其實不論你給的是笑臉/哭臉, 評語是好是壞佢都係一樣咁多人,每次去都係要等一段時間. 但無可否認是這碗清湯腩是真的美味.我通常都係去開果頭時間充裕先會去, 對上一次去都係1-2年前, 今次一樣排左30分鐘隊, 但仍然覺得值得. 我見有些外國人寫了些食評, 我覺得西方和東方甚至香港人口味都係有一定既分別, 他們也許並不是太識得欣賞香港的口味, 亦可能不太會叫, 所以會話太咸, 牛肉唔夠嫩滑之類.其實最初朋友帶我黎呢度教我唔好食牛腩麵/米/之類, 佢教左我食淨腩淨伊麵, 碗淨腩個湯比起碗伊麵既湯或者係一碗牛腩伊麵的湯濃及香甜, 第一次去咁食好似都係60幾蚊, 講緊都7-8年前. 後來去多左發覺有樣野特別貴又成日無既就係爽腩, 佢無得連麵, 只有淨爽腩, 細細碗已經60幾蚊, 加埋淨伊麵差唔多成舊水架, 但爽腩真係好好食, 又唔會硬, 個D腩邊真係好正又好脆. 佢無話咩時間有,我試過中午和夜晚都有. 今日去既時候落單話無爽腩,然後過左30秒話岩岩整好, 我諗食唔食到真係好講彩數. 他們的招牌是牛腩和湯, 他們的湯其實應該沒有味精, 因為今日食完同以前一樣唔覺得口乾, 其次其實佢個湯能夠飲到牛的清甜同藥材既香味,我真係覺得等待是值得的. 食牛腩真係要帶點肥才好食, 沒肥的一定會硬, 因為舊腩要炆一段時間先入到面, 好似東坡肉咁下面既瘦肉一定會比較硬一樣.不過由於都一後時間無去, 當我食緊既時候發覺點解碗爽腩好似大左咁, 偷偷開心左一陣, 真係好好味, 湯就一口一口地飲, 過了一會寫張單比我我有少少震撼, 原來點解會大碗左係因為爽腩由我初初食6X蚊賣到而家150蚊, 連埋33蚊既淨伊麵同埋ZERO, 一共197蚊, 好彩岩岩拿完錢, 要不就問題大了. 再睇睇原來而家一碗牛腩麵要44蚊 ,比出面食可能一碗15蚊既牛腩麵貴3倍,所以有D人覺得唔值. 但我覺得佢係值呢個價. 不過希望下次再去食時唔會要300蚊啦…Read More

上次試過拉麵來, 得出不會再去的結果(就係係OPENRICE見到COMMENT好D而達磨則有好多惡評). 今次決定試下達磨, 下午3點唔駛等位1. 湯--選了豚骨湯, 和拉麵來一樣杰, 但沒有拉麵來的苦澀味(本人不太愛太杰的湯, 這兒的還可接受, 不會濃到苦)2. 麵--這兒的麵沒有像"拉麵來"的麵那樣淋得不像話(在拉麵來我已經選最硬的), 這裡的麵有咬口, 是我喜歡的硬度.3. 叉燒--不是入口即溶的口感, 肥肉較少, 但食落有一陣類似西班牙火腿的油香味4. 蛋--這裡的麵已經有蛋, 不像拉麵來那樣要加(糖心但無咩蛋香味, 一般)連一支可樂92蚊, 價錢和拉麵來差不多但整體質素比拉麵來高出好多. 但經過會再來食, 拉麵來就唔會再去. 食野都係要講個人口味…Read More

經過上次停電既經驗, 都係想試下呢度的食物, 今次book位後第2日有人confirm, 知道無問題la其實呢度d service 都唔差既, 個男既waiter幾好, 但係d 女既就好似唔係好識做(唔收野), overall算好叫左jar sangria, 第一次飲幾特別, 有d唔知係咩既香精味..當係diamond black咁飲都ok既...但210就貴左d, 飲可樂/開枝紅酒好過tapas叫左火腿, 墨汁墨魚仔, 帶子, 芝士, 冷肉, 蒜頭蝦. ham (好似$110)有6-7片, 甘香同油香都好ok, 食完咀巴仲有d香味, 不過佢話5j但好似係great買個d 5j 36mth好食d蒜片蝦(3小隻好似60蚊)真的好食到爆, d蒜片香到無得頂, 令人流晒口水, 用左d油點面包食, 正baby squid(好似80蚊) 都係超正, 佢有d蝦碎係d墨魚入面, 亦有好香既蒜味, d墨魚汁黑麻麻,但又係勁正, 又用黎點面包, 正芝士($60)同涷肉($60), 本身唔鐘意食芝士, 佢好似都有4種芝士, 涷肉都係有4種無咩特別帶子($90)又係勁正, 佢將d帶子切到好碎好碎, 應該搵d牛油蒜泥炒過再搵d芝士焗過..入面濕濕地之後黎湯, 有所謂既traditional soup(好似75蚊)用雞,牛,豬煮5個鐘wor, 飲落好似中湯, 唔似d 杰撻撻既西湯, 味道ok 但其實中國人d老火湯好味好多. 仲有海鮮湯, 呢個湯濃番好多, 啖啖青口同海鮮既香味, 但唔知點解飲落好似有d苦苦地. 如果你要叫湯不如叫其他la之後主菜, 叫左海鮮飯, 西冷 同燒豬西冷($265), 要左medium, 肉味ok亦林但無咩特別, 應該8-10oz到啦, 反而d薯條勁好味.海鮮飯($380) 一大盤, 3個人分都有一大碟, 中蝦每人一隻, 青口每人2隻, 蝦是雪蝦, 出黎d肉梅梅地, 青口乾到爆, 完全唔掂...不過d飯就幾香, 好好食..但覺得太濕, 乾番d會好好多.燒豬($255)真係掂到爆, d皮係入口就熔, d肉同油非常甘香, 而且d肉好嫩, 真係好食到爆, 好食過中國人既乳豬. 叫左太多野, 最後牛扒同燒豬都食唔晒, 牛扒其實唔應該叫咁就岩岩好la...最後佢上左杯好甜既桃酒, 桃味好香,杯酒甜到爆...個男waiter話幫助消化, 其實都幾好味.埋單3個人$1920, 雖然都真係幾貴,不過都值得一食. 下次可以唔叫湯同牛扒就平好多la. p.s 番到黎先知原來有牛油同面包會refill.....我地面包無refill 同埋無牛油, 只有olive oil. service真係無講得好好, 只係叫做nice同有笑容 …Read More
