今天所有的菜都不如一般的食評提到的水平。蘑菇湯欠濃度。Mussels 汁太鹹。墨魚汁意大利飯飯沒有嚼頭。牛排更不成,要medium rare, 第一次上菜第二刀就裡面還是生的,送回廚房第二次再切第二刀裡面依然是生的,再送回去後要求medium, 結果是裡面終於可以了但外面就已經燒焦了。廚師如果是PRO的話,這就不應該發生, 既然一直都不出來說個不是!不給解析都算了,discount也不給! 還有就是,一開始就想開一瓶prosecco, 餐廳既然貨都沒有備,只能賣杯裝的! 這樣的餐廳服務又不成,食物水平也不成! 怪不得人那麼少了…Read More
