Silk. Central has always been my favourite tea brand and my go-to when I worked in the area. The Milk Tea is fragrant, rich and tastes very authentic to the diner style I grew up with and drink regularly with my parents and grandparents. Now that I work in Causeway Bay I was extremely excited when I learned Silk. would be opening down the street and it certainly did not disappoint!!The Smooth King tastes exactly how I used to have it, and I am very impressed by the brand's consistency and quality control.
