黑蒜濃湯豬軟骨湯粗麵每碗麵都有半隻蛋,是溏心蛋,好流質、入口幼滑。我個人又鍾用筷子一小口一小口夾中間的綿滑蛋黃入口食。塊叉燒半肥半瘦,點滿湯食,個人鍾意厚切,口感會豐富啲。豬軟骨有三件,間中食到一口入口即溶的感覺。櫻花蝦要必加,一口麵加一小「執」蝦,鹹鹹地好好味。黑蒜豬骨湯底,味道及口感濃郁。另外可以追加紫菜和辣味筍小食。再加多一杯飲品就是一頓豐富的日本湯麵餐。炸餃子炸雞小食炸餃子外面相當脆,必要點餃子汁。每隻都肥嘟嘟,豐富餡料。炸雞外面都是炸得相當脆,肉汁不算流失太多。隨碟上的沙律醬有微微的華沙B。午膳時候都有好多人等,大家就要預早啲入場啦。…Read More

我哋幾個人,冇乜挑剔,見有位就到了這間食店食晏晝。樣樣都叫啲,因為預計都會食得曬。無骨雞腳沙律。久違了的酸辣味,好清新。無骨雞腳淡淡肉,爽口彈牙的雞皮,加上凍食特別彈。半隻海南雞,皮肉分開,肉質好嫩滑、滋潤的感覺。雖然舊肉大舊啲但唔係覺得煙韌。大大啖咁食,夠曬過癮。一定要點埋啲海南雞汁,微微辣,更加好味。必食。船麵三小碗第一碗清湯金邊粉扎肉。清湯麵一碗,平平無奇,不過作為三小碗嘅開頭係必需因為製造咗一個起步去品嚐下兩碗。第二碗船湯米粉魚蛋。味道果然升級!船湯係牛骨湯,米粉沾上大部分湯,啜滑入口,特別好味。第三碗冬陰公鴨血河粉。冬蔭功湯好辣,河粉滑溜溜。我今次咁樣安排又清至到濃郁都係其中一種食法。一餐試咗三款不同味道嘅湯粉。雞沙嗲牛沙嗲。每串都有六粒,係多㗎。不乾不韌,每食一口都要點啲沙嗲汁先好食。好好味! 我個人鍾意燒到條邊有少少燶仲好味。青咖哩豬扒飯。微微辣,好易入口。豬扒都唔細件,滿滿一碗。看得見係煎過先至加青咖哩汁的。都幾香。青咖哩汁裏邊仲有豆角、矮瓜。男士加多一杯嘢飲,一餐足夠有餘。不錯的選擇。湄南河船麵。一大碗,我叫咗金邊粉。湯底好正,用牛骨牛肉淆製,好好味。可以說是全碗麵的靈魂所在。每樣餸都有一啲,我鍾意食佢的魚蛋。細細粒好彈牙,一碗麵加多一杯飲品已經可以做一個午餐。記住要揀船湯,好正。原來呢間食店最近搞緊一個宣傳,五分鐘食10碗細船麵。經過呢一餐我估計係可以嘅。事前要行下,餓下個肚先。只係星期六日,去到一月中。過完聖誕約多個friend嚟食,當食聖誕大餐。…Read More

秘製椰子糊只係行過見到,佢話每個月可以買到幾多百碗。我就是一試佢:)加埋芋丸同埋蕃薯丸。攞返屋企慢慢食「杰杰」的椰子糊,用匙羹滔起上嚟很厚身,沒有顆粒感。芋圓蕃薯圓總共有十粒。第一啖入口幼滑,唔係「鞋」,有濃郁椰子肉味。又幾好味喎。兩種丸都有應該有的味道,不是只係一粒粉團。又不是細粒的那一款,口感煙韌。椰子通常成為椰奶伴著糖水食,今次椰子是主角,讚!下次行過都買碗食…Read More

