Decided to buy takeaway for lunch today. It was somewhere new in MK called 有田和牛專門店! It was actually a small shop selling take-away don! There was a vending machine outside for you to place your orders. If you want, you could eat in with high table but there was no seat.Their don included a complimentary salad and miso soup. 卵之極上和牛丼 $80
卵之極上和牛丼 used beef from Miyazaki! There were 5 slices of beef which were quite rich in beef flavour indeed. The whole bowl of rice was covered by eggs mixed well with some onion slices and topped by chopped spring onion. The portion of the rice was quite big!

華之盛丼 used award-winning beef from Miyazaki. There was an option to choose sirloin, ribeye or top sirloin butt for the beef. We went for sirloin. There were 8 slices of beef - the quality of which was really superb! They were super super tender and rich in beef flavour. Look at the very pretty grill mark on all slices! There was a raw egg yolk in the middle which made the rice more juicy and smooth after breaking it. Accompanying the beef and egg, there were quite some chopped spring onion and 飯素 to go with the rice. It was a really high quality don!
Miso Soup
The complimentary miso soup was so big and quite tasty with sliced bean curd puff and seaweed.
Salad
Salad was sliced cabbages which were those thick type together with some sweet corns. They were quite fresh. The Japanese sesame dressing was served separately.
They were super efficient that we only waited 5 minutes for our takeaways. All the takeaway boxes were so tightly packed that leakage wasn't easy. The plastic containers even had their logo on!
In particular, quality of the beef in 華之盛丼 was really high!
