落雨天,我哋兩夫妻拍拖浪漫下,行下沿路海濱條長廊,事隔很久沒有行,原來附近開咗好多商廈食市,見有Cafe又可以坐低食飯休息下,有老公至愛嘅蒲燒鰻魚飯,價錢又唔貴喎~坐低品嚐下先,去cafe就梗要嘆啡咖啦,叫咗杯焦糖咖啡,杯面鋪滿焦香甜美的焦糖,脆脆口感,喝下甘香柔滑,入口香醇。而蒲燒鰻魚飯隨之而來,先講賣相,一大條鰻魚鋪滿飯面,掩蓋飯面,而且仲有一"座"炒滑蛋於頂,仲有紫菜點綴。蛋剛炒好,不但熱辣辣,蛋味香濃,仲滑啫啫~鰻魚不但大條,而且好厚肉,表面有燒過,沒有有腥味,燒汁味道較濃厚,配飯食是絕配。而我亦唔執輸,叫咗我心心念念的全日早餐,最啱我呢啲樣樣都想食的為食鬼,有柚子沙律丶酵母麵包丶煙三文魚丶炒滑蛋丶蜜味豆丶哈蜜瓜同烤雞扒~麵包軟硬適中,沙律有芝麻醬配柚子汁,醒胃好味,煙三文魚夠厚身帶咸香,燒雞扒壓到脆脆的,好好味,唔講會以為係窩夫~哈蜜瓜大大片,好清甜。想不到工廈也有出色的Cafe,味道不但驚喜連連,價錢實惠,下次要食埋其他款式先得~又有藉口去拍拖Lu~…Read More

繼續試後慰勞第二回,今次二人世界自私食,無得去旅行,唯有食下韓燒止下癮,今次揀咗炑八,因為想食佢哋個期間限定~帶骨肉眼,呢個套餐仲有醬油五花肉丶大墨魚丶梨花雞翼丶豬皮同蔥蒜牛五花。先上配角,烤盤兩邊位先放上粟米芝士同泡菜雞蛋,然後就係醬汁丶前菜丶生菜丶泡菜同沙律。呢度除咗沙律外,全部都可以refill。等食期間先食前菜同沙律開開胃先~前菜分別有泡菜丶海帶同豆芽,有酸有甜有咸的,而沙律菜淋上柚子汁,酸酸甜甜,醒胃的開始。主角登場,帶骨肉眼超厚身,油脂分布均勻,見佢有咁上下厚度,決定遲小小食,解決D"薄"身D嘅嘢食先~先落場係梨花雞亦丶大墨魚同蔥蒜牛五花,全部均有調味,燒嗰陣要留意火喉,反多D會無咁易濃。呢個空檔就可以食到邊位的芝士粟米同泡菜雞蛋,燒到溶溶地有拉絲,芝士控必食,而泡菜蛋味道啱啱好,不會過咸同過酸,仲有D甜味~解決完邊位食物,D肉都七七八八可以食得,墨魚好爽脆,本身已經夠味,不用點醬也👌,而牛五花大大舊,燒完唔會乾,肉嫩多汁,點鹽配泡菜食,夠解膩,而雞亦帶有甜味,單邊燒更易熟,軟滑多汁,可以Encore。事不而宜遲,燒埋醬油五花丶豬皮同D魷魚鬚佢,豬皮我係第一次燒,見佢有一定厚度,燒要一定時間,而醬油五花同魷魚鬚相對快熟,五花腩用醬油醃得啱啱好,就咁食都已經好好食,魷魚鬚就較濃味,但好爽口,夾生菜食啱啱好。豬皮燒到表面焦焦地先食,口感淋淋地,而且並非想像中的油淋淋,食落去是軟諗口感,一點也不肥膩~最後我地就燒肉眼~解咗凍後無縮水,都係又厚又大塊,先用嚿牛油燙一燙網面,然後先放肉眼,好搶火,燒到咁上下再反轉燒另一面,剪開燒可以睇到燒嘅進度同更快熟,大概8~10分鐘左右已經去到我哋中意嘅熟度,先食原汁原味~牛味香濃,油脂均勻令塊肉口感更嫩滑軟腍,而且D肥油位食落香而不膩,是神來之筆,不用蘸點任何醬汁也好好味,但如果中意重味道,可以點鹽食同擠點檸檬汁,亦可以提升味道。這個帶骨肉眼牛迷必試!食好嘢梗要飲杯好嘢啦~佢哋出咗梳打系列。我哋揀咗菠蘿梳打同青檸梳打,菠蘿梳打有果肉,酸酸甜甜,清新可口。青檸梳打就較酸,不帶甜較健康,可以解膩消滯。呢個期間限定很不錯,係牛迷福音,如果中意其他部位,佢地仲有個牛舌套餐,除期間限定外,都有好多優惠套餐可揀,迎合各人所須口味,而且佢哋好多分店,梗有一間喺左近~…Read More

