Hubby is not good at doing reservation before any celebration, he likes to do what we prefer at that moment. In this valentines day, we just plan to exchange my prepared gift at shop and then having dinner nearby, but Central is just full of reservation, then we change the idea to go the hotel at whampoa by Ferry. In this valentines day, we just plan to exchange my prepared gift at shop and then having dinner nearby, but Central is just full of reservation, then we change the idea to go the hotel at whampoa by Ferry. Such a romantic action at 10 degree !!
When we arrived, we went to the harbour grill and the buffet at groundfloor, both are full already, we can just choose the Lounge at 1/F. What a surprise, we sat at the seat very near the harbour and with the romantic and relaxing environment. There are red rose and choco as gifts put near the light candle.
For the buffet, most are very nice, from salad bar to seafood, meat and dessert.
There are different kind of fresh Salad hold with heart shape, I like the salmon and spinach salad.
Although Japanese sushi just got a few kinds of common sashimi, but it's enough for me, as I prefer to have more crab leg instead.
For the cooked food, the grilled beef is very nice with done meat on the outer area and juicy meat inside, I seldom eat the whole piece when having buffet. Besides, the lamb, fish and beijing duck also with a good quality.
In Valentines day, we want to concentrate more on dessert bar. Tirimisu with heart shape, chocolate cake, Napolean, choco bread pudding and chunchy blueberry choco cake are all my recommendation, we still need to reserve the stomach for the haagen ice-cream, such a delicious and full dinner at this special day, we may need to keep fit later on.
