周不時也會到灣仔搵食,星期日好多出名食店也不開門,之前在大街上的店已經吃過,今日決定穿插多幾條橫街,由於時間尚早,有些食店未開,穿過利東街,原來後面有一條短巷,見到呢間店已經開咗,望完餐牌,探頭入店,舖內好窄,只有兩張枱,老闆出來招呼,叫我上樓上雅座⋯⋯樓上另有天地,大概八張枱,整齊乾淨,睇完餐牌決定試鹹豬手,因為平時唔會自己動手做。老闆好有禮貌地招呼我,套餐蒜蓉包是即叫即整,餐湯亦都非常之熱,令我滿意!到主菜了,豬手一早已經切開一小塊,肉質夠腍豬皮非常之脆,最緊要係鹹豬手唔係太鹹!整碟份量好夠一個套餐嘅價錢喺同區冇辦法可以搵到。另外餐廳氣氛非常之好,燈光柔和,加上播放舒緩音樂,令人可以慢慢享受食物。…Read More

星期六在家中睇電話,公眾平台突然彈左石硤尾呢間小店出嚟,見到有特大炸雞脾🍗,我由細到大也喜歡吃雞脾,中學也是在石硤尾上學,學校附近有間快餐店,茄汁雞髀飯係我的致愛。近年來,好多餐廳以雞排取代雞髀🍗,所以已經好難吃到炸雞🍗脾,於是立即坐車去返中學時常光顧的南山邨搵食! 中午到步,小店裝修好新,好舒服,除左普通枱,亦有我喜歡的面壁位,立下目標一定要吃炸雞脾,店主親切上前介紹佢哋嘅新產品-鹵味(以前戲院門口橙色一串串嗰啲),既然未吃早餐,於是叫左炸脾套餐加一串大墨魚,一串大生腸。先試呢兩樣,好味。待炸脾涼少少,立即試吓,炸得好脆,脾肉多汁,肉嫩唔鞋又唔係柴皮,味道不太咸,非常好吃,的確找回中學時的味道!餐廳氣氛好舒服,沒有污煙漳氣的感覺,我咁啱工作上有野急住處理,感謝店主借了紙張讓我解決了工作的事。🙏…Read More

網上已經有好多高度評價嘅介紹,每個落單都係用心製作即叫即。放假終於可以去試。11點到店當然叫咗店之寶,沙嗲牛肉煲仔麵,店員溫馨提示製作需時,所以要等。5分鐘之後熱騰騰嘅煲仔麵已經在我眼前,無論湯或沙嗲味道非常好,估唔到仲有好多牛肉,差啲食唔晒。食物評價固然唔需要再多講,反而想稱讚一位短曲髮的女店員無論散客定熟客他都非常有禮貌地招呼。真心講句今時今日好多食店就算食物出名店員態度亦會令到食客有冇興趣再去幫襯。恭喜店主請到一位有熱誠嘅店員我會一定再去幫襯。…Read More

近排在公眾平台因一件事見到呢間小店,網民(街坊)力撐此店及支持老闆。今日假期都要上班,放工已經係下午三時,諗緊吃什麼午餐時就諗到此店試吓。第一次探訪青衣屋邨,有google map幫忙,下車後行十分鐘就找到了,此店在市集內,地方乾淨整潔,餐牌非常簡單,只有幾款食物,我當然要試招牌慢煮叉燒拉麵🍜(加隻溏心蛋)麵是即叫即煮,不過也只是數分鐘。賣相:好得,就係一碗日本拉麵,紫菜,叉燒、荀及蛋的鋪排,簡單得來似日本街頭麵檔的一碗簡單拉麵。味道:試啖湯,清甜,唔太咸或太濃。溏心蛋要超讃,賣相及軟硬度非常正(唔怪之得我加蛋😆)叉燒味道偏淡,麵質也合格。價錢:$40一碗,當然超抵。最開心今日到店時間係冇人,可以坐在店內牆邊枱,望住牆上好多支持者,朋友留言支持此店,更加有日本拉麵店feel。(建議老闆提供細杯飲水及七味粉,更有日本feel) 。心想一間小本經營的店,只是座落在普通屋邨𥚃,老闆一人用心經營,用$40令屋村學生及居民好方便就吃到拉麵,根本冇可能與外面高級地點的高級日式餐廳比較,但簡單並不代表質劣。註:昨天埋單時,老闆忘記我加左隻溏心蛋,話收$40, 我提一提佢,他也申一申脷😬⋯⋯收咗$45。…Read More

