返工日放工想犒勞自己,又不想大出血?薩莉亞觀塘亞太中心分店必須安排!今次專程衝住新菜式而來,點咗滿桌海鮮+經典款,結果每樣都有驚喜,性價比依舊頂呱呱~ 📍位置&環境:商場入面夠方便,座位舒適不逼狹 分店喺亞太中心樓上,從觀塘站行過來5分鐘,商場入面有冷氣,夏天唔使頂住太陽找食。內部裝修同其他分店一樣,淺綠色桌椅乾淨企理,桌距夠闊,坐得舒服,就算傾偈都唔會被隔離桌吵到,返工黨落班聚餐、學生黨約飯都好適合。 🍽️菜式詳評:新菜不踩雷,經典款從不失望 新菜式驚喜度拉滿 - 香烤大頭蝦(4隻)今次最愛嘅新菜!上桌時鐵板熱辣辣,蝦殼烤得微焦,聞到陣陣香草香。剝殼後蝦肉超彈牙,帶住自然鮮甜,連蝦膏都好入味,4隻份量好實在,一人兩隻啱啱好,性價比直接拉滿!​- 貝柱鮮蝦直通粉芝士控必點!焗過嘅芝士層金黃焦脆,一咬落去「咔嚓」聲,直通粉吸飽忌廉醬,軟硬適中,貝柱同蝦肉都好新鮮,鮮味同芝士味融合得剛好,唔會覺得膩口。​- 香焗魷魚圈外層脆漿好薄,唔會有「食粉」嘅感覺,魷魚圈本身鮮嫩有嚼勁,配埋酸甜沙律醬,開胃又解膩,作為前菜或者小食都好正。 經典款依舊穩如泰山 - 香蒜辣汁蜆肉意粉每次食薩莉亞必點!意粉掛汁均勻,蒜香好濃郁,帶少少微辣,好惹味,蜆肉新鮮無沙,一口意粉一口蜆肉,簡直停唔到口。​- 原味雞翼炸得外皮酥脆,內裡肉汁充足,鹹香調味好經典,唔需要額外加醬都好好食,配埋凍飲,簡直是快樂翻倍。​- 周打海鮮湯+蒜蓉包周打湯底濃稠,海鮮味十足,蒜蓉包烤得外脆內軟,蘸埋湯汁,吸飽湯嘅鮮味,暖身又飽肚,經典CP果然無得輸。 甜品收尾超滿足 - 牛奶雪糕配意大利布丁飯後甜品選呢個就啱晒!意大利布丁滑溜溜,帶住濃郁蛋香,焦糖醬微苦回甘,配埋冰涼嘅牛奶雪糕,甜而不膩,一口落去超治愈。 💡總結:平價西餐天花板,性價比無敵 今次2人食,點咗8樣嘢,人均先$100左右,真係抵到難以置信!新菜式海鮮鮮度夠、味道出色,經典款維持一贯高水準,完全唔會因為平價而馬虎。 唯一小缺點係晚飯高峰時段要等位,但翻枱好快,等10-15分鐘就有位。無論係想快速解饞、朋友聚餐,或者返工黨落班填肚,薩莉亞都係超級好選擇,下次一定再試其他新菜式!…Read More

《譚仔三哥食評:久違探店!沙沙湯薯粉同埋呢幾款小食真係冇得彈》

好耐冇幫襯譚仔三哥,今次聽聞佢哋出咗新套餐,即刻拉埋老公沖過去試!入到鋪頭,紅黑招牌同熱鬧嘅人氣依舊熟悉,坐低睇menu時,新套餐款式幾吸引,但始終抵不過「過橋薯粉」嘅誘惑,最終揀咗心心念念嘅沙沙湯底。 個沙沙湯底真係驚喜!一上桌就聞到陣南洋椰香混合香料嘅味道,酸酸辣辣好開胃,撈埋爽滑彈牙嘅薯粉,每條粉都吸滿湯汁,入口層次好豐富。而且過橋薯粉本身配料好足,鮮嫩肉片、爽口豆芽、滑溜豆腐皮樣樣有,根本唔使額外加餸,一碗落肚已經好飽足。仲附埋一份炸醬,倒落薯粉度拌勻,鹹香惹味,又多咗種口感,正! 小食方面,我哋點咗「湖南土匪雞翼」同「口水豬耳」。土匪雞翼烤得外皮金黃酥脆,入面嘅肉嫩到出汁,灑上芝麻同香料超級香,咬落香辣味衝上腦,老公食到停唔到口;口水豬耳就爽脆過癮,麻辣鮮香夠晒入味,送粉一流。最抵赞係店員仲送咗份「香烤豬頸肉」,肉質軟嫩帶點焦香,油脂分佈均勻,冇得彈! 飲品揀咗凍鴛鴦,咖啡嘅醇厚同奶茶嘅絲滑融合得好好,甜度岩岩好,飲落去中和咗食物嘅辣味,解渴又解膩。 今次探店真係滿分體驗!雖然新套餐吸引,但經典嘅沙沙湯薯粉同小食一樣唔會令人失望,價錢又親民,性價比超高。鍾意酸辣風味嘅朋友,一定要過嚟試下,包你食到舔舔脷!…Read More

