It is seldom for me to go to this district for dinner, as there isn’t much thing to do here. Nevertheless, I spotted this new-opened French restaurants on Open Rice and it looks quite interesting. I reserved a table for two at 7pm, but I arrived there around 6:30pm, the restaurant hasn’t opened yet. When is closer to 7pm, we can finally get in and have a seat. It is seldom for me to go to this district for dinner, as there isn’t much thing to do here. Nevertheless, I spotted this new-opened French restaurants on Open Rice and it looks quite interesting. I reserved a table for two at 7pm, but I arrived there around 6:30pm, the restaurant hasn’t opened yet. When is closer to 7pm, we can finally get in and have a seat.

There are two pages of the food menu and they are all in English, so it will be difficult for you to make orders if you cannot read English. Also, today’s special menu has been written on the blackboard wall.

Today’s special menu includes one appetizer, one main course and two glasses of red wine. You can choose the appetizer between Mini Pork Crepe and Lobster Bisque; main course between Lobster Risotto or Ducro Pork Cutlet, then with two glasses of Climb Shiraz red wine.

As for appetizer, we chose Mini Pork Crêpe since is more easy to share. They wrapped the barbecue sauce and chopped Iberico pork with the crispy crepe, which you can just finish it with one bite. Somehow the taste is rather similar to Peking duck, the difference are the pork and crispy Crêpe.

Since we chose pork as the starter and my friend has a crave for lobster, we decided to order Lobster Risotto as the main course. They used the lobster broth to cook the risotto, thus there is a light lobster flavor in every grain. Then, they served and topped it with the lobster meat and fish eggs. I think the risotto is in perfect chewy texture and the whole dish contains a rich lobster flavor.

I am an alcoholic and I tend to drink cocktails than beer or wine. However, French cuisines and red wine are always well cooperate with each others and they can't go wrong. The Climb Shiraz tastes a bit sweet and fruity, which is the taste that I like. Generally seafood is good with white wine because they are sweet, but this sweet red wine can also bring out the lobster flavor.

Of course a dinner set won't be enough to satisfied us lol, so we ordered a Foie Gras Creme Brûlée. I sorry to say that it is more like a scramble egg with foie gras than a creme brûlée, beside there isn't a caramelized surface on the top. The egg is slightly overshadowed the foie gras flavor, nonetheless it is not too bad to eat the toasted bread.

Another main course that we picked is Provençal Lamb, the description on the menu illustrate it is a traditional French dish fusion with a niche of Greek element. I was worried because the waiter didn't ask me about how well I want the lamb chop to be, fortunately they served me the medium-well cooked lamb chops. It is able to see the pinkish meat, yet the best part is the fat that has a right lamb flavor. Cut a piece of lamb and eat with the crispy crunchy pastry, it is surprisingly awesome!!

What I always said is that, you cannot end a dinner without a dessert. Therefore, we selected Turban De Pommes A'l'annas which is some kinds of apple and pineapple pie. It used the sliced apples to wrap the pineapple and cinnamon mixture, then topped with a scoop of vanilla icecream. There is a heavy cinnamon and pineapple tastes, but they might cover the flavors of the apple and icecream. After all the sweet and sour pineapple taste can freshen up your tongue, so it wouldn't be a bad option for a dessert.

法國菜是我喜愛的菜式之一，近日行過長沙灣發現了一間主理法國菜的餐廳「Oui Oui Bistro」，接了友人收工後，向她提議晚上不如在此食飯，友人也同意讚好! 這裡不會有太花巧的裝潢，步入餐廳時右邊會有一個開放式的水吧及廚房，整體感覺氣氛會較causal ，簡約裝潢中帶出微暗的燈光，我們坐在真皮硬身的沙發，配上柔和色調的木枱，在燭光閃爍之下，環境也算是舒適而且帶有點情調的氣氛。外面天氣實在太熱，最後還是忍不住馬上點杯凍飲解渴，我個人點了杯凍美式咖啡，咖啡的味道突出了咖啡天然的果酸，咖啡味道濃淡得宜比較甘醇，冰涼可口，真是不錯。友人選擇杯熱鮮奶咖啡，Espresso、熱牛奶兩者的份量都好平衡，杯鮮奶咖啡溫度剛好，咖啡味都好濃郁，奶泡十分輕盈，口感幼細綿滑，很細滑的感覺! 餐牌都是英文為主，分別有Appetizer，salad，seafood，entrees，soup，pasta &risotto及main，款式每樣都有4、5 款，選擇都不少，本店也有供應是日生蠔，不過今天我們主攻都是熱食為主。點好菜後先來一籃麵包，微熱夠脆，塗上牛油讓味道更香滑! 突然想食些蔬菜，特別是

突然想食些蔬菜，特別是意大利青瓜，我提議點了一客Ratatouille(法文)($88)，中文是普羅旺斯雜燴，店方用了牛油烹調四款的意大利青瓜，會再淋上一些意大利黑醋汁!