餐廳開幕時,雜誌報道已經好吸引,不過始終未有機會幫襯。今日偶然在open rice search 到佢,我覺得是緣份,於是決定去試。由於網上訂枱已經滿額,於是決定walk in, 也算好彩,只等待半小時已經入座。餐廳的裝飾,以田園風為主,感覺處身大自然,非常舒服。餐牌上,菜式以西式為主,部份菜式採用了慢煮。其中一款菜式吸引我的是牛油果,所以叫左牛油果🥑蟹肉扁意粉,另外叫左慢煮西班牙黑毛豬。店員一放低意粉,立即聞到好香的蟹味,意粉質感適中,好味。當店員捧上黑毛豬🐷,我立即表示驚訝,個size 真的好大,三串黑毛豬,每串五至六塊豬肉,每塊豬肉有3cm 厚,伴菜有炸甜薯條,一個人實在吃不完,不過味道好正。亦要讚賞所有店員,每位也非常有禮貌,細心招呼,總括而言,今日的午餐吃得好舒服…Read More

本人細細個在屋邨已經經常吃狗仔粉當早餐或下午茶,幾年前偶然碰上呢間店在佐敦開了一個小舖,老板親自招呼,當時好感動因爲一位咁後生的年輕人竟然會經營呢種舖,令好多香港人拿回細個時的回憶!之後我也不時去其他分店幫襯,我仍是喜歡它的味道。不過最近一星期到訪,狗仔粉改用膠兜放(堂食也是),冇左公雞碗!其實吃狗仔粉是想吃懷舊,如果堂食也用膠兜,感覺及味道也失去了⋯⋯,有點失望。希望將來有改善,令狗仔粉的聲明繼續下去!…Read More

本人住的地方可以選擇兩間分店幫襯,揀呢間因為位多些,不用等,可惜幫襯咁多次也只換來笑話。我從來不責怪新人手腳慢,我公司新人多的是,她們慢,偶爾錯作為食客是會原諒的。不過,那班元老似乎沒有體量之心,不停叫咪說東說西,我眼見客人的餐很久出唔到,客人詢問,只換來等下啦。我明白打錯飛係會令出餐有問題,不過作為服務性行業,除非客人冇理大駡,否則唯有客氣地說句對不起,氣氛可以緩和!其實我幫襯咁多次,未見過呢間出餐員工有笑容,會客氣,亦見到食客周時一肚氣。我並贊成員工不好就抄,反而咁大個集團,應該檢討一下陪訓方面,呢間分店只有分店經理最有心機,今天的收盆姐姐也非常有禮貌,值得一讚。不過一間店的風氣往往會被多數人壓倒少數人,希望集團留意,否則連那少數好的員工也被污染成那班壞分子!其實相比隔一條村的那間分店,員工上上下下也有禮貌,與客人融洽相處,她們停下來時的談話也是關心及平和,集團應諗諗兩間店為什麼有咁大分別?…Read More

見到網友的評論,於是決定與好友訂位慶祝中秋節。網上可以訂位的餐廳我最like, 唔駛打電話多數忙到冇人接聽,訂某時段又有折扣😄。餐廳在入座前致電確認,俾左個訂位號碼,在預定時間早到,原來要先取枱號,然後在樓下排隊等夠鐘入場。入座後,立即在點餐紙上選食物,頭盤全點魚生、壽司,刺身🦐好新鮮,好甜,特色刺身杯四款也好味。餐廳有一個中央食物區,有少數前菜,熟食,也有任取飲料區,甜點區及雪榚區吃過頭盆,點取熱食了。燒物、炸物也有多款,連炸榴槤也有。我點了致愛的燒菠蘿、燒雞翼,牛舌及鯖魚。菠蘿好甜、雞翼好香脆。餐牌還有粥品及湯,叫了椰子雪耳雞湯,唔咸真好。還叫了一個炆花膠,小小兩塊花膠加上𧐢油汁好味道到特定時間,每位客人可以取一個海膽手卷,一個手卷內有一小排海膽,一咬下去,好黏好甜其實餐紙上還有很多食物選擇,但我和朋友已經吃得飽了,最後用雪糕來作中秋節晚飯的句號。全店食品新鮮,不太咸,店員有禮貌,出餐快,收碟也快,值得一試。…Read More

好久已經冇幫襯過,朋友叫到,於是諗住開開心心去吃番餐,點知坐低左成十分鐘,舉極手都冇人招呼,今天只是平日,眼見大部分枱已經吃緊,冇乜人在order,究竟服務員在那裡?兩分鐘後終於有個服務員前來,不過他是新人,不能點菜,他說會叫另外的服務員來幫我們,本來我覺得ok嘅,但他偏偏叫著個替别人點菜點左好耐的服務員,莫非全店只有他可以落單?等了數分鐘,結果忍不住再舉手,之後另一位服務員來,我也忍不住說了一句:終於可以落單。我絕對不是一個不能等的人,只是覺得要等得合理,晚上九點的時間,大部分枱已經是吃緊餐,要落單都咁難,怎能想像星期六日或吃飯高峯期會怎樣?餐廳只是不停硬sell 叫客人做會員,原本有意思加入,但如果每次為了落單也頭痕的話,入會真的要再考慮一下了。…Read More
