To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一班朋友話想食海鮮,所以諗起三聖邨,因為可以喺海鮮檔自己揀海鮮,跟住立即拎去酒樓煮嚟食,夠新鮮,同埋呢度出名煮海鮮好食又抵食,所以拉大隊嚟試吓。我哋先去上記買海鮮,因為見到佢啲龍躉好新鮮。姐姐仔好好介紹,仲送咗一條大墨魚俾我哋!買完就拎啲海鮮去酒樓。海鮮真係煮得一流,每一味都係好好食。尤其是係炸鮑魚,係呢度出名同特色,個炸漿超薄,味道超好。除此之外,炒飯,鹹蛋魷魚,欖菜一字骨都係好好食。👍🏼🤤帶子蒸得一流,雖然成個樽蓋咁大粒嘅帶子,但真係一啲,真係一丁點兒都唔靱,好滑啱啱好。👍🏼🤤龍躉又炒得好香,炒得夠火喉👍🏼🤤辣酒煮花螺,我唔係好食得辣,但係個麻辣真係頂呱呱,好味到我最後片咗啲油,當湯咁飲咗一碗。👍🏼🤤芝麻卷又真係好味,芝麻味好濃郁。👍🏼🤤為美中不足的就是,本來墨魚係兩食,但入廚房單時出錯,變咗只係白灼。因為同行朋友勁渴望想吃鹹蛋醬炒嘅食物,所以問吓有冇鹹蛋醬炒四季豆,好可惜佢話冇,又問咁有冇鹹蛋醬炒豆腐,更可惜的話冇嗰種豆腐,回咗幾版,話送個桂花糕補償。結果朋友要再落去買多一隻墨魚上嚟用鹹蛋醬炒,話免我們加工費。鹹蛋醬炒墨魚的確又是一絕的好味😋。但結賑check單時,兩條墨魚都有收

為美中不足的就是,本來墨魚係兩食,但入廚房單時出錯,變咗只係白灼。
因為同行朋友勁渴望想吃鹹蛋醬炒嘅食物,所以問吓有冇鹹蛋醬炒四季豆,好可惜佢話冇,又問咁有冇鹹蛋醬炒豆腐,更可惜的話冇嗰種豆腐,回咗幾版,話送個桂花糕補償。結果朋友要再落去買多一隻墨魚上嚟用鹹蛋醬炒,話免我們加工費。鹹蛋醬炒墨魚的確又是一絕的好味😋。但結賑check單時,兩條墨魚都有收加工費(分別係$300+ 和$200+)最後,在極唔情願之下,才免返$200+,可能因為咁,最後桂花糕就冇送俾我哋啦!


雖然係咁,海鮮價加埋加工費,每人都只不過是$650。有房坐,可以盡興大聲說說笑笑,食得好飽,煮得好味舔舔脷,都叫好抵食了。