久違了的外出用晚膳,又係兩丁友撐枱腳嘅時候。揀咗美食林立嘅荃灣~今次食拉麵同串燒,見佢開咗一排,今日就揀佢會一會~入去見門面不大,坐低後店員先生再安排我哋坐門後的小天地,入去別有洞天,冷氣充足,四四方方,好有派對房feel,內外有一冷一熱的強烈對比~食物方面佢哋以串燒為主,亦有小食同拉麵,我哋食晚飯,梗係揀麵食,再加串燒拼盤同幾樣心頭好串燒嘆嘆~先嚟我的餐食,照燒雞扒豬骨湯拉麵,雞扒好大份~拉麵配料豐富,冬菇丶粟米丶金菇同糖心蛋。值得一讚係拉麵也做出色,不但沒有鹼水味,幼身爽口,個湯無味精,唔會口乾,雞扒係真係照"燒"的,不是汁煮香煎嗰啲款式,厚身大舊,吃落多汁嫩滑,仲有炭香滋味,個汁甜甜地,另外配角中的糖心蛋流心度仲好澎湃,整體都好出色。跟住再嚟係三樣心頭好串燒,雞亦丶冬菇同金菇肥牛卷,雞亦燒得啱啱好,無乾身之餘仲剛好離骨,又易食又好味。而金菇肥牛卷就好juicy,個汁有D似照燒汁,同肥牛幾夾,火喉亦到位,金菇同肥牛都啱啱好,香軟腍滑,唔韌,金菇仲索滿肥牛嘅牛油精華添,為咗平衡飲食,蔬菜類都要有,本身個拼盤有冬菇同秋葵,我再另加一串冬菇,燒到乾身,不會濕立立,個人好喜歡,沒有菇類的臭青味,是利落乾脆的乾身,落D椒鹽己經好好味。跟住另外一個拉麵都上桌,燒豬頸肉豬骨拉麵,豬頸肉亦係"燒"的,比煎煮更香口好味,豬頸肉係厚切,要用爽口彈牙又多汁嚟表揚~配料都係一樣,而且連配料冬菇也是燒烤過,浸湯食又係另一番風味。最後我哋嘅串燒拼盤也燒好了,分別有豬丶牛丶雞同冬菇秋葵各兩串,豬柳同雞柳都大大嚿,軟滑多汁,而牛西冷牛味香濃,入口軟腍,燒到有微微焦香,可口美味,秋葵乜是燒得微焦,並未烤到全熟,吃落不但爽口,也沒有草青味,又健康又好味~串燒可以揀辣或者唔辣,兩種口味比較後,辣味會令串燒味更升華,而且辣味唔重。呢度除咗可意食麵食串燒,仲可以把酒談歡,而且feel好地方正,不防帶朋友一聚~…Read More

今日飯腳帶我去覓食,話說東港城又有新嘢開,有佢中意嘅喇沙,又有我中意嘅海南雞飯,美食二人組又係時候出動~門口好開揚,大大個招牌「咖吔」,裡面有馬拉懷舊色彩,仲有盆栽點綴,感覺既清新又不失風韻。坐位好闊落,坐得舒服唔迫夾。三點鐘不須多人,唔洗等位之餘,仲幸運地有卡位坐~呢個時段有午餐同下午茶可選,貪心嘅我樣樣都想食,所以揀咗三個茶餐嚟品嚐。當然要揀我至愛~海南雞飯,跟油飯同湯,海南雞係去骨嘅,有雞味且爽滑,醬汁有三款,個人係中意酸辣嗰個汁,能夠提鮮味道,個姜蓉也不錯,咸道適中,磨得夠綿沒有渣,仲有麻油香。配埋油飯食啱啱好。跟住係另一位的至愛~新加波喇沙,個湯比較"傑",配料有大蝦丶魚旦丶魚片丶通菜丶豆腐卜同半只流心蛋,帶有小小辣和椰香,個麵較軟腍,好索湯,吸曬D精華,跟麵有半個青檸同辣椒醬,落埋味道更出色。另外叫咗個地道老鼠粉,老鼠粉即係銀針粉,而呢個地道老鼠粉用煲仔上,熱辣辣,本身已經用醬汁將老鼠粉炒到入味,再喺面度鋪上魚仔乾丶花生丶肉碎丶蝦皮丶菜脯粒同蒜片,將其撈勻晒先食,魚仔乾香脆,肉碎甜甜地同菜脯辣辣地,甜辣咸香脆隻於一身,又出奇地惹味喎~主食介紹完,講下D嘢飲~佢地D飲品多數都有馬拉特色,當然也有普通茶飲,我就梗係唔會放過試新嘢嘅機會,加錢叫咗個海鹽雪糕椰汁珍多冰。呢個可以話係甜品,不但美觀漂亮,椰汁珍多冰打到冰沙狀態,而且飲到尾都無變淡,海鹽雪糕係藍色的,吃落有咸味,味道像芝士奶蓋。個人超級喜歡,推介一定要飲。