黑蒜濃湯豬軟骨湯粗麵每碗麵都有半隻蛋,是溏心蛋,好流質、入口幼滑。我個人又鍾用筷子一小口一小口夾中間的綿滑蛋黃入口食。塊叉燒半肥半瘦,點滿湯食,個人鍾意厚切,口感會豐富啲。豬軟骨有三件,間中食到一口入口即溶的感覺。櫻花蝦要必加,一口麵加一小「執」蝦,鹹鹹地好好味。黑蒜豬骨湯底,味道及口感濃郁。另外可以追加紫菜和辣味筍小食。再加多一杯飲品就是一頓豐富的日本湯麵餐。炸餃子炸雞小食炸餃子外面相當脆,必要點餃子汁。每隻都肥嘟嘟,豐富餡料。炸雞外面都是炸得相當脆,肉汁不算流失太多。隨碟上的沙律醬有微微的華沙B。午膳時候都有好多人等,大家就要預早啲入場啦。…Read More
