We somehow missed this café the first time we came to Lamma Island. Surely we didn't allow ourselves to miss it again!It was on a Wednesday evening, and we had the luck of being the only two customers in the café which presumably is popular with visitors. 一去到南丫島 就即刻去搵野食啦原來 bookworm cafe 個位都有少少難搵因為榕樹灣後街有分左同右而bookworm cafe就係右面盡頭一去到 太多人 所以無位不過等左一陣 佢reserve左個位比我地以上呢d except個ham 全部都係veggie food勁好食 好天然 全部都係organic架!上面::Main Dish: Tofu BurgerSide Dish: Chips and Salad好特別 食完好fresh* 推介!不過我覺得d著條就油左少少....但d醬好好味!佢好好幫我地 cut開左2邊!下面:Eggs with avocadoCrispy bagel (my favourite)baked beansHam個蛋配牛油果好好味 不過係weekend就有za!最後因為太多 我地2個share都食剩一半!!見到人地regular size個湯 真係大到.....下次要試佢個湯 同 mushroom toast! (因為見到有人叫 佢地話好好味呀!)呢個價錢 咁ge質素 好抵!!!!!不過女仔要留意 佢d野真係好大份!!

黎過3次, 頭2次都好滿意今次都係叫上次d野食食物方面冇之前咁好, 個pizza好似少料左, 個pie冇之前咁香個沙津加佢果d醬, 酸酸地幾好食個cheesecake幾好食, 好full喔環境方面好多大蚊飛來飛去, 好唔舒服服務方面個女侍應不停大聲傾計, 但問d客人就一問起兩句止好嘈好煩, 後來冇人同佢傾就安落晒我記得之前果個好好ga...我都會再去既.. 不過唔會係短時間希望佢會進步返啦..

心癢癢,四月四日清明節唔使拜山,就同好姊妹再嚟南丫島食呢間舖.又叫咗Fruit Salad with Yoghurt($65).今次試Bean Burger($65)加件Mixed fruit & Nuts cake($20).飲品叫咗兩杯juice...只記得好似係Giai Juice($37) 同Grace Juice($37).沙律有木瓜,香蕉,雪梨,腰果撈乳酪,依然好新鮮同健康.豆蓉漢堡啲豆蓉好香口惹味,伴碟薯條好新鮮.兩杯juice好"杰"唔記得有乜嘢汁喺入面,但係食倒有dates. 好好味.件cake 好多果乾同nuts,味道都ok. 但我哋覺得cheesecake比較好味.

每次黎南丫島...都堅持一定要黎食Bookworm cafe....吃過透心涼ge豆花~在沙灘上遊玩過~也到了風車下感受涼風是時候吃過Late Lunch了~來到cafe~剛好有1 pair情侶和4個外國人先進~就剛剛坐滿了整間cafe...唉呀...遲左一步..老闆娘輕描淡寫一聲..無位啦...就無再理過我...有點兒不滿.....但係.眼見得佢一個要搞掂成間餐廳...就原諒了她...在門外等了一會..終於有位了..這裡吃的都是western organic vegetalian food~外國人也喜歡在此吃個悠閒的Lunch~這裡的Breakfast供應到2pm~剛剛好趕得及~友人第一次到來~也放心地讓我點想吃的~好多野都想叫~Tofu Burger...Veggie Pizza.....最後點了Sauteed Mushroom on Wholewheat Toast和Shepherdess's Pie ComboCombo的湯先來~Soup of Today係Lentils Lemon Ginger Soup~woow....或許用非常足料的一碗''粥''來形容較貼切~真的很多料

We stopped by here as we walk back from the beach. Only ordered apple juice and mango cheese cake. The cake was served with a touch of mango juice and it was fresh and quite delicious. Their potion seems quite large as well.The best thing about here is that it is a great place to hang out. 餐廳環境好舒服，好Warm，好懶。睇書，做自己野，下晝西斜時陽光從窗口滲入餐廳，relax...嗌左Cappuccino w/ Soya Milk 同買Veggie Chicken Nugget，味道偏淡，唔錯。遲D 再入南丫的話，一定再去試其他食品。唯一有個問題，就係Menu 的字體用左Fancy Fonts，有D Unreadable，用番sans-serif 相類似字款會適合D。

念念不忘她的brunch，所以星期日再坐船到南Y島再會她。仍舊喜愛她的brunch florentine (<--好似係咁串），在veggie和mushroom上加上creamy 既雞蛋，是每一個雞蛋愛好者都抵受不住的誘惑。熱飲亦相當別緻，我尤喜愛她的hot chocolate。那怕是大熱天時，仍要嚐嚐香濃的朱古力。全店充滿歐洲小cafe的氣氛，是假日去離島的必到小休地方(relax..relax...and relax...)。

我去o個日o既soup of the day 係pumpkin carrot soup冇一般o既南瓜湯咁thick可能係因為加左紅蘿蔔o既關係味道都變得幾清甜另外，我地仲叫左一個salad plated 蔬菜全部都好新鮮而且沙律下面係有一塊薄餅，幾特別不過我覺得個主角唔係d 沙律，而係個dressing聽講d 沙律汁係自制，我真係幾欣賞個汁除左沙律同埋湯我地叫左一個omelette 同埋mushroom toast個omelette 裡面有一大堆蕃茄、青椒、磨菇食落香口得黎又幾爽甜而個磨菇多士都好香菇味，值得推介o里度有少少相睇http://eat-together.blogspot.com/2008/01/south-island-bookworm.html

20-1-2008 1:00pm 星期日到了南丫島馬上去書蟲食Lunch,點知遇到不開心事情就是種族岐視.一位四眼長毛waiter male一見D 鬼佬就Happy馬上比位給他們,而我地d Local客一味等等等等等......好心這位waiter自我返醒o下你自己都是中國人不要扮鬼佬不要做漢奸,走狗,賣國賊.食品一般.

I remember that I've been to here for dinner at once. The mixed veggies salads have some leafs,beetroots , diced pumpkins , onions , carrots ..wow.. its made me so full.. and the organic fresh mixed juice (ginger mixed something, I forgot...) We ordered a Combo with soup, toast, salad and a pie as well as a tofu toast set with a drink. It ‘s so wonderful to try combinations of tastes in a dish with the use of vegetables as ingredients only. The food is very healthy and special indeed. Worth trying!

鐘意個環境, 好靚, 好靜, 好舒服.因為得一個人, 食得好少野ja西藩花南瓜湯: 唔夠南瓜味, 但好有西蘭花味, 原來西蘭花可以咁食!!!蒜茸包: 脆脆, 好蒜茸味好香, 好味到好似係佢新鮮整, 原來唔係wor, 但好味!!salad: 原本只係菜, 不過加咗佢特製的sauce, 酸酸的, 好味指數即刻上升!!满足的一餐!

Mushrooms on Toast : Really very "mushroom", taste very fresh.Basic Pizza : Although tomato and Cheese only, but there is very much.Tofu Burger : Really huge size and serve with freshy made tomato dressing.Overall, Bookworm is a very comfortable place and serving really nice food.