而另外兩杯分別叫咗桔仔話梅冰和香茅青檸荔枝梳打,呢兩杯都係特式D嘅飲品,但就唔洗加錢已經飲到。桔仔話梅冰有大大粒甜話梅,配上桔仔,味道有點像咸柑桔。香茅青檸荔枝梳打有好多薄荷葉點綴,味道帶酸,仲有香濃的茘枝味,清爽開胃之選,剛好可以解下老鼠粉D油膩感。如果中意荔枝味嘅飲品,呢個推介茘枝粉絲必試。今次呢間餐廳很不錯,店員好有禮同細心,而且下午茶嘅份量都好足,午餐仲係有兩款雙拼嫁,啱晒我呢D眼闊肚窄嘅為食~…Read More

假期又係時候拍拖吃好西,老公係牛魔王,但食牛扒西餐已經有D厭,所以今次揀咗間日式石燒,來個自己動手,自己控制熟度~座落尖沙咀,地鐵站出口向前行便搵到,路痴的我也覺是不難找,因為日式燒肉,行日本風格,有吧枱,有卡位,風味各異。避開咗午餐時段,可以坐得舒服且不用急趕,可以好好亨受。午餐有套餐叫,雖然主力牛燒,但都有雞丶豚肉同拉麵定食惠及各方客路,唔怕揀唔到嘢食~點餐係自己掃QR code落order,可以自己慢慢揀,一目了然~我哋都揀石燒定食,老公揀小吉列牛肉眼,而我揀咗風門柳定食,仲加配咗兩個小食添。轉頭就已經有店員過嚟擺石燒爐,不一會就上菜了,所有石燒定食都配有前菜丶白飯和味噌湯。首先係風門柳,風門柳是近期才興起的牛部位,見到有又不妨試下,有六片,厚度適中,油脂均勻。先用牛油塗抹燒板兩回,便可放肉,燒時"炸炸"聲好治瘉,再來香氣撲鼻,先食原味,牛味香濃,風門柳較有咬口,但不是柴,既軟也爽滑。再來可以沾釀佢地嘅燒汁同芝麻生姜汁,個人中意燒汁,甜甜地~而吉列肉眼就係外層炸好脆面,內裡預熟一成,再根據個人喜好煎熟度。以前也有食過,感覺牛匠勝過其他,肉眼有返一定厚度,外皮炸得好酥脆,肉眼好軟腍,完全無筋,牛香肉嫩,仲好juicy,呢個個人覺得點芝麻生姜汁夾D~講完主角,講下D配角;味噌湯有驚喜,湯中有一條條豆腐切絲,麵豉味同酒味不會太超過,不但易入口,仲好好飲,也不會覺口乾。前菜係醃漬牛蒡,酸酸地好爽口,係開胃前菜。而追加小食我地叫咗炸嫩雞同溫泉蛋沙律,炸雞大大嚿,脆卜卜又嫩滑多汁,啖啖肉。溫泉蛋沙律係凱撒沙律加溫泉蛋,灑上芝士粉,溫泉蛋剛剛到位,流心澎湃之餘,蛋味香濃,羅馬生菜夠新鮮爽口,配埋煙肉碎,咸香清爽。套餐定食有 指定飲品配送,亦可加錢轉其他特飲/熱飲。我哋揀咗菠蘿柑桔同芝士奶蓋四季春,芝士奶蓋四季春清甜順口,不會死甜,加上芝士奶蓋,咸咸地又creamy,而菠蘿柑桔有粒粒菠蘿果肉點綴,酸酸甜甜,解膩之選。今次呢間石燒很不錯,不但價錢合理,味道同質量也出色,環境同服務質素都很好,又一個牛迷好去處…Read More

Today my friend out of Tseung Kwan O and I had a birthday meal wishing my birthday and found a French Restaurant, I decided to have a romantic atmosphere when I was eating towards the sea.The restaurant is divided into indoor and outdoor functional meals. We chose the soft lighting and the soft lighting in the indoor dining. The red