今日約了朋友去啟德Airside的nana’s green tea吃晚飯,餐廳地理位置方便,地鐵站出口可以直接到達。以簡約日式設計,環境闊落舒適,水波形狀天花令餐廳格調柔和。柚子胡椒豚肉烏冬以大蔥作點綴的烏冬剛端上來就清香撲鼻,湯底入口初段就品嘗到柚子清新味道,之後先感受到胡椒嘅辛辣香口,配上鮮嫩的豚肉,十分開胃,喝了大半碗湯亦不會覺得口乾。嫩雞肉明太子茶漬飯嫩白的雞肉片配上橙紅的明太子,賣相十分醒目開胃。今次選擇了鰹魚湯底,湯底清甜。配上醃菜及乾海帶,令到整個茶漬飯鮮味提高了不少。抹茶生朱古力芭菲nana’s green tea最出名是抹茶甜品,整個甜品層次分明,相當吸引。頂層的忌廉甜膩度適中,配合綠茶雪糕同香脆嘅粟米片,口感一流。再加上中層的抹茶醬及牛奶軟雪糕,整個享受又提升一層。黑芝麻蕨餅芭菲另一款出名的是黑芝麻甜品,黑芝麻味道濃郁,頂層蕨餅加上黑芝麻雪糕,是少見的配搭。中層有軟滑牛奶軟雪糕,底層還有黑芝麻啫喱,整體口感相當豐富。凍抹茶牛奶白玉綠茶雪糕除了甜品,飲品亦非常出色。抹茶牛奶配搭合適,牛奶加強了抹茶的茶香味。白玉丸子口感軟糯,整個飲品就好似是在吃甜品一樣。凍焙茶牛奶黑蜜果凍牛奶混合焙茶口味獨特順滑,很適合夏天消暑解渴。加上黑蜜果凍,香口甜蜜,不會過分飽滯,想一飲再飲。…Read More

今日在將軍澳放工,約朋友到位於澳南海岸的得閒飲茶DHYC吃晚飯。餐廳對著海景,看到將軍澳跨灣大橋,環境舒適,景觀優美。窩貼蝦多士煎到金黃色的蝦多士口感爽脆,入面的大蝦鮮味彈牙。加上清甜的鮮果沙律,兩者配搭得天衣無縫。明火例湯今期係紅蘿蔔煲粉葛豬腱湯,湯料煲到出味。湯水鮮甜清潤,飲完之後不會口渴,純正老火靚湯,沒有任何味精。鵪鶉蛋松露燒賣以為會是整粒鵪鶉蛋放在上面,上菜先發現蛋仔巧妙收在燒賣入面,口感同味道幾特別,值得一試。韭菜金錢蟹盒用餃子皮包住醃好的韭菜蟹肉餡,經過煎炸之後,將材料的肉汁緊緊包裹在金黃酥脆的外皮之下,清爽可口。XO醬炒腸粉用了自家製的XO醬,少少香辣惹味,不會太鹹太辣。廚師用了很多XO醬炒白腸粉,令本身淡而無味的白腸粉變得鮮香惹味,份量亦非常多。焗叉燒包焗叉燒包很有心思,用了雪山皮去包裹着用玫瑰露酒醃過的叉燒餡,味道層次十分豐富。…Read More

今日約了朋友去德福廣場的泰廚房子吃晚飯,我們七點來到餐廳時已經快坐滿人。餐廳環境舒適,設有卡位,侍應有禮貌。「水晶晶」蒜香豬手豬手份量非常多,起骨切片,再淋上自家製的蒜蓉,令豬手味道昇華。入口感覺不油膩,想不斷再吃。除了豬手,還有配上泰式酸辣汁、腰果、青木瓜沙律、中華沙律,每一款和豬手作配搭一起吃都是別有風味。泰式鮮蝦炒金邊粉炒金邊粉賣相非常吸引,用金黃色嘅蛋網包住金邊粉,打卡一流。金邊粉上面的大蝦爽滑彈牙,蛋網包住金邊粉一起吃,味道層次豐富。如果喜歡吃辣可以加上辣椒碎,香辣美味。金邊粉本身味道不會太濃,加上蝦乾一起炒,鹹香的蝦乾成了最好的調味料。沙嗲串燒 半打(雞/牛 雙拼)剛燒好的串燒上菜時非常香,表面燒至微焦,肉質嫩滑,不會柴。淋上沙嗲汁是另一種風味,沙嗲有少少辣,令串燒更香更惹味。經典肉碎生菜包肉碎用香料炒香,味道微辣,肉汁多。用生菜包住一起吃兩者配合得很好,又惹味又清爽的感覺。泰式甜品拼盤拼盤有椰汁千層糕,椰汁西米糕,玫瑰花千層糕各兩件。糕點甜度剛好,煙煙韌韌。泰式奶茶泰式奶茶奶滑茶香,口感絲滑,茶底香醇,不會太甜。青檸梳打青檸梳打糖漿另外上,可按口味自由添加,解渴之選。…Read More

今日同朋友去APM行街,之後到附近的Add Some Thai Restaurant食晚飯。Add Some Thai Restaurant位於駱駝漆大廈第一座九樓。餐廳主打泰西Fusion菜,環境舒服。侍應有禮貌,非常貼心。金柚炸魷魚鬚沙律配韓式柚子醬炸魷魚鬚鬆脆香口,金柚沙律菜配上韓式柚子醬,味道夾之餘非常清新。白雪鮮蜆椰子雞湯椰子雞湯,顏色奶白,聞起來很重椰子味。雞湯份量多,每人可飲幾碗,而且材料十足,有很多蜆,青口,墨魚仔。雞湯香濃可口,蜆和青口,鮮味十足。A.S.T. 招牌火山排骨A.S.T. 火山排骨份量極多,並且有刀叉,方便切開食用,非常貼心。排骨上面鋪滿芫荽,肉質嫩滑,非常入味。馬拉盞椰菜苗炒椰菜苗有鑊氣,嫩口爽脆,加上馬拉盞非常惹味。A.S.T. 特色泰西甜品拼盤甜品拼盤賣相很好,擺碟有心思,打卡一流。甜品拼盤包括芒果糯米飯,招牌椰汁千層糕,西式甜點和雪糕。芒果糯米飯芒果味道清新,糯米飯軟糯,加上椰漿味道很夾。千層糕口感煙煙韌韌,有濃濃椰香味。雪糕口感軟滑,西式甜點味道很好,甜度適中。富士之戀蝶豆花梳打呈紫色,不會太甜。富士山下藍色蝶豆花茶加上奶蓋,打卡一流。蝶豆花茶和奶蓋味道很夾,奶蓋口感綿密。…Read More

今日經過土瓜灣,同朋友嚟Gyutan Toku牛舌專門店食晚飯。我地7點去到,有幾多人喺出面排隊,我地等左陣先有位。我地點咗極上牛舌定食,紅酒汁煮牛舌定食,明太子雞翼同埋2杯hoegaarden生啤。定食包括有飯素嘅白飯,沙律,茶碗蒸,麵豉湯同埋前菜。極上牛舌燒得好靚,外面燒到焦香,中間肉質粉嫩,配上wasabi同豉油食味道好夾。用紅酒汁煮嘅牛舌煮到好入味,肉質比較腍,用嚟送飯一流。明太子雞翼幾大隻,脹卜卜,外層香脆,入面充滿明太子,十分惹味。我地叫咗hoegaarden嘅蜜桃味生啤,入口有清香嘅桃味,值得一試。整體而言,食物質素幾好,下次會再嚟食。…Read More