最近約朋友去旺角馬辣打邊爐,記得以前這裡食材超豐富,今次去多了些新變化,順便同大家分享下真實體驗~ 先講最加分的環境!餐廳空間夠闊落,座位之間唔會逼到貼身,坐得好舒服,冷氣溫度亦啱啱好,打邊爐唔使食到成身汗。裝修簡潔光猛,桌面同周圍都好整潔,加上QR code點餐够快,唔使等服務員落單,朋友傾計食嘢都好自在,家庭聚餐或者朋友敘舊都好適合。 食物方面要提下新改的套餐:而家分A、B兩款,A餐價錢平少少,但配料選擇相對簡單;B餐貴啲,但火鍋料會豐富啲,果然一分錢一分貨,大家可以根據人數同喜好揀。鴛鴦湯底依然在線,麻辣夠香、清湯夠鮮,涮肉涮海鮮都好惹味;新鮮薄切的牛肉片、彈牙的蝦同飽滿的蜆,食材新鮮度冇走樣,炸腐皮、豆腐這些經典配料也唔少。 不過同以前比,確實有幾樣可惜:自助配料區少了几款舊日有的食材,雖然補了新款,但始終少了啲熟悉感;甜品最鐘意的香蕉班戟冇咗,換成格仔窩夫,口感同味道都遜色一截;飲品款式亦比以前少,選擇冇咁多。整體算落,而家價錢貴咗少少,但食材同飲品選擇反而減少,有啲唔抵。 好在2.5小時任食時間夠充裕,食材補貨快,味道亦保持到水準,如果你著重環境舒適,又唔太執著舊款食材,呢度依然係旺角打邊爐的一個選擇。…Read More