framed door and windows are very Parisian ~In terms of meal selections,we chose a long bread,appetiser,staple food,dessert and two drinks.First of all, the Fresh baguette with smoked butter ,bread is crispy on the outside. The butter is salty and soft.The appetiser friend chose Caesar Salad with cos lettuces ,white anchovy & prosciutto and soft-boiled egg. The lettuce is very fresh,sweet and sour of white anchovy. The appetiser I chose was DOUBLE BAKED CHEES SOUFFLÉ,double cheese is Goats & Gruyere cheese, roquette & pear salad.The souffle is not only baked smoothly, but also has a very fragrant cheese flavour. Cheese is a must for cheese fans.After eating the appetiser, we arrived at the main course. We ordered WESTHOLME STATION WAGYU FLANK and KING PRAWNS. Wagyu beef belly steak we chose medium,steak types all with Pairs butter,grilled onions and French fries. Wagyu beef is fresh and tender, the fat is even and the beef is fragrant and fragrant. The fries are my favourite. Thick fries are crispy and delicious. Many restaurants offer steaks with other sauces . However,I personally think that the sauce of the steak itself is already delicious.The second main course is king prawns with Meyer lemon puree and garlic butter. They’re very large and refreshing. 今日出將軍澳搵老公食飯,順便行激安殿堂,行完就係附近食飯,行下行下見到有間試業中的韓國cafe,又係時候懷緬下韓國,於是入去解下對韓國的相思之苦~雖然已經2:30,但都好爆場,好彩唔洗等位~以木系為主,靠門邊有兩枱鞦韆椅子,一面塗鴉牆作點綴。餐廳有主食,甜品同咖啡飲品。