There was no service, tea or peanut charges though a mini dish of peanut was given. I ordered Zhengjiang Sparerib鎮江骨 ($58) and a bowl of plain rice ($13). There were 7 pieces which every piece with a large bone. Therefore, it was not cheap but also not pricy of this restaurant. The meat was obviously deep-fried because the exterior of meat was a bit dry. The sauce was tomato-colour. A bit sour and sweet was tasted but not the taste of Zhengjiang vinegar but it still went quite good with plain rice. But of course, there was room for improvement.
