To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前book左位, 3個人竟然比張好舒服既半圓sofa既枱我地(full house架, 仲有人等位tim), 抵讚d工作人員好有禮貌, 笑容燦爛, 仲成日有人過來幫手jump茶tim, 服務100分至於食物方面, 一分錢一分貨, 呢度d點心真係好好味, 燒賣d豬肉同冬菇好香, 本身個芋角已經好正..加埋粒鵝肝真係天衣無逢, 叉燒包個皮好好鬆軟, 入面d材料個味岩岩好. 叉燒又林又香仲有d脆tim....d肉只要用番d靚豬一般都唔差得去邊至於d新野星班腸粉同龍蝦湯脆麵就麻麻la... 腸粉用星班聽落就好, 食落舊魚都熟晒, 只係食得到係一舊魚, 至於個龍蝦湯真係大失所望, 賣相100分但味道就唔合格la...個湯好稀, 唔得香濃, 仲食到有d薑味+苦味, 雖然有隻大蝦, 帶子, 露荀同埋魚, 但主旨應該係湯同麵..至於杏仁茶都幾香, 但比起幾他地方都仲係有d距離米豬連2星既服務真係幾好, 個普洱唔錯, 有陣味又夠滑口...用恆生白金可以慳番d茶錢呢到食番d傳統既點心真係好好, 至於gimmick個d試一次就算