我哋揀咗一個拌飯丶一個芝士蕃茄烏冬同埋肉眼扒薯菜~先嚟係青梅照燒腩肉拌飯配糖心蛋,腩肉肥瘦均勻,爽口不肥膩。將糖心蛋篤穿流出蛋汁再撈埋啲紫菜腩肉,配埋燒汁,甜甜地又帶蛋香~隨之而來就係香煎肉眼配薯菜,肉眼剛熟牛香濃郁,薯條份量多,又大條又脆口,食埋沙律菜剛好解膩。最後炸雞芝士蕃茄濃汁撈稻亭烏冬,剛焗好熱辣辣,炸雞炸得香脆又大件,芝士份量澎湃,撈起有拉絲,烏冬爽滑索滿濃厚蕃茄汁,開胃香甜,與芝士係天作之合。蕃茄控不能錯過~飲品跟餐可選$30以內飲品,亦可補差價換其他飲品,我補錢叫咗杯士多啤梨奶昔雪山,造型係一個粉紅色小雪山,滿滿士多啤梨味同芝士奶蓋,又好睇又好飲最後追加咗個韓國米酒意式芝士蛋糕,有別方間的意式芝士蛋糕,用手指餅做餅底,酒味濃郁,甘香軟滑。叫其他甜品仲有8折優惠添~除咗午/晚市外,佢地仲有早餐提供,甜品同咖啡也好吸引,下次可以再試其他款…Read More

是日忙完懶煮飯,決定在外解決,但晚餐冇得堂食,唯有外賣返歸食,叫外賣嘅好處係唔洗等位等好耐,好似呢間你妳,開咗一段時間,但好人排隊等位,而家晚間做外賣就省卻左等人食完呢一個等候~佢地係台灣食店,主打手作芋泥,紫薯類吐司,粉紫色靚靚裝潢,木系枱櫈,影相打咭一流,女孩子定必心心眼。大多台式食品佢地都有提供,有麵有飯有小食,仲有甜湯芋圓添而且仲有抗疫便當可選,份量同食物種類都唔小~我分別揀咗便當A同便當B,再叫咗個台灣牛肉麵同一口鹽酥雞,當然,手作芋泥係佢地主打,所以都要叫嚟品嚐~便當A係台式滷水雞排·魯肉飯配花枝丸同半只糖心蛋,跟熱或凍嘅蜂蜜綠茶。魯肉飯的魯肉不會太肥,不油膩,帶咸香,下飯一流,花枝丸太太粒,仲有花枝粒在內,爽口彈牙,而雞排滷得剛好,嫩滑又啖啖肉~便當B係台式滷水豬頸肉,跟台南鮮蝦卷丶魯肉飯同糖心蛋+冷/熱蜂蜜綠茶。豬頸肉很厚身,爽滑不柴口,魯肉飯配煙韌珍珠米香糯美味,台南鮮蝦卷有點像魚卷,炸得香脆~台灣牛肉麵,店員貼心同我分咗湯,帶有小小辣,牛肉份量不小,仲有咸菜同糖心蛋做配菜~糖心層約6成熟,蛋味香濃滑溜,齒頰留香。牛肉入味又夠腍,麵煮得剛好,索埋D湯汁味道更Perfect,咸菜從中點綴作中和~食完都唔會覺口渴。一口鹽酥雞,炸得香脆,一口一粒,外酥脆內軟滑,名副其實肉嫩多汁,香脆可口。吐司我叫咗芋見紫薯草莓吐司,一來新出期間限定,二來可以滿足晒想吃紫薯丶芋泥同草莓三種味道的欲望,如果想一次過品嚐晒咁多款口味,呢個吐司一定滿足到你~外形漂亮吸引吐司烘得香脆,內裡的紫薯同芋泥夠澎湃,吃下係要用"爆醬"嚟形容,再襯埋草莓同煉奶,酸酸甜甜,芋泥紫薯控必選,這個吐司建議同人分享,因為分量好足,我食咗半份已經飽咗七成😝便當的飲品係指定蜂蜜綠茶,不能轉款,但牛肉麵套餐可加錢轉其他台式飲品,所以我轉咗高雄紅茶牛奶珍珠,珍珠係白色,較有咬口,味道像焦糖奶茶,不會太甜,帶有茶香,很不錯~沒有得去台灣,也可在第二個"灣"食食台灣美食止止心癮~外賣味道也很好,但如果在店內吃的話應該會更出色,下次揀下午去食,再好好品味一番…Read More