原店喺中環,喺OpenRice都有不少😋嘅食評。知道喺元朗Yoho 商場開咗一間,仲要有coupon話三八折,只是$98 嘅3-tier 下午茶,當然好開心好期待咁去食。從遠處見到有個金色嘅三層下午茶套餐,看似好靚,所以10分期待。但係擺到你面前睇一下,便開始打咗一個拆,無論擺盆喎食物都打咗一個折扣。鹹點鱘魚籽配北海道珍寶帶子煎得好香,一啲都唔韌,加上黑椒粒嘅辣味,好香好味。(只有這個是好味的)法國鵝肝醬鵝肝好似忌廉咁,冇鵝肝味,冇乜特別。賣相好似舊式嘅肚臍餅,反而放喺下便個加拿餅就食到好香。風乾火腿蕃茄烤麵包風乾火腿太乾,有點似乾身嘅豬肉乾。其次加上蕃茄同烘過嘅法式麵包,沒有什麼特別。西班牙黑毛豬腩豬腩都幾肥,個皮唔脆,咬落去有啲韌。加咗少少沙律醬的甜味,同紫椰菜嘅爽,有少許平衡返嗰肥膩感。甜點招牌真空慢煮焦糖燉蛋味道不錯,但個蛋唔夠滑白松露芝士蛋糕但松露味都好濃郁,未放入口已經感受到。法式馬卡龍味道想像之中鮮莓酥餅喺個酥餅(有啲似喺街都買到嘅餅)上邊塗上朱古力醬(圖得有點求其),加上藍莓同士多啤梨,沒有什麼特別。有啲覺得喺屋企小朋友都可以做得到。跟茶、蘋果汁或有汽葡萄汁週末加$288兩人份量,連加一每人$158.4。 用OpenRice coupon而家是$98一位,(但⋯另需付每人$26 加一費,而星期六日再要多付$18)即是每人 $143.8 (其實衰過九折)。服務方面都係打咗一個拆。喺門口同服務員講話買了優惠券吃下午茶,服務員帶左我哋去張枱之後沒有交代什麼便離開,等咗一陣都冇人招待,都唔知佢哋係唔係會自動拎個下午茶套餐上嚟,最後忍唔住都係叫咗個服務員嚟問,但好奇怪咁發覺有啲員工好似唔係好知點樣落單,話要搵第二個幫手。服務員當幫你單嘅時候,佢又分心處理其他服務員的問題,感覺好唔專業,好冇被尊重嘅感覺。最後買單嘅時候張單真係睇唔明,明明$258話兩人食,我們一行五人佢張單張258×4 ,再加多一次$258,計完條數成千幾蚊,最尾無啦啦減張coupon $800,但係其實我張coupon係俾咗$490,唔明!叫咗個服務員你問返張單點計,轉頭又話要等等,成間餐廳啲服務員也只是望這樣忙那樣,其實間餐廳都唔係好大都有四至六個服務員,感覺佢哋有啲亂!總結: 1 佢計coupon三八拆真係好取巧,其實📣每 人 只 係 平 咗 $14咋🗯你話有幾抵!2 食物賣相真係好一般,食物好似可以係屋企整咁樣,但味道真係好一般。3. 服務方便真係九流!個人同朋友,全部都覺得價錢,食物同服務都好唔值,絕對唔會回頭再食嘅一間餐廳。…Read More

壽司每隻叫,份量比較少。赤貝 @$7 大小唔一致,一片中碼,一片小碼。食落都有赤貝本身嘅鮮味同爽口,都算新鮮。三文魚 @$5 都叫新鮮,但係三文魚太薄身,應該叫做薄切三文魚。火炙三文魚$8 ,因為個人較喜歡吃原味,所以加沙律醬嘅時候,我要將啲沙律醬撥開左,先至擺入口。加咗黑椒,味道都不錯。甘蝦 @$7,係大隻啲嘅甜蝦,大約有一隻女士嘅手指尾咁大,搣開個蝦頭,入面都有少少蝦膏,蝦膏味都算甘香。壽司飯方面落唔夠醋,飯粒又有啲硬。但每件都係幾蚊,仲想點呀!CP值都算高。配合萬聖節,都擺有不少萬聖節的裝飾,但背景音樂是獅子山下,體驗fusion 一新境界。😂🤣…Read More

呢度有好多,真係好多食物選擇。有smoothies、waffle、又有鬆餅、墨西哥餅、又有brunch set、有扁意粉、有肉眼扒和三文治⋯⋯等,總之就係花多眼亂,我哋都花咗唔少時間先至揀到食乜嘢。Smoothies bowel - blue immunity boost $98加入秘魯人蔘果Maca powder 和藍色螺旋藻 (也是新興營養高的健康食品),還有羽衣甘藍,椰絲片和玉桂,全部都係幽幽淡淡的味道互相配搭,恰到好處,再與乳酪和香蕉一齊打勻,香蕉味就最出,加上冰凍嘅口感,吃落綿綿有點像雪糕。上面鋪有唔少嘅生果,建議首先刮咗熱情果肉,略略平均鋪在上面,其他生果唔好撈勻,吃smoothies 的時候,有時食下藍梅嘅甜味,有時食下白色火龍果嘅大粒爽口,有時食下杏仁片嘅煙韌口感,口味變得多元化。我會用活潑,清新和健康來形容佢。齋食smoothies當然好好食,我就鍾意將佢同waffle夾埋一齊食,好味得來又好夾。👍🏼牛油果印第安雞肉墨西哥餅配炸牛油果 $148烘過又暖暖的墨西哥薄餅,夾住雞肉、牛油果、蕃茄、芝士和少少沙律醬。餡料和墨西哥薄餅黏在一起,食落口唔會散,味道都好夾。沾上脆漿炸過的牛油果外層好鬆脆,包着creamy的牛油果,幾新穎,幾好味,!旁邊還附上酸忌廉,你可沾上一起吃,又係另一種牛油果嘅食法。勁量早餐 $144有三片煙肉,兩片多士,兩條手指咁大嘅德國腸仔。仲有兩個三文魚花。蛋方面可以自己自選烹調方法,我哋今次揀咗炒蛋,蛋炒得好綿,唔會好多油。二選一,我哋唔要沙律揀咗哈密瓜,三片薄切的哈密瓜都夠甜,我鍾意同埋三文魚和酸豆一齊食。兩片多士跟埋菠蘿菓占,味道都唔錯。煙肉煎得香口乾身,又唔會太乾。環境方面,裝修以木和綠色為主。空間感都好足夠,枱同枱之間距離都好闊,而食飯枱都好大,有足夠空間擺放食物,一D都唔會覺得逼。配合輕鬆舒服的英文歌曲,整體氣氛悠閒舒服,令你可細意品嚐其用心烹調的食物。有返咁樣嘅環境同食物質素,三個人食,沒有叫飲品,每人百零蚊,價錢都算合理。係一間回頭率高嘅餐廳。👍🏼😍…Read More