今晚和老公家人慶祝老公生日,衝住將軍澳尚德村新開嘅海港酒家「超值全包宴」而去,8個人開心share一圍菜,試勻套餐+追加菜式,依家同大家細數好壞~ 🥢 套餐菜式:傳統粵菜嘅穩定發揮 套餐首道雙蝦雜菌炒海參一上枱就贏哂掌聲!海參炆到軟腍入味,每啖都係膠質;蝦肉鮮甜彈牙,雜菌吸收晒鑊氣同醬汁,鹹香得嚟好惹飯,建議即刻叫多碗白飯! 跟住嘅日式鹽燒鮑魚(足足6隻)超有誠意,鮑魚經鹽燒後邊緣微焦,鎖住濃濃鮮味,咬落厚實彈牙,配埋特製燒汁,連平時唔鍾意食鮑魚嘅朋友都讚好! 生磨杏汁燉花膠湯絕對係「潤肺神器」!杏汁打得好綿密,甜度剛好,花膠燉到入口即化,唔腥唔滯,8個人分湯,每人都嘆到「歎聲」,秋冬飲簡直完美~ 蟹粉扒豆苗走清新路線,蟹粉鮮香撲鼻,豆苗翠綠爽嫩,兩者配搭平衡咗套餐其他菜式嘅濃郁,食落好refreshing~ 魚類揀咗清蒸藍瓜子斑,呢條魚新鮮到「甩轆」!肉質雪白細滑,豉油同熱油嘅香氣完全滲入魚肉,連魚骨位都啖啖鮮,連平時怕腥嘅朋友都食咗兩舊~ 最後嘅一品醬燒雞皮脆肉滑,醬汁鹹甜適中,帶少少蜜糖焦香,雞肉多汁唔柴,連雞胸都好好食,呢道菜最適合用手抓住嚟咬,夠晒過癮~ 🍲 追加菜式:暖胃+主食補位 因為8個人食,套餐分量其實都夠,但我哋仲追加咗幾款「私心菜式」: - 古法羊腩煲:羊腩炆到腍到「冧冧地」,羊味濃郁但完全唔膻,蘿蔔吸晒羊湯精華,秋冬食呢個煲,暖到入心入肺~​- 瑤柱蛋白炒飯:炒飯粒粒分明,瑤柱鮮香、蛋白滑嫩,仲有蝦粒同青瓜粒增加口感,做結尾主食最適合,每人兜兩勺就清碟~​- 仲叫咗時蔬同蜜汁叉燒,叉燒肥瘦比例完美,蜜汁甜而不膩;時蔬夠晒翠綠爽脆,平衡返個餐嘅油膩感~ 💰 埋單與人均:抵食到喊! 今次8個人食,套餐($1088/6位)+ 追加菜式(羊腩煲、炒飯、時蔬、叉燒等),最後埋單總共**$1640**(參考收據),人均計返大約**$205**!以呢個菜式質素、分量同環境嚟講,絕對係抵到無朋友,仲要係新開分店,服務同環境都好新淨~ 🌟 總結:家庭聚會/朋友飯局首選 海港酒家(尚德分店)環境寬敞光猛,新開張所以裝修好企理,職員落單上菜都好快手。今次嘅「超值全包宴」套餐覆蓋晒海鮮、湯品、燒味、時蔬,每道菜都做到傳統粵菜嘅水準,尤其是海鮮類鮮味十足~8個人食到飽到「爆煲」,人均先$200出頭,CP值高到離晒譜,絕對係將軍澳區家庭聚會、朋友飯局嘅新蒲點! 下次想試埋佢哋嘅海鮮火鍋同點心,應該都唔會失望~ 📍 地址:將軍澳尚德村商場內(海港酒家分店)👍 推薦菜式:超值全包宴、清蒸藍瓜子斑、生磨杏汁燉花膠湯…Read More

最近想搵性價比高嘅自助餐,刷到銅鑼灣柏寧酒店1樓Plaza Café做緊推廣,仲係全新榴槤主題,即刻約埋朋友沖過去試! 一入門就被榴槤甜品區吸引住,不愧係主題自助餐,D24榴槤用料超足!最愛個爆漿榴槤泡芙,外皮鬆軟,咬開嗰下榴槤餡料「噴」出嚟,果香超濃,完全唔會甜到漏;榴槤布甸入口即化,蛋香同榴槤味纏埋一齊,連平時唔太鍾意甜品嘅朋友都連食兩件;芝士蛋糕頂層嘅榴槤泥厚到肉眼可見,鹹甜交錯,口感好豐富,榴槤控真係會食到停唔到口! 以為主題自助餐會忽略其他菜品?結果海鮮區直接打臉!加拿大龍蝦新鮮到彈牙,蒜蓉醬簡直係靈魂,蘸住食超過癮;生蠔個頭夠大,冰鎮後鮮甜多汁,冇半點腥味;蟹腳長到過手掌,慢慢剝開食肉,鮮味十足;泰式生蝦酸辣開胃,食完一隻又想再拎,海鮮控絕對滿意! 熱菜區同樣有驚喜。即點即煎嘅鴨肝,外層微焦鎖住油脂,內裡嫩到好似豆腐,配埋脆麵包,一口落去超享受;西班牙乳豬皮脆到「咯咯」聲,肉質軟糯,蘸少少甜酸醬,完全唔覺得油膩;安格斯牛扒要咗七分熟,切開粉嫩,肉香濃郁,蘸黑椒汁正到喊! 仲有兩款必試嘅「隱藏菜式」!鮑魚鴨掌燉得好夠火候,鮑魚彈牙,鴨掌一吮就脫骨,醬汁撈飯都得;白胡椒雞湯粉麵,雞湯熬得好濃,胡椒味溫和,食完一堆肉同海鮮,嚟一碗暖笠笠,超舒服! 總體嚟講,呢次自助餐體驗好正!有主題甜品、高質海鮮同熱菜,仲有推廣優惠,人均$400+真係好抵。環境乾淨舒適,服務員換盤快,態度又好。無論係朋友聚會定家庭聚餐,都好適合過嚟試下!…Read More