今日老公要出荃新天地買嘢,久違的行街拍拖,梗係擺工唔煮飯,一心諗住撐枱腳,點知行到忘咗形,過咗6:00無堂食,正當盤旋食乜時,發現咗間馬拉麵館,叫蝦麵館,顧名思意係用蝦做主打~店舖充滿馬拉色彩,以黃白色為主,內外都具有濃厚嘅檳城風貌,以檳城秘方蝦麵見稱,除麵食外,亦有不小馬拉出品小食甜品,相對飯類較少。餐牌有散叫丶一人套餐同二人套餐,由於我樣樣都想食,所以分別叫咗一人餐同二人餐,二人餐有甜品丶飲品丶4個小食同兩款麵食,一人餐食物大同小異,但飲品或者甜品只可二選一。二人麵類分別揀咗蝦肉魷魚同海鮮麵(+$12)可自選湯底,小食就特定馬來香炸雞翼同馬來沙嗲雞髀肉串,另自選咗白胡椒肉骨油條(細)同唔香脆炸豆腐卜,外加摩摩喳喳同阿參脆多士。而一人餐麵係特定湯底,所以揀咗辣味蝦湯底嘅蝦肉肉片麵,小食就雞亦+馬拉盞通菜,甜品就係榴槤咖央多士先講蝦肉肉片,個湯有辣勁,蝦味濃郁且甜美,配摻摻(油麵+米粉),香辣鮮甜,D麵吸晒D精華。而蝦肉魷魚就跟福建滷湯底,呢個湯底應該用羹嚟形容更為貼切,用滷肉熬製,加上雞蛋絲,有D似碗仔翅嘅質感,襯爽脆嘅魷魚同鮮甜嘅蝦肉,味道又不會蓋過主角,個人喜歡呢個配搭。最後海鮮麵就梗係趁咖喱喇沙湯底!海鮮有蟹柳丶大蝦丶魷魚丶魚片同埋青口,湯底少咗椰香但多咗咖喱味,但並不辣,易入口,仲有我心愛的豆腐卜,索盡湯汁小食分別有~ 馬來炸雞翼同馬來沙嗲雞批串,雞亦炸得香口,味道有D似香茅雞翼,而雞髀串就嫩滑多汁,啖啖肉。白胡椒肉骨茶油條,肉骨茶不像平日飲開的藥膳味,味道似胡椒豬肚湯,豬肉好軟淋,用油炸鬼點嚟食又幾夾喎馬拉盞通菜同埋五香脆炸豆腐卜,馬拉盞配通菜係絕配,夠味濃,豆腐卜炸得香脆,有五香粉點綴,每口都有"卡卡"聲~甜品都係一D馬拉特色嘢,阿參脆多士,即羅望子醬多士,酸酸甜甜的果香,而榴槤咖央多士,榴槤味不重,帶甜味,不好榴槤者亦能挑戰,最後就係摩摩喳喳,紫椰奶+香蕉+番薯+紫薯+香芋同一D類似桃膠的東西,口感豐富,椰香奶滑。其實我好鍾意食不同國家的美食,而正宗馬拉菜是初次品嚐,味道高質,而且外賣仲有8折優惠(除下午茶同湯品外)咁低食,實會Encore…Read More

今日兩姐妹拍拖撐枱腳,話說佢發現荃灣有牛大人,二話不說就決定同我來個午餐滾一滾。我哋12點walk in,上到去已經好多人等位,不過好快就安排到入座,入面都大地方,以卡位為主,木系台風為主流,古色古香。先揀湯底,跟住就掃QR Code揀肉類,佢地有三個級別選擇,我地人小小,揀咗極上和牛吃到飽,可以全部任點~湯底有8款比你揀,可以加錢雙拼,而我哋揀咗紅燒牛骨鍋,跟手就出自助區搵嘢食~自助區分三個位置,醬料好多選擇,除平日常見的,仲有洋蔥牛肉醬丶腐乳醬丶台灣甜辣醬丶蘿蔔泥丶烏醋同特調豬肉醬。而飲品除平日常見的飲料外亦有特制的自家茶飲,台灣直送也有好幾款特別丸子和時蔬,每款也用盒子裝好,新鮮衛生~返埋位已經上咗湯底同肉食小吃,佢地小食有鹽酥雞丶台灣香腸同凍皮蛋豆腐,外面仲有個自取滷牛肉飯,不算大碟,用嚟餐攝胃不錯,皮蛋豆腐夠嫩滑,而鹽酥雞同台灣香腸都肉嫩多汁同脆口。肉類方面我地分別叫咗上腹牛五花、安格斯牛板腱同和牛M5牛肩捲,另加滷大腸丶滷牛肚丶蟹子墨汁漿同干貝鮮蝦魚漿同私房鴨血。先講和牛牛肩捲,它的牛味最濃厚,入口即化,口感香滑甜美,放落牛肉鍋淥連醬也不用沾,牛迷切勿錯過。而牛板腱相對就較有咬口,點洋葱牛肉醬食味道更佳。而牛五花就肥瘦均勻,點沙茶醬吃是絕配~滷大腸同牛肚本身已經滷得夠淋身,所以淥一會就食得,特別要介紹係鴨血同漿類,鴨血不但唔腥,而且又爽又滑,一定要Encore。而蟹子墨汁漿不但爽甜,咬落內裡仲有餡料,味道仲拿捏到位,而干貝煎蝦魚漿就集鮮味精華一身,好味鮮甜。食完肉類就要食返D蔬菜緩衝一下,粟米丶娃娃菜丶萵筍丶西洋菜⋯到咁上下仲有甜品遞上,係一碗珍珠丶紅豆丶花生和鮮草的糖水,集香甜軟糯一身細妹嘅介紹真不錯,不但台風十足,而且上菜快又無漏單,食物質素高又地道,下次可以帶我隻牛魔王過嚟征服佢!…Read More

