姻緣際遇，今日又要去上環做嘢，去到附近記得呢間米芝蓮給嘅燒臘舖，記得上次食過好味，今次再去嘗試，希望食得返上次嘅好味道！跟住都係食叉燒，不過上次食瀨粉，今次瀬粉賣晒，只能食米粉。老實講，個人喜好，燒味配瀨粉，點都好食過用米粉，但係賣晒都冇辦法！不過重點並唔係碗粉麵上面，係叉燒！今次order嘅時候冇指明要食肥叉定係瘦叉，但係啲叉燒都真係瘦得有啲過火，同埋叉燒亂放嘅程度，都令到碗叉燒米粉賣相扣咗啲分數。我同我同事講，話啲叉燒仲亁過我塊面，可能個阿姐聽到，過咗陣無端端切咗幾舊比較肥少少嘅叉燒俾我，話切幾舊肥啲嘅俾我試吓。咁我又同我同事即管試下，其實結果係舊叉燒肥返少少，但味道依然比之前去稍有遜色⋯⋯(唔通因為米芝蓮加持下我期望太高?) 同場加映，我對面搭枱果位哥哥，佢話啲飯煮得唔好食，有啲硬….佢亦有表示啲嘢比較之前遜色咗啲…. 當然，人人口味唔同，我唔鍾意唔代表啲乜嘢，只係純粹分享下今日經歴同感受😆🙏🏻 *有例湯送…Read More

情人節放題