平時中國人食的青瓜都是多水份，口感會較爽脆，但西餐方面就剛相反，外國人喜歡把Zucchini煮熟才食，就算平時用作沙律都也會把它烤熟過。上枱時見到四款的意大利青瓜疊4層，顏色繽紛賣相已經好吸引，紅、黃、綠色的青瓜再加上紫色的茄子，切開小件入口，感覺都好軟腍，有少少鹽提味，富有濃郁的牛油香，讓青瓜的口感更加香滑，再蘸上碟旁的黑醋，可以減輕牛油的膩感，水準真是不錯。

食過頭盤後想飲些湯暖下胃，友人點了Creamy Spinach Soup ($68)，以豐富的忌廉來煮的菠菜忌廉湯，忌廉味道非常濃郁，口感好滑溜，當中翠綠色的菠菜帶有嚼感，湯的中間部份有松露，將松露與湯攪拌再飲，松露香氣香濃，散發出獨特芳香的味道，真是令人一試難忘。

個人較愛食海鮮，龍蝦湯更是我最愛，此店的Lobster Bisque ($98)主要是用海螯蝦及美國龍蝦熬成湯，味道好鮮甜，湯底濃稠，中間有一隻蝦肉，都好爽彈有蝦香，不過整體上味道有少少過鹹。

另一款熱食看來都好趣，它就是Foie Gras Creme Brulee ($128)，而且是今天才正式發售，好奇向店員查詢後，都充滿好奇心選擇了它，這款焦糖燉蛋中夾雜4份1的鵝肝，鵝肝份量十足，，鵝肝的香味好出又滲出鵝肝的油脂，我先舀起一些燉蛋放在蒜蓉多士上，蒜蓉多士果然夠脆，且富有牛油蒜蓉的鹹香，同時口腔中的燉蛋帶出甘香豐腴的鵝肝味，燉蛋晤會太熟，質感好香滑又有蛋香，蛋中還有甜甜的焦糖味，創意已經讓我感驚喜，原來鵝肝造出的焦糖燉蛋都是那麼搭配，滋味已經滿分。

主菜方面選擇了食pasta，鮮味仍然停不了選擇Langoustine Fettuccine ($228)，以海螯蝦熬成汁再與寬條麵一起炒，麵條吸盡了蝦的鮮味，每條寬條麵都好爽口彈牙又有蝦味，當中有海螯蝦肉，肉質豐富鮮美，回味甘鲜，比平時食的蝦肉更結實而有彈性，蝦頭內還有一些蝦膏，真的是太好吃了。

食完主菜也是時候食甜品，才是真正劃上完美的句號，法式crepe 也是當然不可缺少的......

Mix Berry Crepe ($98)即叫即製班戟皮，可見是誠意又是用心製作，咬落餅皮已經知道好fresh，肯定不是隔夜，

這款甜品是用了班戟皮包著忌廉製成，加上了一球雲呢拿雪糕，碟旁邊再淋上雜莓汁醬及鮮藍莓粒，賣相好吸引又豐富。班戟皮夠薄，咬下去都好軟腍，和忌廉配合，忌廉都好夠挺身
幼滑，入口即化，吃起來不會太膩，再蘸上雜莓汁，酸酸甜甜令味道層次更提升，令人回味無窮。

TURBAN DE POMMES À L’ANANAS($98)內餡是蘋果片、菠蘿粒再加上蜂蜜和肉桂去煮，外層再用蘋果片包著製批餅，外層蘋果片十分爽脆香甜，打開批餅，再品嚐菠蘿及蘋果製成的內餡，滿口散發了玉桂的香氣，香甜中帶有果味的天然酸香，兩款水果在口腔反覆咀嚼的過程中，使口頰留芳，再品嚐當中的雪糕，更可以平衡果酸的味道，估晤到在這餐廳可以食到傳統法式的甜品，真是好開心又大滿足。

平民區中都可以品嚐到傳統法國料理，果然是卧虎藏龍，食物方面有創意、誠意，而且廚師對每款菜式都是用心製作，堅持主理傳統法式方法烹煮，真是好難得，而且價錢合理，好有水準!服務方面真是好細心，而且對菜式都好了解，當我向店員查詢時，他們都好有耐心解答客人，好親和，值得讚許。同朋友可以在此共享到傳統的法國菜，真是絕對係誠意推薦。