老公今日帶我哋兩個去將軍澳食好西,佢話相中呢間海街丼好耐,終於等到我地出城同佢食lunch。我哋避開咗午餐高峰時間,兩點半先食,又唔洗等位,更不用同人迫,食坐都自在。裝修風格行木系工業風,略帶和風復古味,雖地方不大,但坐落舒適。由於包廂位有人,所以坐咗喺吧枱對住嘅4人坐位,都可以睇到師傅制作美食。由於與小朋友同行,所以我哋主打熟食,叫咗炸豬扒和炸雞定食,午市定食有主食丶前菜丶湯同凍/熱茶跟餐,仲可以加錢追加小食添~所以我哋追加咗和風薯仔沙律同埋炸章魚。最先到係薯仔沙律,薯仔打到好綿,但都仲有啲顆粒薯仔的口感,配青瓜同紅蘿蔔絲,爽口清新,酸度恰宜,開胃之至。跟住炸豬扒定食也隨之而來,大大一碗珍珠米灑上紫菜飯素,前菜就係醃茄子,由於豬扒厚切,所以炸都唔會乾爭爭,軟腍多汁,點埋酸酸的豬扒醬,可解油膩感,而麵豉湯加入紫菜點綴就更易入口。炸章魚亦上桌待候,剛炸好熱辣辣,外面脆卜卜,內裡就爽口彈牙,咸香有咬口,淋上檸檬汁鮮味更出~而炸雞定食係最後上枱,配嘅前菜係凍辣蕃茄,蕃茄已去皮,味道清香爽甜,沒有青味,加上辣汁,酸甜得嚟帶有微微辣勁,醒胃好味。炸雞好大份,薄薄炸粉,炸出脆口滋味,肉嫩多汁,用皮脆肉厚,低食之選。飲品跟定食有熱或凍嘅綠茶同烏龍茶,亦可以加錢轉其他飲品或者追加食物~今次的午餐確實有驚喜,價錢實惠之餘仲份量足,下次兩個人嚟食埋佢地嘅海寶丼…Read More

涼涼地最啱去滾,雖然不能三五知己,但兩丁友也能夠滾一滾,見葵芳開咗間新嘢,又係打邊爐系列,即時要品評下先~其實之前上網有人介紹過心思思就book咗個優惠時段食試吓水溫,8:30時段都好爆場,等咗一陣先入得。就咁望價錢幾低食,有雞煲食,食完仲可以任食邊爐,門口位仲放咗幾款熱食,可以比人墊一墊胃先。雖然間鋪叫老趙但裝修就一啲都唔老舊,行輕工業風格,坐落舒適光猛,地方闊落。湯底有六款可以揀,分別係老趙奇味雞煲丶酸菜魚丶豬骨煲丶蘿蔔牛腩煲丶蕃茄鮮魚煲同埋金湯菌皇煲,我哋打頭陣叫咗雞煲先,食中麻辣,易入口,配料有蔥蒜,香芹同九層塔,香氣十足,雞肉不但入味又嫩滑,味道適中,冇多餘的骨位啖啖肉~雞煲仲無限追加,啱晒食肉獸飽足雞煲就可加湯再戰火鍋,部份食材丶丸類同蔬菜要出自肋區自取,而肉類、餃子類同海鮮等就填紙仔,肥牛有美國肥牛同牛肩胛,前者油脂分布均勻夠嫩滑,後者就較有咬口,海鮮方面有爽口的水魷同鮮甜的海蝦,推介要食佢地嘅自家餃子,雲吞又大粒又足料,另外珍寶響鈴同埋炸饅頭都一定要食,係即制的~響鈴好大嚿好脆,而炸饅頭就外脆內軟,點煉奶食冇得輸。另外牛柏葉都好食,又爽又腍,除咗大路嘢食,佢地仲有D比出面少有嘅款式,台式小籠包同芝麻麻薯燒,麻薯燒好似芝麻湯圓咁,仲獨立包裝一粒粒,唔講以為係雪米糍,外面咸,但入面甜。 食到咁上下,甜品胃係時候出動,雪糕雪條款式繁多,仲有冰生果同豆腐花可供選擇。整體來講,價錢丶食物質素丶環境都高質,美中不足係營業時間不夠夜。溫馨提示下,湯底只有雞煲可追加,一定要book位,Walk in未必有位,Last order係9:45,如果想食勻所有嘢食,建議5:00~8:00時段入座,8:30入座有D食物沽清了,離開座位取嘢飲嘢食記得帶返個口罩…Read More
