Went to this place for dinner on Sunday with my wife, mother-in-law and baby son. There were a few tables on the ground floor and the waitress saw that we have a pram and ask us if we want to go upstairs. what the...!?!We told them we want to sit on the ground floor near the door so they said fine. Once we were seated, we were presented with tons of menu and articles about the restaurant. Once we were seated, we were presented with tons of menu and articles about the restaurant. I went through the menu first and don't have a clue what to order so I read the article and decide to go with their recommendations:
1. Baked Cheese Bread, Very nice.
2. Curry Sauce with King Prawn. I will recommend not to order this, for $138, we only got 1 prawn and lots of onions.
3. Lamb Cutlet, fantastic value, for the same amount of money as the Prawn, I got 5 pieces of lamb that was cooked well and the crispy orangy toppings were very tasty. Don't forget to use your hands to eat this.
4. Baked Duck Rice, I liked it but my wife said it was a bit too salty.
I generally had a good experience in this restaurant. Since this was our first visit, I kind of expect to have a few hits and misses. So 3 goods vs 1 bad is not too shabby. At least I know what not to order next time.
