今次專程嚟到觀塘區一間專食雞白湯拉麵店,位置係近牛頭角果邊有少少隔涉,兩點幾去到,可能過咗岩岩lunch繁忙時間,所以等一陣好快就有位。第一次到訪,冇特別諗就即刻揀咗佢嘅瑪瑙瑙鳥白湯麵,麵條可揀黃麵同白麵,同店員查詢,原來白麵係比較順滑爽口,黃麵比較彈牙,比較多人揀黃麵,於是就揀咗黃麵,另外再加錢加埋溏水蛋。個麵除咗慢煮雞胸外,仲有雞叉燒,店員會即場將湯打泡同埋燒叉燒。第一啖飲嘅湯係好濃雞湯味,湯身質地唔算濃稠,但飲落係濃滑而不膩,黃麵唔算掛湯,食落係有少少偏鹼水嘅麵,煮果時見係現成拆包裝倒入去煮類似即食嘅麵,感覺冇咩特別,反而雞胸嫩滑,而且燒叉燒食落比較好香口。整體嚟講,雞肉同湯底係出色,如果再花功夫喺麵條上應該會更加分下次會想試埋白麵同埋其他湯底…Read More

近排喺太古城新開咗間來自東京過江龍可麗餅嘅舖頭,見佢新開張咁多人排心思思就去試吓。同朋友揀咗兩款口味,分別係炙燒焦糖吉士鮮忌廉同埋草莓香蕉朱古力鮮忌廉味。落咗單之後即叫即整,可能因為得一個店員整,每次淨係整一個可麗餅,所以等緊整第二個嗰陣,第一個可麗餅就會好快凍咗。可麗餅食落去係名副其實嘅薄,好軟腍腍,可能因為咁,食完頭幾啖之後,打開個包裝食埋餘下嘅部份就有啲狼狽。草莓味嗰款食落正常發揮,沒有太大驚喜。cream brulee嗰款會再甜啲膩啲,同埋唔知係咪燒得唔夠,會不停食到砂糖夾雜喺可麗餅裏面。整體嚟講質素還好,價錢算合理,店舖仲係新開張冇耐,仲未有鹹食味供應。會再等佢出埋鹹食味再試多次。…Read More

有日平日lunch同埋友人去咗沙田呢間新開嘅另一間日本過江龍漢堡扒專門店,拎咗飛等咗大概15分鐘就有得入去,入去前會喺購票機落訂單先,呢間嘅套餐比較有彈性,可以根據自己食量揀三個或者兩個漢堡扒。今次同朋友分別叫咗兩個餐,一個係兩塊原味和牛漢堡扒加一塊和牛芝士漢堡扒,另一個係各一塊和牛芝士漢堡扒加和牛蟹肉漢堡扒,套餐已經包括咗一碗飯、少量蔬菜、一碗麵豉湯同埋一隻已經打咗加咗豉油嘅生雞蛋,而且白飯蔬菜同湯都可以任加。一坐低冇耐,啲漢堡扒好快就上枱,漢堡扒裏面嘅肉比較偏生,侍應話可以按照自己嘅生熟喜好程度再煎耐啲個扒先進食。建議嘅進食方法係先就咁食原汁原味嘅漢堡扒,然後再加埋啲醬汁配料一齊食,最後係將隻蛋撈埋落啲飯一齊享用。調味料相對簡單,冇乜特別驚喜,加上漢堡扒本身已經調咗味道,其實都需要點調味料。呢度嘅漢堡扒搓出嚟感覺比較鬆散,味道都唔錯,比較印象深刻嘅係食和牛芝士漢堡扒,上枱嘅時候塊扒已經鋪咗一層熱熔芝士,跟住侍應會即刻喺面前再額外跑一堆芝士碎喺塊扒上面,拎嚟送飯一流。最後就係試蟹肉和牛漢堡扒,呢塊扒本身已經放咗喺一個鐵兜上面,裏面浸咗啲調味酸汁,漢堡扒上面嘅紫蘇葉放咗一啲蟹肉、蘿蔔蓉及青檸。撈埋一齊食之後發覺蟹肉同漢堡扒唔係好夾,分開嚟食好似比較適合。…Read More

預約咗好幾次,終於book到去食呢間日本過江龍漢堡扒餐廳,用餐時間限時60分鐘,食得好趕。如果book咗要取消,餐廳會收返一定charge ,可見個取消政策對食客有點嚴苛。套餐包三舊漢堡扒、白飯(可任添)、一碗麵豉湯同埋雞蛋一隻,店員會俾一張指印食客睇吓個建議食法。第一件漢堡扒會建議原味食,可以品嚐食物嘅原汁原味。餐廳亦有提供五款配料,可以在吃漢堡扒是隨意點嚐,配料包括:生醬油、青唐辛子鹽漬檸檬、油漬青唐辛子、麻辣粉、椒麻醬及香炸蒜碎。第二件漢堡扒會建議配以蘿蔔泥同埋自家製柚子醋食用,酸酸地、口感清新,食落一啲都唔油膩。第三件漢堡扒會建議加生雞蛋配以白飯一齊食用。整體嚟講,漢堡扒冇想像中咁爆汁Juicy,但佢食落一啲都唔油膩,初初以為食晒三件會有一定難度,點知食食吓仲添多碗飯。以$138呢個價錢嚟講套餐真係非常抵食,加上店舖位置仲要喺中環商場裏面一個望海嘅地段,環境氣氛一流。雖然未算驚艷地好味,但CP值整體來說都很高,值得再訪!…Read More

聽朋友仔介紹呢間餐廳好耐,終於俾我lunch時間book到去試吓佢個lunch set。咁啱撞正佢換咗餐牌,試唔到佢出名嗰個Duck Ragu Pappardelle, 唯有今次主菜揀佢個Festonati同Reginette,另外前菜叫咗最出名嘅Wagyu Beef Tartare同埋Risotto Ball. 最後甜品分別叫咗Tiramisu同Ice Cream Coupe,再另外加錢叫咗一杯mocktail同紅酒。原本另外仲想散叫佢出名嘅Malakoff, 可惜lunch冇a la carte, 唯有下次dinner再去試。Wagyu Beef Tartare- 生牛肉配以上面脆脆嘅薯仔絲同埋下面嘅蛋黃醬,食落好有口感同creamyPistachio Arancini- 呢個係非一般嘅Risotto Ball, 而係加咗Pistachio、肉腸同煙燻咗嘅 provolone cheese,食落好香口得嚟,但又唔滯口Festonati- 呢款pasta係羊肩肉配上Pecorino羊奶芝士同埋薄荷汁製成,羊肉香配上淡淡薄荷汁,簡直係絕配。pasta嘅形狀包裹着羊肉、芝士同埋薄荷汁,麵條口感煙靭,兩款pasta中我較喜歡這款Reginette- 呢款pasta係結合咗辣肉腸加Mascarpone, Parmesan cheese而成。鍾意食辣嘅人應該會喜歡呢款pasta,味道過癮,食落又唔會膩Tiramisu- 呢度個Tiramisu我超級鍾意,因為佢好重好重酒味,好少地方會食到咁重酒味嘅Tiramisu,Ice Cream Coupe- 雪糕冇咩特別整體嚟講價錢及食物質素性價比都高,可惜lunch時間得60分鐘,食得有啲趕。下次會再搵機會試埋dinner。…Read More
