之前經過見到好多人等位所以mark 低左生完仔黎試下😁好彩有book! 星期四都full 一坐低即刻整返個甲羅燒,大頭蝦同白鱔!甲羅燒!好耐無食蟹!個蟹膏真係不得了!佢唔係出便個d加左其他野既蟹膏!係真正既蟹膏!好香,又夠多!撈晒成碗飯都仲得!不得不提炒飯炒得幾好!粒粒分明!料又多!大頭蝦燒到好香,個蝦頭又多膏!蝦肉非常彈牙!白鱔我每次食串燒都會必點!e度做得好出色!皮脆,肉唔柴,廚師調味又恰到好處!唔會太喊!咬落去鱔既油脂好香!第一round 已經咁出色,忍唔住第2round叫左好多野食!牛舌,不乾而且夠厚,又唔Un!鵝肝,下便個麵包係烘過,甜甜地同鵝肝一齊食會無咁溜,不過不失,但佢舊鵝肝都算幾大舊!燒醉乳鴿🤣完全係抱住試既心態,因為我覺得唔會好入味,應該似普通既乳鴿。但係侍應姐姐一放低就聞到好香嘅酒味,咬落去乳鴿juicy而且有淡淡既酒香!同埋好鬼多肉又大隻!e個抵食!雞皮朋友食,我一般,但朋友就話好香脆!送啤酒一流!燒三文魚頭+魚鮫同燒倉魚,原本order左馬友但賣晒,老闆就介紹食倉魚。一放低,超大條!而且從來冇試過咁燒倉魚。兩碟魚既調味都非常好,加上燒到個皮脆卜卜,但同時保留到水份!唔會乾!同埋好大碟!燒得好靚!我自己食左大半條!燒雞泡魚乾,上枱嗰陣時熱辣辣,酥酥脆脆再叫左魷魚乾同賴尿蝦乾,從來冇食過燒賴尿蝦乾,原來同燒魷魚乾一樣咁正,但佢比魷魚易咬而且好香濃蝦味。魷魚乾同賴尿蝦乾上枱嗰陣都係非常熱辣辣!送啤酒一流最後忍唔住見到長腳蟹叫咗一條試下!長腳蟹大條多肉,燒完之後濃味過平時蒸既長腳蟹!總括而言,今次係坐月放監後最滿足嘅一餐!串燒選擇非常多!而且食材好特別,好用心。就算串燒都會想盡辦法將食材發揮得最好!好有heart! 相信老闆一定係一個識食之人!買單之後老闆話10月10號後會推出串燒放題!忍唔住即刻book咗16/10再去食!…Read More

日本野成日都會食,但真。日本野食真係好難有。e度既食物令我諗返起2 個月前名古屋之旅。6:00 仲早無乜人可以直接入,一坐低就有待應介紹比較特色既食物同放低一杯野就係e杯,雞湯!平平無奇,但加上蔥花同鹽令到雞湯鮮甜直線提升。本身無落鹽,真係淡口,但待應話加少少鹽效果會更好。叫左關東煮,係待應推介。香港好少有真正既關東煮,第2 食材一定好多都係日本入,因為香港唔會有,好似「半片」同「日本蒟蒻」冷門所以香港好難食到。半片係魚漿做,但比我地平時食既會軟身好多,好似好海棉,吸埋d湯汁不得了。而肥佬覺得個年糕福袋特別,年糕軟又有少少彈牙,同腐皮一齊食有好特別既感覺。會附上甜麵醬芥末,係名古屋都係咁食!燒豪,用日本豪所以唔會燒到全熟,所以唔會un同多汁串燒都好出色,上台仲好夠熱,雞腎大粒爽口,大蔥雞雞唔鞋,算出色,但黑豬腩串就失色,明顯太乾燒物出色因為真係慢火燒出黎,蔬菜日本食材,超欣賞老師父慢慢邊燒邊塗上醬汁。蕃薯整推介!又甜又香,最後仲encore 左蕃薯同燒飯團。燒飯團好多地方都求其燒就算,但e度係有深度既飯焦,兩面係金黃色。好高質! 最後一提,酒水好多選擇,開一支都唔會好貴!食燒物記得要點!…Read More

