 drink surchage with their manager.))
Only tea and coffee, and hot water, not even lemon slice for you to make lemon tea.
The so-called Ginseng Chicken soup was oily taste like dish-washing water which I think the MSG soup at regular wonton noodle shops would be better than that ginseng soup.
However, after saying all the bad thing, consider it is all-you-can-eat (well, some people's stomachs not as sensitive as that I have), allow you to site for as long as 3.5-4 hours, at a low price <$90 - <$120 per person* , can't say it's rip off because the restaurant have overhead and operating expense and provice all-you-can-eat food except low quality. That's why I said "What you get is what you pay."
* today when I went there I see their poster has the following pricing: $168/person (weekend/holiday), 3-people get 1 free, and after 9pm it's 50% off.