肥佬又生日🤣本身想飛轉泰國,但請唔到假,唯有食泰國野補返數因為係慶祝生日既關係專登搵間新淨d好。一落車一行入南角道就見到「小曼谷」冷氣又勁又乾淨就拉左肥佬入去一坐低已經比個椰青波波吸引,再比隔離枱既咖喱香味搞到勁鬼餓。所以一叫,叫咗五個餸。椰青波波超大個,椰青水一定比平時的椰青多。而且非常清甜加上只得椰肉同椰汁,所以雪得好夠凍。 我仲食左半個椰肉肥佬就叫左青檸梳打一般般。因為每餐都要食菜,所以叫咗件馬拉盞炒雜菜。馬拉盞味夠濃,唔油,而且上台個陣出晒煙,食得出鑊氣!冬陰公比我預期好飲,酸味同辣味好balance ,而且有三隻大蝦!雖然唔係大頭蝦,但都啖啖肉好彈牙。而且這已經是細size已足夠四人飲!我地兩個人每人飲左2.5碗都仲有串燒又係非常出色,每一串都係即燒,出晒煙,而且好足料,特別係雞神同雞軟骨。超抵食!燒原隻魷魚,又係超級大碟,視角非常滿足,魷魚雖然好厚肉,但一啲都唔un!而且食到碳燒味道。唔會太乾!兩個人食唔晒!最後真係要推介軟殼蟹咖喱! 性價比非常高!可以滿足本小姐麵包痴之餘,仲要多多咖喱汁,可以送麵包。雖然無咖喱炒蟹咁香,但價錢平好多而且非常大份!建議三至四個人先至好叫軟殼蟹炸得非常好,唔乾唔油,非常脆口,配埋個咖哩汁真係汁非常配。因為分開左汁同蟹,所以上左台一陣d蟹仲脆卜卜見到有兩隻原隻嘅軟殼蟹!最後比我地兩個一邊傾計一邊食晒最後我麵食咗半個農夫包!整體黎講比我預期好,最驚訝係香港仲有咁抵食夾大件既泰菜!平時炒菜得幾條都$60-80,個咖哩都咖洗$200! 其實真係好頂癮🤣🤣🤣係我未飛到去泰國之前都可能會再黎頂頂癮!…Read More

非常有心思既日本菜

元朗食黎食去都係個幾條街,所以今次肥佬揸fit話去商場食飯。但估唔到今次非常有驚喜!原來商場入邊都有質素較好的日本菜。今餐食咗好多野兩位食得之人都非常滿足。餐廳餐牌由小食沙律刺身串燒到主食選擇到非常多。玉子刺身,喜歡食玉子既朋友唔好錯過,因為雪凍左既關係口感唔同平時食既玉子,札實好多,味道又唔會只有甜味!炸軟殻蟹沙舞律,唔會期望好特別,但蟹係新鮮炸,好脆口,沙律菜是凍,加埋個酸酸甜甜既汁好有誠意而e個刺身沙律就更精彩!係必叫,同行朋友仲想叫多碟!刺身非常新鮮!帶子甜蝦同章紅都好好好鮮甜!唔會有「林papa」唔新鮮既感覺。加埋黑松露既香氣,入口鮮甜得黎唔會咁「掛」。夏天喜歡fresh d 既可以配埋佢個酸酸甜甜既沙律醋!重點係價錢好平,所以性價比高!個人推薦必食!肥佬要食飯,所以叫左壽司比佢滿足下!黑松露甜蝦卷同埋辣吞拿魚腩卷。前者一定無輸,因為剛剛沙律既甜蝦非常新鮮!不過今次係將d甜蝦整碎佈滿壽司卷上面。同平時食既甜蝦卷多多一個口感。中間有蝦有牛油牛。牛油果剛好熟透,所以令到食落去多一份好滑既感覺。加埋黑松露既香味層次比出面食到既甜蝦卷或者炸蝦卷豐富。至於後者可能遜色少少,壽司會跟埋辣沙律醬,但個今覺得個醬太重味蓋左吞拿魚腩本身既味道。但值得一提既係師傅用料唔手軟!每件都塞滿魚肉!到本人最期待既串燒,全部都係熱辣辣上台,店員都會細心提供唔同既鹽(海鹽,枺茶鹽同埋咖哩鹽)免治雞肉,火喉夠,外面燒到少少脆身,香口,一定要加埋蛋汁,個人覺得串燒調味較少同單調,要靠其他調味令到食材既味道更突出!好肉免治雞肉咁,加左蛋醬會加多左滑滑既感覺,蛋本身新鮮,蛋香夠,為簡單既免治雞肉多多份蛋香。雞肉大蔥,個人覺得燒得乾左少少,可以輕手少少。味道唔太特別。青芥牛肉粒,牛肉可能較厚身,所以唔會太乾身!仲間少少粉紅,牛味重肉身夠林同埋夠油份。加埋海鹽非常正!鵝肝釀雞翼,驚喜!脹卜卜因爲入便釀入左勁多鵝肝,因為鵝肝本身油份重,令到燒到脆身既雞肉唔覺鞋!加埋較滑既口感大滿足!梅子茶漬飯,食完咁濃味既野食返個清爽少少既飯!可惜梅子味唔夠突出,但茶味香,唔錯!到今日既結尾並且係非常滿足既一個推介。海膽+蟹肉+蟹子仲有濃濃既蟹膏伴飯!到今日既結尾並且係非常滿足既一個推介。海膽+蟹肉+蟹子仲有濃濃既蟹膏伴飯!濃!蟹肉甜,海膽更甜!加埋蟹子爽脆既口感,好正!而且用料唔手軟!飯粒軟糯加上微微既飯焦!因為所有用料都比較軟身,飯焦令到成件事更精彩。個人會推介必點這個!但要注意份量因為都會有少少「利」既感覺!元朗除咗小店原來商場都有好多好餐廳下次去元朗又多個選擇!…Read More
